Kitchen Staff went out of the way to provide a good breakfast considering the current LPG supply situation and limited service. Cleanliness is good, the housekeeping staff do their work properly. nothing much, the room layouts could have been a bit more cohesive for a handicapped/wheelchair bound person a bit tight at certain places.Also the bathroom entrance step is really high for a handicapped or limited mobility person. Otherwise nothing to complain about

They also helped us with auto and taxi facilities to go to the Velankanni church and Nagapattinam station. The in-house restaurant, Virundhu restaurant was also good. We had breakfast and lunch there. The room tariff + late checkout charges was really high and felt unreasonable. It could be because of the approaching Christmas season.

Even though I called front desk twice to please stop as my baby is sleeping. Caused my baby distress he woke up crying. Turns out half of my family got diarrhoea and food poisoning due to their food. Ridiculous
