• Rose (10/5): The perfect place for 5 days exploring the most beautiful city - The location is ideal for everything you could want to do in Barcelona. There are fantastic things to see and eat within a 10/15 minute walk, or Paral•lel station is right on the doorstep which can take you to all the best places (Montjuic, Sagrada Família, Gracia etc etc). The room was a great size, clean and quiet, with a huge, comfortable bed - and fabulous pillows. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful, and even surprised us with a bottle of wine on arrival. This was my fifth time in Barcelona and Casa Vaganto is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in, I’d return in a heartbeat ❤️ Nothing!

Personál byl stále k dispozici a k tomu i ranní čaj a káva a malé občerstvení. Výborná poloha u metra a v blízkosti hodné restauraci s tapas. Hotel byl moc útulný a přátelský. Jedině snad, že náš pokoj (č. 4) nebyl tak hezky vyzdobený jako jsou pokoje na fotografiích, na základě kterých jsme si ho vlastně vybrali.

El personal es sobresaliente, amable e implicado (nos buscaron restaurantes y nos imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque); en definitiva, una estancia de 10. Gracias especiales a Yesica, Antonella y Julia. Repetiremos sin duda.

• Danielle (8/5): Locatie was echt perfect! - Het was heel schoon en een super gezellige kamer. En de koffie en croissantjes ‘s ochtends waren erg lekker! Er is wat weinig daglicht in de kamer. Daarnaast zit het hotel naast een kebabzaak, waardoor je bij binnenkomst en met het raam open altijd een lichte geur rook. Geen groot probleem, maar wel een klein minpuntje.

They gave us access to the luggage storage at reception early, before check-in time, which we really appreciated. The room was beautiful with an authentic vibe and atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in a special place. Thoughtful complimentary touches there, as well as hot croissants and coffee every morning, waiting for all guests before starting the adventure called Barcelona.

• Vanessa (10/5): A stay you won't regret! - So glad I stayed here! It is a very lovely boutique hotel, my room was tastefully decorated, mordern, and clean. I felt super comfortable and safe as a solo traveller. I enjoyed having my moring coffee sat on the balcony people-watching and appreciated all the nice little touches like free chocolates, water, and wine! Would definately recommend. Not a negative at all but when I found the shower a bit tricky to put on the lady was super helpful :)

• Anna (7/5): - Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und ansprechend gestaltet. Alles war sauber und machte auf den ersten Blick einen modernen Eindruck. Die Lage des Hotels ist praktisch, da sich die U-Bahn-Station Paral·lel direkt in der Nähe befindet und man von dort aus schnell zum Hafen gelangt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Am Abreisetag durften wir unser Gepäck problemlos und ohne zusätzliche Kosten im Hotel lassen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Armaturen im Badezimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und in der Dusche war im Bereich der Dichtungen leichter Schimmel sichtbar. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist eher durchwachsen. Es sind viele Menschen auf der Strasse unterwegs und nachts kann es recht laut werden. Teilweise hatten wir ein etwas unsicheres Gefühl. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden Arbeiten an der Kanalisation durchgeführt, wodurch es bei geöffnetem Fenster leider dauerhaft unangenehm gerochen hat.

• ANASTASIOS (7/5): - The hotel was generally good. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the street. The metro station is literally right outside the hotel entrance, which makes getting around very easy. The rooms were clean, and the towels were changed daily. The location is convenient, with most attractions within 1.5–2 km. The hotel also offers free coffee, water, and a light breakfast at no extra cost. The staff were polite and very helpful. It was quite noisy, and the earplugs provided by the hotel were not sufficient. Also, the price was a bit high (€155 per night).
• Rachel Joy (9/5): Overall, it was a very good stay! - The place is very clean and smells good. We got free bottle of wine upon arrival. We arrived to Barcelona and at the hotel at around 11am and the receptionist told us the room was already available for check-in. We checked in earlier without any additional cost! We are so happy we were able to sleep for a few hours before heading out to explore. The location is very good, close to mcdonalds and other cafes and also I liked visiting Cactus, the souvenir shops just beside the hotel. The noise from the bars nearby, we can hear people talking outside even if windows and doors were shut close. Last night of our stay at 12mn I woke up hearing 2 people talking just outside our room. And one night also a guy accidentally opened our door! Kinda scary but I think I did not shut the door properly because you need to push the door to lock and close it properly.

Kaffee und kleine Snacks gab’s auch was wir sehr nett fanden. Das einzige was uns etwas störte war die Lüftung welche in der Nacht lief und ziemlich laut war.

• Alex 1983 (7/5): Good location, not very comfy. - The location is very convenient, close to the metro and bus lines. Breakfast was not included, however, some croissants and beverages (coffee, tea) are offered, which is helping in the morning before going out. The hotel management tried to rectify our "cleanliness issue" (see below). We were in room 11 (2nd floor). / The upper shelf of the wardrobe was not cleaned (since long time) as there was lots of dust on it, which we discovered only when our clothes were dusty. It took a bit (more then expected) of explanation and communication to get this issue across, so that it was cleaned a day later. / The noise from the street is to be expected in that central area - sadly there is also noise from the floor above (3rd floor), which was not anymore part of the hotel but probably a rented apartment. Bad sound insulation which was problematic with neighbors that are restless at night. / Also, the bed mattress was rather used and not comfy to sleep in.

