The staff at the new Safari Hotel are professional and caring. Combined, New Safari Hotel was my perfect hotel choice during my recent visit to Arusha, Tanzania. None.

Until late night and from 5am noise of cars and people will wake you up (very noise room with back parking view) , breakfast not good at all, unfortunately.

It is in the center of town which is a good location but it's very noisy especially at the front of the hotel. I was woken up many times with motorcycles and loud noises. The breakfast was depressing. I ended up having 2 yogurts cause there was nothing edible. A fine place for a night but there are other options

The breakfast is served late and the hotel doesn’t provide reliable information on transportation. Staff do not even accept to help book taxis on apps. They send people pay more than twice of the market price. The menu at the restaurant is too western and expensive. It makes it difficult to have a local experience WiFi , late breakfast and little help from the staff

Staf were very friendly and helpful. The location was great !! Walking distance to Masai market and museum. Airport shuttle bus stop is right in front of this hotel. I would stay again.

Restaurant food took one hour to cook! One hour! And the meat brick was apparently cooking for the whole hour. No safe in room. Nice things I can say… the breakfast staff was great. Breakfast OK. The air conditioner and fridge worked well. Pay more money…. Go somewhere better.

Stayed in Sept 2023. Location is convenient and there are a few restaurants around. Many other hotels around. Hotel isnt the newest but is very clean and I felt safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant in the hotel and breakfast was included, but after seeing what was available we ended up going to the restaurant 2 minutes walk away. There are a LOT of locals on the street trying to sell things in this area - would advise to insist on having your taxi/bus/tour drop off/pick up at the door of the hotel when you arrive and leave with your luggage.
• Sara (9/5): Great value - Queen room was large allowing me to spread out and repack after safari. Clean flip flops made my stay. Wi-fi worked fine in the room. 120 V electric outlet is in the bathroom. Reception lounge was spacious and had a different wi-fi but same password. Early morning breakfast was basic but good. Cooked buffet looked tasty but I had to leave for my flight so I couldn't partake. Best of all the staff was excellent - reception, concierge, wait staff. The bathroom is dated but ok. The hotel has an old fashioned feel which was fine for me but is not for everyone's taste.
