It is nicest house with a charm of old house (in a good way), home-made breakfast, wonderful stuff who is willing to help you to get the most pleasant experience from Key West. It is very close to Duval Street and you can walk anywhere from this little hotel. Everything was perfect

Stephen (10/5): We had a delightful experience in a traditional home magnificently restored into a beautiful inn located in the heart of - The property is maintained in amazing physical condition. Key West is not an easy place to keep up with the constant hot and humid conditions, the tropical rains and continuous turnover of visitors coming to enjoy the weather and charm of Key West. Over the years, we have stayed in more elegantly preserved and well cared for home converted to a most hospitable B&B. The staff, both management and housekeeping, do an amazing job of caring for their guests. The love of owners and staff for this beautiful inn is clearly shown by their care for it and their guests. Nothing. Its central location to upper and lower old town is ideal, and on property parking makes the whole island accessible, an ideal location for guest driving to Key West. We did walk a lot getting to all our favorite spots, but we slept soundly as a result. I thought being on Truman Ave might be a drawback, but it definitely was not by the way the property is set back and landscaped.

The Inn was lovely in agreeing to refund the rest of the stay so we could move to a place where we could sleep. A B&B used to have a host who lived there. This place had three different staff in the day and night we stayed. Breakfast we nuked quiche bought elsewhere, banana bread bought elsewhere... just a visit to the 711 and a cup of coffee would be the same. Pretty sad.

Daniel (9/5): Good value, charming accommodation in a brilliant location. - Great location and welcoming, homely hotel. I enjoyed the simple, honest charm of the place. After a long drive it was nice to have a good room, a place to park, and a friendly welcome. Everything was done well - for example I liked breakfast being kept to a simple selection of things in reasonable quantities but all quality and tasty rather than a huge portion of food I wouldn’t eat. Everything was done well. One small comment would be the bed in the Cabana was a little squeaky and the room was fun and charming but a little small for anything more than a couple of nights. It was perfect for our stay though.

Gregory (10/5): A charming B&B, though no ghosts. - An upscale home from the 1800s converted into a charming B&B. Rooms are comfy and well-decorated. Friendly workers and an excellent location, 2 blocks from Duval Street. The Hemingway Home is a few minutes walk. (Though rent a bike or eBike while in Key West. This hotel has bikes to rent. I had an eBike delivered by another company, as stores oddly not allowed to rent bikes from their shops.) Not many guests during my visit so I had no problems parking in their lot (I think $8 extra per night). If full, parking could be a challenge. Breakfast was continental, likely because of few guests, though folks who stayed longer mentioned bacon on prior mornings. A good choice overall. Only downside for me was no ghosts. That would have been cool.

Our bedroom was really lovely and had everything you could possibly want; ie: very pretty bed linen, fridge, ice bucket, coffee percolator, ceiling fan, good air conditioning unit, armchair, tv, pool towels etc etc. The breakfast was very good, choice of mimosa, coffee, tea with a good selection of pastries and fruit. Swimming pool was a good size. Very good location with a few minutes walk to Duval Street. Would love to stay here again and would definitely highly recommend to others.

Joshua (10/5): - My wife and I stayed here for our 16th anniversary and found this place to be much more enjoyable than we expected. We love staying at historic inns when we take trips, and this place may have been the nicest, most well kept that we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The location is perfect; easy walking distance anywhere, and if you prefer to reach farther areas, they have bike rental for a fair price. The morning breakfast is served to you by the staff while you sit out on their relaxing pool area. It was very enjoyable every morning. The room we stayed in had its own private balcony overlooking Truman avenue. If you decide to book this inn, which I highly recommend, look into getting the veranda room. It was beautiful.

She explained how to get our key after hours and emailed us the instructions. The next morning when we signed paperwork. She was so pleasant ! Breakfast was amazing and the sweet lady who served it was as sweet as they come . We will return to this beautiful place !!

The only complaint, which may be island wide, was the abysmal low water pressure in the shower. It literally was barely more than a trickle. It did the job but nothing more.

Stayed in the Hemingway room as this was the only room available for dates we wanted, room was very dark with little natural light and no direct balcony or porch from room to dry swimwear. The other rooms looked a lot nicer. The property is also on the main road so noisy at times.

Janet (8/5): Charming boutique historic B and B - A beautiful classy boutique historic small B and B in the heart of old town. Reception was lovely and breakfast is rather unique. Safe on site parking and everything in old town within a 20 minute stroll. The two garden rooms will have disturbed sleep as the town bin lorries empty bins right outside every day around 4 or 5 am, this is outside of the control of the hotel and it is LOUD. The rest of the stay is utterly charming

Ryan (8/5): Modern luxury, old world charm - This place is truly a find. The service was impeccable, Rebecca greeted us warmly and walked us around showing us where everything was. She even walked us to our room. Hillary took care of us at breakfast and was a bright spot to start the morning. We chose to eat here on both mornings, it was light with fresh fruit and homemade muffins along with a small quiche made at a local french restaurant. Perfect. We stayed in the Veranda room, which was beautiful and spacious, but right on Truman St and was loud. Not because of any people but the cars and trucks. Didn't sleep all that well unfortunately. That is the only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars. We would stay again but maybe try another room.
Lisa (10/5): - Friendly personal service on arrival, with tour of property and room. Huge room, with every imaginable amenity. Comfortable bed and excellent AC! 10 minute walk to Duval. Everything you need for a lovely stay in Key West, definitely recommend.

Joseph (10/5): - The tastefully decorated room, our veranda and breakfast by the pool. Only downside is the street noise (extremely loud automotive sound systems) in the evening…and the very noisy garbage truck at 4:30 am Tuesday and Thursday morning. There is very little the property can do about these issues…however, Key West PD could help by enforcing noise ordinances particularly in the residential areas.
Shontelle (10/5): Did not disappoint!! - The Conch House is a gem!! Stayed only one night, however it won’t be our last visit. Staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the area which was helpful being it was our first visit to Key West. The property is beautifully maintained and in a great location! You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay at The Conch House!

Verified traveler (10/5): - This was the best location in Key West! The B&B was so clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and quite. We rented bikes from the hotel and towed it around the city then came back and relax in the pool.After a great night sleep in their wonderful beds you’re greeted with a breakfast and a Mamosa on their beautiful porch in this tropical setting.
