Ottimo il parcheggio e gentilissimo tutto il personale, che ci ha permesso di lavorare al computer per tutta la mattina successiva, anche mentre sbarazzavano e pulivano dopo la colazione. Camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole.

• charroux (8/5): Et oui! - Apres comparaison de 2 séjours à courte intervalle entre Campanil et Ibis Budget, les + d'Ibis : chambre spacieuse, PQ 3 feuilles ( ça compte !). Les -d'Ibis : seulement et seulement compte tenu du prix : un matelas trop "trop" ferme. Franchement, sinon, RIEN À DIRE! Merci les filles (et oui!) pour votre gentillesse/disponibilité.

• ISABELLE (6/5): Isolation a revoir - Hôtel bien situé, proche du lac. Plusieurs restaurants autour, faciles a pied. Accueil très chaleureux. Points négatifs : hôtel très mal insonorisé, on entend les clients au dessus aux toilettes, avec tous les bruits. Alarme incendie en pleine nuit, quelqu'un a fumer dans le couloir . Toujours des clients qui ne respectent pas les autres, rentrés a 2 h du matin et riant bruyamment dans le couloir. Manque petit frigo
• Noa (2/5): - Un personnel exécrable avec sa clientèle. Je suis choqué, je n’avais jamais vu ça, on ouvre ma porte à 9h du matin sans me prévenir. Puis la réceptionniste est très véhémente et se permet de me tutoyer. J’ai passé un séjour très difficile, le lit est en bois il est très dur.

• Juana María (4/5): - Lamentable el alojamiento en este hotel,no han pasado a cambiar toallas ni hacer la cama en todo el fin de semana para colmo el sábado a la noche al llegar del evento al que fuimos la habitacion y el pasillo desprendía un olor insoportable. Al día siguiente fui a recepción a decirles y lo único que te dicen es que lo sienten y ya está. Pero vaya un hotel muy muy mediocre que encima no te dan el servicio por el que pagas. Yo no lo recomiendo a nadie

• Anne-Sophie (8/5): Réponds aux attentes - Mon séjour s'est très bien passé dans cette hôtel. La chambre était propre et une femme de chambre passait tout les jours. Le personnel à l'accueil était très gentil. Pour de courtes périodes je recommande.
• Hans-Dieter (8/5): - Sehr gutes Personal auf der Etage. Freundlich, aufmerksam und gründliche Sauberkeit. Sehr gute Anbindung an das örtliche Straßenbahnnetz. Außer Frühstück keine Gastronomie. Nachts störende Außenbeleuchtung, die aber aus Sicherheitsgründen (Parkplatz) notwendig erscheint. Insgesamt eine sehr gute 4 Sternebewertung. Komme sehr gern wieder.
• John (8/5): - The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful. The area is surrounded by restaurants. It has good transport links and serval places were in walking distance. The only thing I would like to improve is the breakfast there isn’t much of a selection so there isn’t really a point in paying for it.

• Cecile (8/5): Convenient option to go to the stadium - You get all you can expect from an Ibis budget. Surrounding are ok-ish, very convenient option to go to the stadium with an hippopotamus next to it and a 15min walk from the stadium. Close to a metro station too, which gets convenient to reach Bordeaux City-Center.

• Lesley (8/5): - Plenty of secure parking at the hotel. It was in a good location to get the tram into the city centre and also to go walking around the lovely lake. I think the only negative was not being able to get a couple of milk portions for my tea as I took my travel kettle with me. I would definitely stay again and also recommend the hotel. Breakfast for really good as well and worth the money.

Malheureusement le confort de couchage est un point négatif, les oreillers sont des "gants de toilettes" (plats) ; résultat : des cervicales en vrac le lendemain pour les 2 personnes.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Enttäuschend sogar für budget - Leider ziemlich enttäuschend was die Zimmer betrifft. Keine Heizung, keine Ablagemöglichkeit (Fächer, Schrank) für die Sachen. Das erste Zimmer hat sehr unangenehm nach Rauch gerochen und der Badlüfter war sehr laut, da die Abdeckung fehlte. Beim Duschen steht man im Wasser weil die Abflüsse nicht gut funktionieren. Der Klodeckel wackelte ohne Ende und auf die Toilette muss man sich hinter der Tür reinquetschen. Strassenlärm von draussen, da die Fenster Lüftungselemente haben, die nicht verschliessen werden können. Einzig gut war das Frühstück ab 6.00 Uhr voll verfügbar und umfangreich.

Habitaciones pequeñas, sin armario, sin lugar para posar las maletas, camas pequeñas y almohadas ridículas.,mucho más pequeña q la cama y super plana sin opción a que te dieran otra (no tenían)., tampoco tiene mesitas de noche (en un lado una tablita chiquitita casi a ras del suelo. No cogía ni el móvil) El baño pequeñito sin nada más q dispensador de jabón. Solo proporcionan toalla de baño sin más. No tiene secador. El inodoro un poco desastroso, con la tapa suelta y con zona en el interior oxidadas. Y así en 3 habitaciones q hemos reservado. A diario en el pasillo de las habitaciones olo ar tuberías o desagües, un horror!! Desayuno normal. El personal del hotel poco agradable y con poco esfuerzo para serlo. Vimos una cucaracha(!!!) Hotel bastante lejos del centro, aunque con buena comunicación.

• David (2/5): - The property appeared to be under renovation with all cable conduits exposed and large holes in walls where A/C lines had veen removed. Felt like a cross between a prison and military barracks. Literally the worst property I have ever stayed at (building-wise. Staff were nice). If my family was with me, we would have had to leave immediately, kids should not have to deal with conditions like that.

• nawal (4/5): - Not the best hotel I’ve stayed in, in fact one of the worst. If you happy with cheap and below basic then this is the hotel for you. The only good things I would say is the parking is available and the staff are helpful, the rest is a let down. The room needs some serious update , the air con didn’t work well, the bed was uncomfortable and the covers looked so old that I didn’t feel comfortable to sleep on them. The shower room really needs changing, it’s so old that it makes the room look dirty. The children’s bunk bed is a bad design as it’s so high up it doesn’t allow enough air especially when it’s hot in the room with bad air con. So the main question is will I stay there again, and the answer is clearly no thank you.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great budget hotel, convenient location. - Great budget hotel in excellent location. Tram stop just around corner to be able to take you right into town. Trams in Bordeaux means no need to stay in city centre. Air conditioned rooms were bliss as 40C outside.

Presente 2 nuits, les femmes de menage ont changé mes serviettes, gobelets et autres savons... bref, aucune notion écologique... Je pense qu'ils ont oublies que j'etais la 2 nuits car ils ont également changé mon code d'acces Second soir, la personne a l'accueil manque de sourir et empathie Localisation sympa . Il faut compter 40 min pour rejoindre le centre ville en tram
• sebastien (6/5): - A notre arrivé très bon accueil l hôte fut très gentil et souriant nous avions réservé une chambre pour trois. A l arrivé dans notre chambre dans l ensemble propreté satisfaisante hormis le fait que le lit du haut ne sois pas fait et que il y ai une petite tache de sang sur le bord de la couette. Malheureusement la nuit fut moins satisfaisante du au fait qu’il y avait un groupe de jeunes assez bruyant et irrespectueux du voisinage. Donc la nuit fut courte.