La chambre était joliment décorée, propre, petite collation offerte le matin au niveau de l'accueil, incluant un excellent café (machine Jura) ou thé. Cadeau à l'arrivée, c'était adorable. je suis très satisfaite de mon choix. le lieu est juste à coté du métro Paral lel c'est donc très facile de se déplacer. nous avons cependant fait le choix de beaucoup marcher. les plages sont à 30mn à pied (le port à 10mn), le centre aussi à 30mn à pied ou 3 stations de métro. juste pour écrire quelque chose, je dirai la qualité du shampoing à disposition dans la douche. vu le prix de la chambre, un shampoing un peu plus qualitatif aurait été apprécié + un gel douche. mais bon ce n'était pas très grave.

Te dejan toallas nuevas sin problema y aunque no tienen servicio de desayuno, tienen todos los días café y bollos gratis. El primer día no funcionaba la tele. estaba totalmente desconectada. Después de decírselo, el día siguiente estaba arreglada. El segundo día no había agua en la ducha. Tenía que dejar la habitación así que no hubo posibilidad de arreglar eso. No había persianas y la cortina gruesa cubría muy justo la ventana. Había golpes en las esquinas de habitación que habían levantado la pintura.

• Ersin (5/5): Otel bence Barselona için pek merkezi sayılmazdı, ayrıca bulunduğu mahalle de biraz tekinsiz geldi bize. Metro ve otobüs - Metro ve otobüs duraklarına çok yakındı. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, otele giriş çıkış kolaydı. Oda çok küçüktü yürümeye hareket etmeye alan yoktu. Her gün odanın temizlenmesi için kart bırakmıştık ama sadece süpürüp toplayıp çıkmışlar nevresimleri değiştirmemişler bile.

• Lani (9/5): cozy small hotel, worth the money - Cheap for barcelona, good central location with a metro stop nearby that gives access to all the main attractions, basic breakfast food, but exceeded our expectations because we didnt know they had breakfast, fruit, yogurt, coffee and tea, orange juice, milk, croissants and muffins. Theres also a bakery right next to the hotel if you want something different for breakfast. 10 minute walk to la rambla, 2 minute walk too metro station. The croissants I only had on the first day, the second day i was too early and the third day too late maybe. Thats my only complaint really, everything else is exceptional. Only be aware of your surroundings walking to the center as you have to pass through a slightly dodgy area.

• Julia (9/5): Ein paar Tage in Barcelona - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr praktisch. Es handelt sich nicht um ein klassisches Hotel, sondern sind das Zimmer/Wohnungen in einem Wohnhaus. Im Flur einer Wohnung befindet sich so genannte Rezeption. Das hat uns gar nicht gestört. Sogar fanden wir das besser so. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-out. Frühstücksalternative in Form von Kaffee, Tee, Joghurts, Früchten usw fanden wir fantastisch. Es war sauberes und schön angerichtetes Zimmer. Wenn wir noch mal nach Barcelona kommen, werden wir unbedingt hier noch mal übernachten. Sehr empfehlenswert. Alles gefallen

• Sam (6/5): I enjoyed my stay, but next time would stay in an Hotel with more amenities, like a cafe or even a reception you good ch - Lovely women running it. Very helpful. Location was great. The room was vey small and nothing like the images used to market it. There were very few added extras, like soap for the shower and little things you would expect when paying almost €260 a night.

• GR (4/5): I will not be staying here again - the price was ok There were homeless people blocking the front door, I did not feel safe. The building is not a conventional hotel. There were different codes you had to remember to access different floors and doors. There was no lobby per say, this will never be on my list to stay again.
• ronan (2/5): Le prix des chambres est bien trop élevé pour le degré de confort offert - Très bruyant toute la journée mais surtout de nuit, car donne sur la rue. Il est très difficile de dormir avec ce bruit sans boules quies. L'hôtel offre des boules quies sur la table de nuit ce qui montre bien le degré d'inconfort de celui-ci. Les personnes qui se succèdent à l'accueil ne sont pas agréables du tout. Elles sont justes là pour donner les clés et ne disent même pas bonjour ni encore mieux "bonne journée' De plus un jour la chambre n'a pas été faite

• Ngoc Tina (6/5): Schönes Boutique-Hotel - Sehr schön eingerichtet, schönes Bad und super zentral zu allem! Es war leider nicht immer mega sauber, aber für paar Nächte ausreichend.
• Kathrin (3/5): I definitely wouldn't book this room again. - Nice room. It is very loud since the rooms are located on one of the busiest streets in Barcelona (6 lines of cars), so there is a constant noise coming from the streets as well as vibrations from the trucks. The windows are poorly isolated, so there is not much difference with them being open or closed. It takes around 30min to walk to the important sights, so you don't really have the benefit of being in the center, bit pay the price as if you were. There was also no curtains against the light at night.

• Jennifer_Pulido (9/5): - Muy bien ubicado, estaba cerca de metro y comercios zona de ocio. La habitación era muy bonita y con todo lo necesario, además en la recepción tienen café, fruta,... Para poder desayunar y se agradece. A pesar de que es un edificio tranquilo, la habitación no estaba del todo bien insonorizada , se escuchaba a la gente subir y baja por las escaleras.

• Niccolò (9/5): - Trattasi di un appartamento, le cui stanze sono state trasformate in camere. Semplice, ma carino. Accesso con tessera magnetica e/o codice digitale. Posizione ottima, vicino alla metropolitana. Nell'atrio si trova la reception, quasi sempre presidiata. Personale disponibile. Sono disponibili per il self-service: bevande (arancia, latte, acqua, tè, ...), macchinetta automatica per caffetteria, muffin, croissant e frutta (mele, banane).
