• Nicole (8/5): The location was amazing, the staff was responsive and the space was perfect for a few days. - Common area for everyone to spend time in was nice to have. We needed two bathrooms with toilets and showers for a group of 5 to be able to get ready and not disturb one another.
• Michael (7/5): - The place was great, good size in Japanese terms, good location, walking distance to night life but far enough away to be nice and quiet. For a property with a small kitchen to have no plates or bowls was annoying. Only one small, very hard pillow for each guest was also a little uncomfortable.
• Craig (7/5): - Location was good. Staff were really helpful on messenger- noting this hotel doesn’t have a reception. A really nice little place with dining area and outside balcony which was nice Not having a reception / so therefore can’t get luggage transferred easily from another city was a pain. Like other comments on the reviews, the bed mattress and pillows are horrible and too firm and there’s a real lack of storage to put suitcases / coats- infact there’s nothing .

• John (10/5): - It is a truly lovely apartment to stay in. Great area, so close to the main buzz at Dontobori. Hosts were fabulous and very friendly. The bath and shower were amazing and the range of toiletries was gorgeous. A little more wardrobe space would have been nice but we worked around it.
• NIEDANYANG (1/5): 整体环境极差 - 没有满意 首先是环境，外面的环境很乱，电梯巨小 而且一出电梯就是房间 毫无隐私可言 其次是房间内，房间地垫不干净。房间也小，房间小到让人有幽闭恐惧的感觉 最后是房东的态度，少给了我们一床被子，去问的时候来一句已经下班了，拒绝给到，请问住宿没被子是在搞笑吗？？？ 巨差！！

• Ella (9/5): Traditional charm in the heart of Dotonbori - The location was great- a short stroll to the heart of Dotonbori and many restaurants and convenience stores. There was also a subway station just around the corner. The apartment itself was lovely and had everything we needed.
• Taylor (8/5): Very good - The place was really fun, the projectors and onset were great! The instructions from the train were not correct or unclear. There was some trash and dust in the room when we showed up and it was very unclear that someone would have to be there when we showed up.

• Mike (10/5): - A beautifully designed apartment with high quality fitments and very comfortable. In a quiet area and only a short walk to the lively riverside of Osaka. Great communication and easy instructions from the owners. Mika who helped us checkin was friendly and professional.
• Manuel (3/5): Very unreasonable management! - I was ill and I requested to extend for 1 hour check out. That is from 9 to 10am, very reasonable when you think the time they have for cleaning (check in is at 15h), and after many SMSs they allowed me 30 minutes!

• Jennie (7/5): Good - The place had a stunning bathroom. Very responsive host and easy communication. Generous amount of towels. It has a laundry. Welcome drinks in the fridge and a coffee machine. Nice big dining table and efficient air conditioning It needs better signage to make it easier to find. We felt very claustrophobic in the house, it was dark, the lights were very dim. It is expensive.
• Marian (10/5): Fantastic 5 star play to stay in a lovely area - A great cosy stylish place with everything you need and a lot of extra's such as a hot tub, selfie photo stick, nintendo games, fancy hair dryer, good coffee, etc. etc.
• Tracy (10/5): Wish we'd stayed longer! - Location, location, location! Exceptional facilities and layout. Comfortable beds. Gorgeous private outdoor bath and garden (we stayed on level 5), quiet and peaceful, lots of freebies in minibar, excellent service.
• Erin (10/5): A lovely respite in a vibrant city! - So many thoughtful touches in this space! Room to spread out after smaller rooms in Tokyo. The outdoor space was especially welcome. Staff was lovely and left a welcome gift for our kids - and for us. Nice respite in a busy city! Couldn’t find plates or bowls, but otherwise perfect!
• Mei (10/5): Loved it - Quaint property with lovely facilities and private onsen. Location was good and convenient. Staff was welcoming. Would have liked more hanging space in the rooms for coats etc.
• Marissa (9/5): Luxurious and private - Rooms were beautiful, including the garden bath area. Location is great if you want to be close to Dontonbori Street where the main action is, but this also makes for a bit of noise into the early hours of the morning.

The people working for the company are really friendly and nice as well :) Bed was really hard/stiff and the pillow as well, did get others on the third day so slept well after that. The plates are in a strange location, under the TV. Maybe label it for future customers

• Angelique (10/5): Fantastic hotel - book it! - Absolutely loved our stay. Easily the best hotel of the trip. Kind host and loved the welcome note and grateful for the Mariokart for kids and the beautiful outdoor bath. Excellent location close to great food.
• Elena (1/5): Great until the hijacking situation - The spa and space was lovely The owners hijacked our Netflix account and pretended that they had logged out. Appalling behaviour from the hosts. Very disappointed. Don’t ever stay here.

