Some confusion emails before the stay, forma to fill out that didn’t open and when asked to resend them, no response, an invite to rate my stay before I even arrived, but once there everything was great.

- Karolina (7/5): Solides Hotel mit Verbesserungspotential - Große Zimmer, schöne Aufmachung des Hotels, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, das uns auch noch nach den offiziellen Check-In Zeiten freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüßt hat. Frühstück war wenig Auswahl, wenig frische Produkte und hat nicht geschmeckt. Fehlende Produkte wurden erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen aufgefüllt, das Personal war hier nicht besonders freundlich oder hilfsbereit. In einem Zimmer war der Duschkopf der Regendusche schwarz vom Schimmel und Haare der vorherigen Person waren noch in der Badewanne.

- Sylvia (5/5): Geen 4 sterren waard - Prima locatie en fijn bed Ontbijt was echt teleurstellend, geen heet water voor thee, geen yoghurt of melk, geen fruit, geen kaas, geen pannenkoeken. Er was alleen rijst, salade, ham, kleine broodjes, croissantjes en chocoladebroodjes. Het personeel laat ook te wensen over. We hadden gevraagd voor vervoer naar de luchthaven en zij gaven alleen de taxi als optie. Toen ik vroeg naar de trein werd eerst gezegd dat dat geen mogelijkheid was, toen veranderde ze van gedachte en was het wel mogelijk maar treinstation was ver van het hotel dus dan zouden we alsnog met taxi daarheen moeten. Na een eigen research was het treinstation op 9 minuten lopen voor een rechtstreekse trein naar de luchthaven. Denk dat ze een deal hebben met taxibedrijf voor winst, maar dit was geen service richting de klant. Voor een 4 sterren hotel mag je echt meer verwachten. Daarnaast plakte de badkamervloer alsof het niet echt schoon was en er was schimmel bij de douche / bad.

Breakfast on Day2 was chaos. They were not able to manage the large crowd that showed up all at once.

Un gros soucis au petit déjeuner, je trouve que le changement qui a été fait n'a pas été judicieux, beaucoup moins à disposition et de diversités pour manger...je trouve que pour avoir des crêpes, il faut demander, alors que généralement on est censé avoir les odeurs et la vue des préparatifs...c'est le gros point négatif, si pas de demande on ne sait pas qu'il y en a , surtout qu'elles sont emballés....dommage Un autre point désagréable au niveau de la salle de bain, un robinet qui n'est plus présent, soucis pour le pommeau...à réparer ... autre désagrément la carte qui s'est désactivée 2x sur le séjour...merci à la femme de ménage qui m'a permis de rentrer dans la chambre avant de réactiver la carte.

There was fungus on the shower head, but the rest of the room and bathroom was extremely clean and had no smell unlike other hotels in Morocco. We asked to change the room but one wasn’t available. My friends room was wonderful with a good room and had toiletries though she paid less so I guess it depends on luck as to which room you get. But compared to what’s available it’s excellent value for money. Breakfast is not worth it.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, close to Casa Port, the old Medina, and many restaurants, which made it very convenient for both business and leisure. The staff were exceptional—professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Their warm attitude and attention to detail truly enhanced the overall experience. A special thanks to Fatima Zahra reservation from the reservations team. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and efficient throughout the booking process. She handled everything smoothly, ensured all details were perfectly arranged, and made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, offering good value for money. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Casablanca.

- Mallory (5/5): Doesn’t live up to the star rating. Unusable shower. - The room was clean and location pretty good. It certainly doesn’t live up to the star rating it advertises. The room was very run down. The shower was unusable, there was no proper shower head, only one attached to a hose coming from the bath tap. The hose was too short to lift over your head, so impossible to wash your hair unless you’re sitting in the bath (gross). The vanity looked like it had been dropped and they decided to install it anyway. Water damage on the walls and completely missing one of the bedside lamps (ripped off the wall). Glad we only stayed one night, the place was depressing despite them trying to make it sound cool with their marketing and comms.

The bathroom shower was blocked, although we informed them after the first night they did not fix it. On the second day was the water outage for most of the day. Staff told us several times that it was almost fixed but it didn’t come back on until 11 at night. Breakfast was ok but coffee was instant coffee. Slightly dated looking breakfast room.

Especially the services by the porters (exchange money, helping to laundromat, general info etc.) contributed to our ease of staying in Casablanca and specifically the odyssee hotel. - mario (6/5): Buen sitio que no merece tan mal mantenimiento - El hotel es bonito, el desayuno correcto y está bien situado. En apariencia sí es un hotel de 4 estrellas. El personal, depende de quién te toque.... El problema es el mantenimiento. La habitación y las zonas comunes están en muchos casos abandonadas. Lavabo roto. Sonido de goteras. Lavabo atascado. Lámparas arrancadas. Luces que no funcionan. Un desastre en general.

La qualité de l'accueil a été si médiocre qu'elle a neutralisé tout aspect potentiellement agréable du séjour. Le sentiment d'être ignoré à la réception ne m'a pas permis de profiter de mon expérience chez vous. Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception concernant l'accueil au sein de votre établissement. J'ai constaté une disparité de traitement flagrante selon l'origine des clients : alors que les clients étrangers bénéficient d'une attention immédiate, les clients locaux sont ignorés à la réception. Ce sentiment de discrimination est inacceptable. En conséquence, je ne renouvellerai plus mon séjour chez vous et ne recommanderai pas votre hôtel
