• Francesca (7/5): - La casa è molto grande rispetto a come ce l’aspettavamo e ci ha fatto piacere. Tutto funzionale anche se un po’ vecchio, proprietaria giovane e cordiale. Poca pulizia, alcune asciugami non erano del tutto pulite e c’era molta polvere.
• Muzzu (8/5): Bene nel complesso, qualcosina da migliorare. - La posizione dell'appartamento é ottima, centrale e abbastanza vicina a tante attrazioni. L'appartamento é spazioso e abbastanza confortevole, la ragazza che ci ha accolto é stata molto disponibile per le nostre necessitá e richieste. L'appartamento é totalmente sprovvisto di tutti i beni di prima necessitá, abbiamo dovuto acquistare sul posto anche zucchero e sale. Gli infissi sono molto datati, quindi entrano davvero tantissimi spifferi, il giorno in cui siamo arrivate i riscaldamenti erano stati impostati al minimo e abbiamo sofferto molto freddo, ma la padrona di casa il giorno dopo ha mandato il tecnico e abbiamo passato al caldo i restanti giorni di vacanza.

• Ahmed (8/5): En general estaba muy bien solamente hay renovarlo un poco - La ubicacion, tranquilo y silencioso, limpio y amplio. Las camas incomodas, faltaban algunas cositas en cocina y el piso estaba un poco viejo.
• Carlos (1/5): Estancia sin ESTANCIA reserve 3 noches y a las 2 horas de llegar nos fuimos - Nada No se corresponde con las fotografías cargadas en la web. El plato de ducha está en pésimas condiciones higiénicas, así como el resto de los sanitarios. Le hace falta una buena mano de pintura y de renovación del mobiliario en habitaciones y salón, las camas (colchones se encuentran en un estado lamentable) así como el sofá y demás.
• Laura (9/5): - La ubicación, lo cuidado que estaba y a pesar de lo antigua la edificación está muy bien decorado y bien puesto todo. Quizás que le falta más luz que venga del exterior ( aún de día había que encender algo de luz. Quizás más ventanas.

• Loris (8/5): - Accoglienza e comunicazione con lo staff ottimo, lei parlava anche in italiano. Posizione fantastica e comoda, 10 min a piedi dalla metro Ammodernerei i bagni e alcuni mobili.

• Herrera Hernández (8/5): Fueron muy amables solo hacen falta algunos detalles - La comunicación con Juliana fue increíble, tanto que incluso después de decirle que el sillón estaba roto al dia siguiente instalaron uno nuevo. Yo ya lo comenté pero solo diré que los colchones son muy viejos y deberían cambiarse.

• Valeria (1/5): ORRIBILE! - Solo la posizione della casa. Quasi tutto. La persona che ci ha dato le chiavi ci ha raggiunto in netto ritardo, abbiamo atteso un'ora e mezza con i bagagli fuori il portone. Casa sporchissima, asciugamani macchiati di non si sa cosa, lenzuola idem, polvere ovunque, stoviglie vecchie e rotte (bicchieri lesionati) padella senza manico, tazze e posate contate, assenza di cucchiaini. Stracci per pulire la cucina sporchissimi e vecchissimi. Cattivi odori all'interno della casa provenienti da appartamenti circostanti. Assenza di condizionatori nonostante sia scritto nella descrizione. Richiesto silenzio dalle 21 alle 9 del mattino mentre nel condominio c'è caos totale a tutte le ore, soprattutto di notte. Divano rotto e sporco, letti piccoli e sporchi, poltrone nel soggiorno visibilmente sporchi, capelli nei comodini e nei mobili. Assenza di ganci nei bagni, bagno con vasca fatiscente e sporca. Basterebbe davvero poco per poter rendere un po' più comoda la struttura e decisamente più pulita. Peccato perché è davvero comoda per la centralità ma tutto il resto è davvero PESSIMO!!!
• ytan79 (4/5): - L'appartamento si trova nel cuore del quartiere Eixample, una zona vivace e ben servita di Barcellona. A pochi passi dalla metro e dalla Rambla, è stato comodissimo spostarsi e visitare la città. La posizione è davvero ideale per chi vuole esplorare Barcellona a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. Alcuni dettagli da migliorare. La pulizia generale dell'appartamento potrebbe essere curata con maggiore attenzione: Tutti gli asciugamani erano visibilmente usurate e non perfettamente puliti, così come alcune federe dei cuscini. Il divano letto presentava segni di usura strutturale e le poltrone in soggiorno erano piuttosto sporche. Inoltre, nell'annuncio era indicata la presenza di aria condizionata in ogni locale, ma in realtà erano disponibili solo dei ventilatori, che nel mese di agosto non sono risultati sufficienti per garantire un buon comfort.

