• Ela (10/5): Wygodne apartamenty w cichej uliczce. - Bardzo przestronne apartamenty. Wygodne łóżka, ale kanapy rozkładane w salonach już wydłużone. Ciche, kameralne sąsiedztwo. Świeże ręczniki i zestawy toaletowe. Duże szafy do przechowania swego bagażu. Niepełne wyposażenie kuchni. W jednym z dwóch apartamentów brakowało czajnika. Brak zestawu do parzenia kawy i herbaty. Łazience w apartamencie La Perla przydałby się remont. Brak drzwi/zasłonki pod prysznicem.
• Marcos Rafael (4/5): - Marco was very kind, willing to help and provided clear instructions in order to arrive. Good location. Lamentablemente estaba sucio. La ducha estaba llena de moho, y al ducharse pelo y mugre salía del sumidero. Demasiado caro para lo que realmente es.

• Fayna (7/5): Appartement fonctionnel et bien placé pour visiter mais pas y séjourner - - L'emplacement est parfait entre Santa Lucia et le centre touristique. - Communication facile par WA - pas de torchon dans la cuisine, couverts un peu sommaires, la bouilloire fuyait. - évacuations de l'eau bouchées dans la salle d'eau : lavabo sali rapidement en conséquence. Je l'ai signalé par WA. - éclairage un peu succinct, l'appartement est beaucoup moins lumineux et meublé que sur les photos.

• Joanna (5/5): Apartament do odnowienia - Lokalizacja dobra około 20 minut spacerkiem do najważniejszych punktów ,kuchnia dobrze wyposażona było wszystko co potrzebne ,jedynie co to herbata ,cukier , trochę podstawowych przypraw , worki na śmieci i ściereczki kuchenne lub ręczniki papierowe mógłby gospodarz zapewnić .Dobre wskazania gospodarza co do odnalezienia apartamentu. W drugim pokoju łóżko fatalne nie nadające się do spania, łazienka fatalna, wąska, zatykająca się umywalka i bidet ,grzyb na silikonie wokół brodzika mimo zgłoszenia gospodarz nic nie zrobił. Nie ma możliwości pozostawienia bagażu jeśli ktoś ma późniejszą godzinę wylotu. Jeśli chodzi o czystość apartamentu to też pozostawia wiele do życzenia.

• Angela (10/5): Very satisfactory accomodation in a great location in Cannergio. - Fabulous location, comfortable apartment , easy to find from given instructions. Only one mirror in the whole apartment, another full length one would be great.

• Lucinda (7/5): Good location, convenient apartment, prompt responses from host but a little bit below standard for the price - Location was great - not overly touristy like San Marco, plenty of amazing local restaurants and the apartment was fine. Host communication was prompt and very clear. Kitchen facilities were great and self check in very easy! Apartment had not been fully cleaned when we arrived, dirty towels and socks laying around. When we raised this, our host said our apartment had been cleaned when we were away. But instead of removing the dirty towels and other peoples socks (they were still there until our checkout) no cleaning was done but the washing machine was removed? Slightly weird and the cleaning fee has not been refunded yet although claimed to be. Beds were also uncomfortable and loud upstairs neighbours past 11pm starting from 5am.

So after travelling 30 hours had to wait until technician came to fix it the next day. TV did not work. Thousands of mosquitos. Washing machine not connected
• Yana (1/5): Bad - Terrible experience – avoid at all costs! Everything in the apartment extremely old and does not match the pictures online. The place was dirty and dusty, with visible mold and mildew. The sink was clogged and full of stagnant water, and the bidet didn’t work at all. All the dishes were dirty, and the blankets smelled awful — like old grease and unwashed bodies. We were given only one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay. It was honestly the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
• Melanie (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything. The accommodation was lovely once located, and was equipped with all we needed. Access to the property was not straightforward but once inside we had no issues.
• Aylar (1/5): Horrible and full of mold - Location. The people who handle it are very unprofessional. I let them know that will arrive at 1pm, they only sent me the instructions on how to get to the property at 3:15pm. From 1pm to 5:30pm we were in a search of a property. It was a pain. No uber there, because it’s water everywhere. And no one knows anything. The google maps brought us to a wrong place over and over. 4,5 hours later we found the property. We walked with suitcases all this time. I traveled with kids. The apartment is full of mold. My kids created allergy due to mold and the skin was itching and they are still coughing probably from inhaling the mold. Don’t do it to your kids. Don’t take them to this property. The bed is very uncomfortable. The mattress is made of metal springs and you feel them when laying down. The little folding sofa is dirty, you don’t want to even touch it, and there were only sheets, at night it was cold and sheets wouldn’t keep you warm. We slept 4 people on 1 queen size bed. Thank God we only stayed there for 2 nights. The washing machine is a joke. They just put it there and plugged it in, without connecting to cold/hot waterer. The owners, or the managers of the property are the worst and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone dealing with this people and the property. This place shouldn’t be advertised on Booking.com since it’s hazardous.
• Venkatesh (1/5): Bad - It's a fake one. The pictures that they show is completely different then what they give. The apartment was not at all good, I spent so much money on this apartment and it is not at all like what they show in the pictures. Also the service was horrible. We booked the apartment coz of kitchen and since my parents are allergic to food outside we prefer cooking something light stuffs in the apartment and it missed even the basic stuffs like lighter, they gave us an old apartment with old kind of stove which needs lighter to light up the stove and even asking repeatedly they didn't provide us with such basic thing. And the apartment was freezing. The heater was not working when I complained they told us to check everything and blamed us for not telling about it before hand. They take complete money but they don't have common sense to check if everything is working beforehand. It's a fake and they are scammers they are only there to loot people's money. Please please I request be very very careful when booking this apartment. We really had horrifying experience.

