SIRINYA (5/5): Not impressive - Good atmosphere The room was not safe for senior e.g. high step of the stairs than usual,high tank of bath tube (need to climb up), slippery of the bathroom floor, flooding at the balcony etc.

Nothing really, only that is a bit further away from the highlights, but no problem since you can order a tuc u anytime at the recepcion.

Robin (4/5): Disappointing - Really enjoyed the outdoor deck in late afternoon/early evening - the bed was comfortable. That's it. WIFI inefficient - isolated location if you do not have a vehicle creating a real problem getting into town and back again - no pool towels - staff only wanted to promote The Grace and were useless for local information - breakfast totally cold as they did not plug in heating trays - instant coffee - toaster took four loadings to toast bread - restaurant food below average and restaurant understaffed - breakfast cleanup began without notice just in case you were interested in more cold food - generally the place was suffering from a bad case of mismanagement - they said when I booked that there was going to be a very little noise from some construction that was a long way from the restaurant - its was 60 feet from the restaurant very noisy and immediately adjacent to the pool and our room (misrepresentation is a kind word to use) - other than two individuals the staff were a sombre and disinterested group with faces glued to their telephones/computers. The hot water supply was sad so with a large jacuzzi that took forever to fill I suppose they are thinking a cold water jacuzzi will somehow be refreshing? We wanted our room cleaned on day 3 so following their instruction we called the front desk to request the cleaning and went to the pool to allow access - after an hour nobody had come and in the heat we had to literally chase down an employee on a golf cart to plead to get the room done - 30 minutes later someone showed up (by the way the hotel was not busy at this time.) This hotel has real potential and someone has spent a lot of money putting it together but as mentioned above it is in serious need of more skilled management. Until someone goes in and tunes up the staff and rectifies a myriad of overlooked obvious shortcomings I would not recommend The Grace - sad.

KENJI (8/5): 細かいところは気になったが、全体的には楽しく過ごせるホテル。 - 水路に面したコテージタイプのホテルで落ち着ける。ホテル側の責任ではないが、水路にはゴミなども浮いていて、少し勿体ない感じ。ただ、オオトカゲが水面を泳いでいたり、夜は部屋のテラスから多くのホタルの瞬きを目にすることができるなど、自然を感じることができて楽しめた。一方、部屋は網戸に穴があったり、細々チェックすると、十分なメンテナンスができている･･･とはいいがたい印象。朝食は敷地内の最奥部の河川沿いのテラス付きの建物で取ることになるが、電話をするとカートで送迎してくれるので問題ない。なお、徒歩圏（結構歩く）にはローカルな雑貨屋が1軒あるに留まるので、必要なものは事前に買い込んでおいた方が良い。
