• Linda (6/5): Deludente rapporto qualità prezzo - La struttura è indubbiamente ben localizzata, nel centro di Cagliari, la vista stupenda ma ora eccetto ció non ci sono motivi che ne giustifichino l’esorbitante prezzo. Scale in legno vertiginose per raggiungere gli appartamenti, occorre chinarsi spesso inoltre per salirle e scenderle in sicurezza. All’interno della nostra stanza, quella più in alto di tutte ho trovato diversi capelli o peli su comodini e cuscini, il matesso del matrimoniale sprofonda e andrebbe cambiato. La doccia è stata montata al contrario, bisogna tirare per arrestare il flusso e spingere per erogarlo, acqua calda e fredda sono invertite. Il padrone di casa è stato scorretto nel non farci sapere che il trasferimento in aeroporto si pagasse, mi ha chiamato subito dopo la prenotazione, qualche secondo dopo, quella che sembrava premura peró si è probabilmente rivelata una scusa per far sì che non ci informassimo su altre modalità di raggiungimento del posto, a servizio ormai offerto di fatti ci ha richiesto €20. Se tornassimo a Cagliari sceglieremmo sicuramente altre soluzioni, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ingiustificabile se si considerano i prezzi molto più bassi delle altre strutture a pochi metri che condividono con questa il vantaggio della posizione.

• Milan (10/5): - Absolutely perfect hospitality attitude of Mr. Renato, the owner of apartamets. He spent many minutes with us explainig how we can enjoy our time in Cagliari and recomended other nice places on Sardinia. We booked the room with view on the sea and port and it was exactly the view we saw on the pictures seen on booking portal. We can only recomend this location!

Nahe Bahnhof nah Bushaltestelle,mitten in der schönsten Fußgänger limer im Leben! Würde sofort wieder dort wohnen! Renato ist ein netter Vermieter! Danke! Es fehlte mir nur ein Küchenmesser,denn Obst und Gemüse lässt sich nicht gut mit einem normalen Messer schneiden!

• Sibylle (10/5): - Super Lage mitten im historischen Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Hafen ist atemberaubend. Das Parkhaus ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Rundum gibt es unzählige Restaurants und Shops. Wir waren 4 Personen und 2 Windhunde. Empfangen wurden wir sehr herzlich vom Chef. Er hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und war für Auskünfte jederzeit verfügbar.
• Lita (10/5): - Absolutely stunning apartment with view of harbor. Beautifully furnished and spacious with soft lighting to create a relaxing atmosphere. Vibrant area in old town, above a pedestrian street. A marching band played below and continued at a nearby square. Infinite dining options and great recommendations from our host made our stay most enjoyable.Host Renato was proud and enthusiastic about his city.
• Erin (10/5): Perfect place - The location is fantastic and even though it’s central it’s in a quiet and peaceful part filled with shops with lots of window shoppers and others walking by and enjoying the sites. Renato is so friendly and he was always available to make my stay the best it could be. Speaking English wasn’t much of problem for him but when it was, I understood everything quite well as he demonstrated by showing me simple things such as how to use the lights, paying attention to closing the front door, and not scalding myself with the hot water. Thanks again for making my stay great and I look forward to staying with you again soon.

• Dolores (3/5): Not very enjoyable - Location was good. Renata was helpful and friendly. The noise from flat above kept us awake between 3.30 and 5.30 with guests coming in late and staying up talking and laughing for hours. The sound proofing wasn't any good and we were woken up every night. We were exhausted.

• Natali (6/5): 🙌 - This is a wonderful, wise and attentive owner of a small apartment in the center of Cagliari, a comfortable bed and pillows, there is a small kitchen utensils with everything you need, bath towels with clean and spare ones, an umbrella and special towels for the beach, a very small shower room, but it is bearable, and there is cute little two balconies. Walk to the bus stop for 10-15 minutes. If it's the first floor, it's expensive! However, if you are sensitive to loud noise and can't stand earplugs, this is definitely not your option! Ground floor, no washing machine, very noisy on the road from 7.00 in the morning, although these are communal vehicles, they rush at speed and do not pay attention to the time, and the saddest thing is the ceiling, which vibrates and creaks from the neighbors upstairs, it’s terrible to wake up every morning against your will , every step of the upper neighbors is heard with all the force of their heels, it’s 5,6,7 am (
• Anna (9/5): I was great to be in the town centre and within walking distance to the station and historical sites - The location, the cleanliness, the host was very welcoming and has really set everything up to provide guests with maximum comfort. He was very helpful in providing guidance and ensuring a smooth stay. Nothing really. All was very very pleasant. For long stays a washing machine would have been ideal!

A bit loud (which is clear in this location), no shutters to make it dark at night, balcony too small to be used although I thought there was a balcony from the description and the photos.

• Rose (9/5): Beautiful, vibrant location and superb host - Renato was so helpful from start to finish! He picked us up at the airport, sat down with us and showed us the best places to eat, drink and visit, and always responded to my whatsapp messages within 2 minutes. The location is superb - right in the middle of the Centro Historico. And you can easily block out any noise from the street below by closing the french windows. Nothing really - the steps to the apartment were pretty steep so not for anyone with mobility issues.
• Paulo (3/5): Overpriced, attention terrible, owner screaming from balcony to the street - Photos are not clear on what room they offer or have available, Unclear or misleading information on which photo belongs to which department. I payed the price (high) just for the balcony and the owner offered something else with no balcony. I asked him to solve this and he refused. I had a delay of 2 hours because of a problem with the rented car, I informed this to him. Once arrived in Centro historico, my 4G didn't work good, I got lost, when I arrived the host was LITERALLY screaming at me from the balcony, very mad, CLAIMING i was joking on him and taking tourist pictures. he said he was recieving people from before and he was waiting for me, I asked him "this is how you treat all your clients?" And trying to explain I was lost because of no 4G, And he totally changed and started to be fake nice. Because of my problem with the car, I kindly asked him - in Italian- if I can do a later checkout (or anything after 10 am) the day of departure until the rental provided me the new car and he refused. Overpriced, attention terrible, owner only is there for the money.
• Jennifer (8/5): great location, charged for breakage which I think was wear and tear. - great location. easy to find. somehow we broke the coffee machine by following the instructions. worked one time broke the next. the host charged us $60 euro for another one - which we did not use. so overall expensive stay.
• Ellie (10/5): Fabulous. - Renato met us at the apartment. Helped us with our bags and spent time answering questions, showing us the best restaurants, places to visit etc. The rooms are clean and tidy with everything you would want. Carrying our big bags up 3 flights of steep stairs was a challenge but again Renato helped. Its in the centre of town with a few steps to everything you could want to see. It met all our expectations and more.
• Adam (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very clean and tidy. All you need there are in the kitchen and bathroom, also accessories for the beach. Good wifi and air conditioning. Central location, close to the train stadion and bus. Lovely owner! He took care of everything we needed.

Grosses, sauberes Appartment im obersten Stock mit Balkon und Aussicht bis zum Meer (Hafen). Motorradparkplatz (kostenlos) findet sich überall in der Nähe.