• Mette (6/5): Pleasant - Amazing location in Cannareggio, close to the vaporetto and alilaguna. The apartment is reached through a cute courtyard. Also, it is spacious. Price was extremely high for the quality of the place. The apartment was not quite like the photos and lacked comfort. The bar and stools in the kitchen were removed, there was no sofa or comfortable seating, beds were covered with sheets only, and not so clean duvets (without beddind) could be found in the closet. The bathroom lacked mechanical ventilation and was thus damp and full of black mold. Small adjustments could make a huge difference - some tea towels and fresh cleaning products in the kitchen, good mattresses and fresh bedding, comfy pillows on the bench in the kitchen. Hang the 'artworks straight', give the bathroom a better clean and install ventilation.

The room could have been better because of the humidity the walls were mouldy - if all was painted it would be great.Also,there were mosquito problem all over the place.If there were mosquito/fly repellent devices that would be better and may have solved this problem.And,shower drain was blocking which needs to get sorted.

There was only 1 dishwashing detergent, we stayed for 3 nights. The house was not cleaned properly. There were spider webs and mosquitoes everywhere. There were no fly screens on the windows.

• Joseph (4/5): I will not rebook with them - Location (after we were able to find it with difficulty) - We arrived at approximately the night, between eleven and twelve at night. The streets were almost empty. GPS does not work in Venice. The map we were provided with was not clear. We tried calling the host but he never answered us. In short, we stayed in the street, going around and around until a local bar worker guided us. - After we arrived, I locked the bathroom door. After finishing, I wanted to open it, but it was stuck somehow! It took a few minutes until I was able to open it...So during our stay, no one dared to lock it! I think it needs repair. - We wanted to use the washing machine, but found it full of dirty towels! So we simply didn't use it...

• Sylvia (8/5): Great location - The location was great, lots of bars shops, restaurants around. 20 minutes walk to San Marco Square. Very spacious, asked for more drinking glasses and he sent them straight away. Dust under the beds, seating area could be a bit more comfortable, there was a shelf that stuck out and you had to be careful you didn't bang your head on it.

The apartment has everything you might need, which is very good. When I come to Venice next time, I will be happy to rent it again . The only thing I didn't like was that I expected the apartment to be the one in the main photo. But that was my mistake because I booked quickly

• Raluca (8/5): Good area, spacious apartment - Good location, close to boat stations, close to great restaurants. Big rooms, which is a great thing for Venice. Fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook, use the dishwasher etc. We also appreciated the fact that when we complained to the owner about the mosquitos and asked for pills, they came the next day and brought us special socket pills. We know mold and wet atmosphere of Venice is very hard to control, but every room was moldy. Not so clean, very dusty and the brush & vacuum cleaner were very dirty. The bedroom bed was big, but with 2 matresses, not 1, which moved a lot and my child mostly slept in between matresses. The couch wasn't in the best shape, made q lot of noises when moving over the night and slightly uncomfortable. Very thin walls through you could hear every little noise and the most horrible snoring of the neighbor...

Quite hard to find the right place. They put garbage right in front of the way in and the smell was really bad. It also have bad smell on the way up to apartments, quite old and feel like there are moulds all over. The room was dirty and had many dust on the floor.

• Nadezhda (8/5): Perfect price-value. Great location to explore Venice by foot - Location is perfect. We have traveled with two small kids and apartment was very comfortable for the whole family. The bedroom was specious enough to accommodate 4 people on separate beds (1 big double bed, 1 crib and 1 single bed) without feeling stuffed. We did not have any essentials such as simple soup in the bathroom to wash hands or garbage bags.

Apartment has high potential. Host asks you to input online in multiple steps check-in data and next day again to pay online extra city tax. We booked for 4 people but sofa in living room was not prepared. When we opened it sheets were there but no pillows... They ask you to take garbage out and clean dishes, unless you do not want to be fined.
