- Thanh (8/5): Just OK - The rooms were very small but fine for one person. Some of the photos make the rooms look bigger than they are. If you have a lot of luggage or are buying a lot of stuff you might want to look elsewhere. And if you lose your key they will charge you for a new one.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and Natasha was the sweetest. The hotel is in a quaint residential area with a 7/11 right next door and a few other connivence stores/markets nearby. Train station within walking distance. Rooms are small but doable. Overall great hotel and wonderful stay.

- Takanori (10/5): - I returned to Hotel SUI Akasaka by ABEST this May and had another solid experience. Areeya handled check-in on the day I arrived. My flight landed nearly an hour early, and although check-in wasn’t available yet, the staff was fine with holding my luggage at the lobby. I stepped out to an Excelsior Caffé nearby while waiting. My room was the same type as during my previous stay, just on a different floor, so it felt familiar and easy to settle into. Cleanliness and upkeep were consistent, and everything worked as expected. Over the course of the stay, the front desk team was responsive and helpful. Natasha answered a number of questions I had, including some about getting the most out of my DisneySea visit. Taha remained cheerful and efficient—he brings good energy to the front desk. Na Hansol helped clarify details about using the Air Porter service for my return trip to Narita, especially since I had an early flight. She took the time to check with the service directly, which I appreciated. Yin was friendly and welcoming whenever I passed through the lobby. He was busy managing things but remained professional throughout. Check-out was smooth and handled by Natasha, Areeya, and Chingis, who all left a good final impression as I wrapped up my stay. Overall, the hotel continues to offer a good balance of location, comfort, and dependable service. It’s well-suited for travelers looking for a reliable base in Tokyo with easy metro access and attentive staff.

Everything was incredible, all the staff speaks fluent English and we're so nice whenever we had any questions. Akasaka nears to many official units so there were many businesses people staying here. They do have laundry which is a plus point. we did use the laundry but unfortunately the machine broke. The staff reacted quickly and helped fixing the machine. And the most rememberable part was that they perform fire stone ceremony (to wish you look luck in Japanese tradition) when we left the hotel.

The main draw was that the hotel was within an 8 min walk of a number of different subway lines, but was far enough away from traffic areas for us to not hear any road noise while in the room. There aren't a whole lot of dining options nearby, but the closeness to the subway meant we could go anywhere we wanted reasonably quickly.

- William (10/5): Would definitely stay again - I loved how this hotel worked out. It was a slight challenge to find a hotel with two beds on short notice. The staff was extremely kind from check in to check out. There's a small cafe in the lobby along with free quailty coffee, teas and shelves of toiletries. Right outside is a 7 Eleven and restaurants close by. Also a very close walk to Akasaka Metro stations.

Hotel will hold luggage for free if your flight doesn’t leave until later. It’s located in a great location. Akasaka is upscale with lots of restaurant options within walking distance.

- Paul (8/5): Great stay. But - Enjoyable stay, nice staff, clean quiet room. However, my son left is coat behind in the room and the Hotel has a policy of not helping customers retrieve items, which I have found disappointing. I therefore wont stay at Hotel SUI again.

The property is located a short walk from several train stations and there are plenty of dining options in the immediate area. The rooms are small and I really wish they would clean every other day instead of just every 3rd day. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. I would stay here again next time I am in Tokyo.

I highly recommend staying here as the service is top notch. The rooms are on the smaller side but well laid out. I stayed at a few chain hotels (APA) in my visit to Tokyo and I would highly recommend this hotel over the chain brand. I felt so welcome and the comforts are better if not the same.

It’s close to various trains so with some minor walking you can go any direction of Tokyo. - Peter (10/5): - This was a great spot for my 3 night stay. Central location to many sightseeing locations. Hotel area itself was pretty quiet but did have a few food options. Short walk to livelier area. Amenities were good - really enjoyed the Japanese breakfast and there were western options as well. Also made use of the free ramen in the evening and appreciated that there is a free happy hour as well (though didn’t make that one). No problem recommending this hotel and I would stay again.

Restaurants and convenience stores and cafes/bakeries close by. Two subway stations within 3 minutes walk. Large room by Japanese standards. Would stay in this hotel again. - Robert (10/5): - Very nice hotel in Tokyo’s upscale Akasaka District. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Natasha, who went out of her way to make our stay special. Dozens of restaurants and a shopping mall within 5-10 minutes walk. Small, clean, quiet rooms. I would definitely stay here again.
- Susan (10/5): - Great place with lots of perks. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. There are extra perks on specific days/times. Fri/Sat you roll a dice for a chance to get a free drink, everyday in the evening there is free bowl of ramen. You also get to “rent” free items like a foot massager and a better hair dryer amongst other things for the entire duration of your stay. Very foreigner friendly and everybody spoke english. Also two stations are very close, about 10min walk (Akasaka Sta. - Chiyoda Line) and (Tameike-sannō Sta. - Ginza Line). Would recommend this hotel to friends.

- Carlos (2/5): Bad experience - The hotel was very basic, coeanning done only every 3 days, also charged us late check out for 45 min
- Charles (4/5): - A few kinda big issues with this place. First, the room is TINY. Much smaller than it appears on pictures. It is literally a bed and a 2 foot hallway connecting the door to the bed. Their picture makes it look like there is a desk, but there is not. It is a bedside table size with a foot stool under it, impossible to work at. I was ready to pay to move to a different hotel on the first night but everything else was booked. Also when I arrived it was hot, I was sweaty and tired from a long train trip from Kyushu, but they wouldn't let me check in at 1:30 (check in from 3) without paying 3,000 yen. To go up an hour early and have a shower. These kinds of ways to make extra money from guests are really annoying. The room was available and they could see I was tired. Bad time to squeeze me for extra cash when I just dropped ¥165k on this tiny room. The main good thing is that it was close to the station and many restaurants and conbinis. Location is the saving grace. But the hotel and check in was the least comfortable I had in Japan.

The coffee in the lobby literally saved us and the staff was incredible! So kind and willing to help if you needed anything. Also the skin care bar blew my mind! I HIGHLY recommend staying here!