• Nora (8/5): - El sitio es conveniente porque es central y puedes caminar para hacer turismo Si vas en Verano piensa bien si debes alojarte allí ya que no tienen Aire Acondicionado y no hay buena ventilacion.

Wish it wasn't an apartment a Barcelona resident is not able live in. - Very well located, comfortable and very cute, it had everything to be able to stay for a couple days and enjoy the stay as if you were home. I wasn't aware this was an normal apartment, made the reservation thinking it was hotel, seems unfair it's only available for tourism, it should be available as a home for some Barcelona resident at a fair price. I think this type of places are part of the problem people in Barcelona have problems finding a good place to live.
• Johanna (8/5): Excellent - Location was fantastic, space available great. The kitchen wasn't well equipped, not enough cutlery or utensils, no dishwasher tablets or tea towels.
• Mateo (9/5): Nice apartment to be - 2 wash rooms, kitchen amenities, clean, two beds, washing machine(did not use) and generous amount of toilet tissue. Near eateries, sights, mini markets, walking distance to most sights if you know your way and If your able to walk some distance. It even has an elevator which was a plus for my disabled wife, though there is still a flight of stairs to go to the ground level The wifi and bed. Cannot not locate the free wifi network described on paper. After reaching out to contact, we were given a different wifi network & pwd. But it has a weak strength and disconnects as soon as we leave the bedroom were the router was located. TV in the living room could not even find the wifi network. The bed frame creeks and is uneven in the double bed in one of the room.
• Niels (8/5): Relaxing weekend in Barcelona - Very central, large and airy with balconies to either side of the apartment In general tired looking and appearing apartment. Quite dirty and could do with a good scrub, old bathrooms and worn out towels. Just enough soap in the dispenser for washing your hands once…Kitchen was badly equipped to make the most basic of food - no chopping board, hardly any utensils, no tea towel or dish washing liquid (there was a functioning dishwasher). Super hard uncomfy mattresses in one of the bedrooms. But having said that we had a great time still..

• Marilena-luiza (8/5): A good experience, but we would not repeat it. - What we really liked is that the appartment right central was ,u can really walk everywhere, no need to take the bus or any train.The apartment it is indeed very big! What we did not liked is that the furniture a little bit old ist and at night we could not sleep so good, as strange noises everywhere were. During the day we were only outside, because we visited a lot but at night we could not sleep very good and that is annoying...There must be something to do about it,I know I would if I would have an apartment to rent
• Galia (4/5): Please buy a new boiler!!! - Very good location, also nice living room There is a problem with the boiler and literally someone needs to stay at the balcony and constantly press the reset button when someone use the shower. Which is not nice and the hot water stop. The kettle doesn't work.

• Dragos (8/5): Nice stay in the heart of BCN - The location is great. The apartment is pretty big, and it has everything you need. The host was very helpful and nice. We had a great experience. The apartment need a renovation. It is pretty old. The cleanness could be improved.
• Alfon (7/5): Good - Superb location, plenty of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. The apartment is large, the main room opens in to a lovely and tranquil courtyard, The kitchen is equipped with the basics amenities You do not learn of the check-in hours before completing the booking. I arrived in the morning and I could not collect the keys before 16h, and there are extra fees if you arrive after 19h. Also some of the furniture in the living room (old IKEA chairs) need replacement, it gives an unnecessary derelict image of this beautiful place.
• Othon (1/5): DIRTY AND OLD, NO AIR CONDITION - absolutely nothing!!! to begin, the landlord was three hours late and we had to wait on the street with our bags,called her 7 times without answering, the apartment was a big disappointment, very dirty NO AIR CONDITIONING has a few fans of wich two of them were broken the washer is very small just for one outfit beds very old and uncomfortable all the furniture is damaged old and dirty NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! we will never stay there again worst experience of our travelings

I had to find another hotel for the last day due to poor condition - Location Be aware that there is NO A/C, which is normal in Europe I guess, but there was construction just outside the unit, so it was not ok to keep door and window open. Kitchen doesn't work. the microwave was broken but the host promtly replaced the new unit when we notified, but the oven is very old and the host just told us to get a lighter to start the fire. We ended up not using the kitchen during our stay, but if you are planning about making food then think again BED BUGS . my son got bites on the second day of stay , but we were not sure so we switched another family member to sleep on that sofa and she got bit too. I texted the host and got no reply . We had to find another hotel to stay and checked out early. still did not get any respond . I really feel bad because this property has so much potential. It is very convenient , has good location but need a lot of fixing