• Charlotte (10/5): Stay here if you have a chance and stay more than one night! - Loved our stay here, our only regret was not staying more than one night. Close walking distance to Dotombori. Staff was very friendly and helpful, very quick response time if we had any questions. The place itself is amazing, very nice change from hotels, went and got food and ate it back at the room, played some Nintendo Switch. This place has thought of it all!
• Steven (8/5): A great spot for a short stay in Dotonbori. - Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great if you are exploring Dotonbori. The shower room and stand alone bath were amazing. The Nintendo switch and projector were welcomed additions to the accomodation. The space felt very cool and authentic. The top of the fridge freezer had not been dusted for quite some while but otherwise the main areas were very clean and tidy. We have ourselves to blame but we didn't spot in description there were no sofas or comfortable chairs. The only seating were traditional Japanese chairs, which had no legs, arranged around a long dining table. This was a struggle because we are non-Japanese without the required flexibility to find these chairs comfortable. This was a particular concern because we stayed there for 13 nights.
• Haruka (4/5): - I had a great communications with the person in charge of welcoming us, however once we settled in the place, we started to see how filthy the place is. There was used ear swab on the dusty widow sash, and the general space around the kitchen was just not updated and grimy. The stack of garbage pale was so dirty. And to top it off, there was a cockroach appearance. We tried to catch it but it disappeared under the door in bedroom. I think this was more of management problem rather than the crew. They need to update the place!!

Really good location, all the nice restaurants and to see bridges (dotonburi) are walking distance. Perfect size for a family of four, all necessities were provided! I love that they have enough towels and toiletries in the room for the whole family! The onsen bathtub was really comfortable with a chillax atmosphere at night~ A little special treat prepared for my daughters birthday was really sweet! It’s a little bit dusty due to the carpet, but didn’t bother us. An extra would be nice too : )

• Benjamin (10/5): Awesome apartment at the center of Osaka! - Chiharu who accepted us was so nice and welcoming! It was a little hard to find. The solution was to chat with the office via booking app and get clear instructions including this google map link https://maps.app.goo.gl/bmQMVJUsPwEN8MjT9 and the entrance photo I attached.
• frederic (10/5): Very good experience in Dotonbori area - this appartement was very good, with all furnitures and accessories. the small terrace was amazing and we took a hot bath a everyday (like we were in Onsen). The location is a top and we were at 2 steps from Dotonbori street and Kuromon Market and 10 min walk t odenden Town. The tube station was 2min walk as well

• Marc (10/5): Great Way to Start Off a Wonderful Trip to Japan! - Extremely nice facility with bedrooms, hot tub and nice dining area to have meals and relax. The location was great with a subway station nearby. Getting access to the room via door codes and a private elevator was surprisingly easy and convenient.

• Angel (10/5): Superbe experience - Un peu compliqué à trouver car bien caché entre 2 immeubles. Bel accueil de la part de l’hôte qui nous apporte le petit déjeuner pour le lendemain matin. Il nous explique tout le fonctionnement de l’appartement. Il y a même des recommandations d’activités disponible sur un livret. Vraiment agréablement surpris, et le prix est raisonnable pour la qualité de service. La localisation est bonne dans le sens où nous sommes très proche de dotombori, le quartier est entouré de shop +18 mais bon, c’est osaka:) je reviendrais avec grand plaisir dans ce magnifique endroit. Je le recommande pour les familles en vacances :)
• Verified traveler (10/5): - 방과 거실이 나누어져 있고, 테라스에 작은 자쿠지까지 사진과 동일합니다. 여러 명의 가족단위나 친구들끼리 적합해요. 전자렌지 가스렌지 주방 편의시설도 있어, 거실에서 시간을 보내기 좋았습니다. 후기가 없어 걱정했는데, 예약했을때부터 답장도 빨리 주시고 컨셉이 너무 맘에 들었어요^^! 구글지도를 보고 찾아가는데, 외관에 큰 안내표지가 없다보니 헤매기는 했으나 도톤보리와 가까워서 좋았습니다. 오래 머물고 싶은 곳이었네요. 소소하게 방 내에 챙겨주시는 것이 많고 시설도 너무 좋아 부족함 없이 잘 보내다 왔습니다. 짐보관은 안되는 점이 아쉽지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 다음번에 또 묵고 싶습니다~
• Verified traveler (6/5): 체크인 과정 불편!! - 직원과 게스트와의 의사소통이 잘 안되는게 불편합니다. 한국말을 할 줄아는 직원이 있었지만 통화 상태가 좋지 않았고 체크인 시간보다 조금 늦어졌는데 연락도 없이 가버려서 만나지 못했습니다. 입구 비밀번호는 세번이나 바뀌어서 혼란스러웠고 게스트와 연락이 바로 되지 않아 한참 기다려야 했습니다. 체크인하는 방법을 바꾸거나 직원이 상시 대기해야 할 것 같습니다.
