• Meghan (10/5): Great place to stay while visiting Rome - 10/10. This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Rome. Felize was great with communication and the space was exactly as advertised. We used local transportation from the airport and it was easy. When we arrived we were able to walk to the Colosseum (literally down the street) and then were able to travel all around the city on public transportation. After a long day of exploring we came back to a clean and cold room. There are lots of shops very near by for snacks, restaurants for food, gelato shops for an treat, and even a small grocery store to stock up on anything you might need. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had good communication from the hosts and they left a honeymoon gift to us of prosecco and chocolates in the room to welcome us which was thoughtful. Our biggest concern was when we arrived we had multiple aspects of our bathroom and towels in the room not cleaned properly. When we reached out about it they were quick to provide a solution of getting new and clean towels which we appreciated them to accommodate. If you’re looking for a stay away from the busy tourist area but close enough to main sights of Rome this was a fun location!

Despite the language barrier, everyone we encountered were lovely. The only downside was the driver for the airport pickup being over 1 hour late, just a tab frustrating after a 12 hr flight.
• Maria Cristine (10/5): Great Stay Near the Colosseum with Exceptional Ser - This hotel was a great find for our stay in Rome. It's within a 12-minute walk of the Colosseum and conveniently located near a bus station, which made it easy to reach other major sites like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps in about 15 minutes. The area is also filled with delicious and reasonably priced dining options, which made exploring even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and came with thoughtful touches like snacks and a coffee maker—perfect for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the kindness of the property manager. We accidentally left our jackets behind, and they were incredibly helpful in getting them shipped back to us. Small gestures like that really leave a lasting impression. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Rome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a welcoming and well-located place to stay.
• Denys (6/5): - Hosts were very kind and location was convenient. My family and I had some issues checking in since it was a self check-in process. Main issue was poor phone signal in the building if not connected to WiFi. We stayed for two nights and on our last day, the WiFi was not working. We tried to reset it but it did not help. Because of the lack of WiFi and poor phone signal, it was difficult to reach the host. I don’t believe this was the hosts’ fault, but I just wanted to explain our experience with the building.

• Lorna (8/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at Feliz in Roma. Check in was simple and quick, owners were communicative and the room was comfy and a good size. Location is excellent, walking distance from the colleseum and forum and has easy transport links to termini, Vatican city and Trastevere if you do not want to walk further. Also plenty of restaurants on the street/nearby. Breakfast could be improved as it was dried breads and packaged cakes. I understand it is difficult without a staff member present to prepare foods but it would be nice to have some non-dried bread, fruit, yogurts or cereals to choose from in the fridge for self-service.
• CHRIS (10/5): - Was our first time to Rome and first time out of the states. First the room was cute but very small. This is not the properties fault but it is still small. Bath/sink area are a decent size but to me the shower was very small. But again not the properties fault. You are maybe 20 min from the colosseum. 50 min walking from piazza del popolo, the people’s square and about 1hr 10min walking to the Vatican City. Several places to eat are close, GREAT lasagna. There are several mini mrkts 15 min away and a full grocery store about 20-25 away. The B&B has a Community kitchen with complimentary snacks, sink, stove and smalll refrigerator available. Don’t forget to mark you stuff in refrigerator as others may take it. We did have a wonderful time and this was partly due to the motel. Next time will look for a bigger place. Don’t forget your converters. And the tv does have an English option which helps for some channels.
• Jane (10/5): Near the Colosseum - It was a good place to stay. It was easy to get around by walking, using buses, and taking taxis. We took a taxi to St. Peter's Square, but very easily walked back. There were lots of restaurants nearby. Having coffee in the morning was delightful. The elevator made dealing with luggage easy.

I booked for 4 people the apartment was for 2 with no air circulation in the apartment the smell was anything but. • Chi Kai (6/5): - The key is a little bit tricky, need to shake it a bit to open the door. The apartment is recently renovated, only partly. there are some furnitures not replaced. The sofa bed is just unprepared, there is hair, dust on it. We finally dont want to use it. Generally speaking, it is ok to stay but not impressive at all.

• Gemma (10/5): - We stayed for 4 nights, family of 2 adults and one teen. We stayed in the suite which consists of 2 rooms, one room with a sofa bed, the other a large king size bed and a bathroom. The property is located in an apartment block, one apartment split in to 3 self contained apartments with a shared kitchen area/where you eat breakfast. The apartment is very safe and secure. The host messaged a week before arrival with entry details and messaged during the hols to see if all was ok. He was just a text away. The location for us was great, a ten minute walk to the colosseum and underground. There is a cafe next door and plenty of eating places/mini supermarket shops nearby. Overall this is an excellent find and if I was to come back to Rome I would definitely stay here.
• Emily (8/5): - The B&B is in a great location. You can see the Colosseum when you walk out of the building. Only 10 min walk to get there. There are shops close by to get a few groceries and there are cafes and restaurants close by as well. The room is small but we weren’t in it much because we were sightseeing. The bed is also not comfortable. But it was nice having coffee and a few snacks available for breakfast. The owners are super friendly, helpful and respond immediately. They also let us stay in our room longer until our ride to the airport showed up which we greatly appreciated especially since it was raining out the day we left. We would recommend this place because of the location and how friendly and helpful the owners are!

The is no fancy breakfast but there is coffee, tea, milk, breads and spreads. Both us and our kids had breakfast there. I recommend this place to those visiting the city.
• Marc (10/5): A pleasant stay - Very nice b&b located on the second floor of a quiet building that’s about four blocks from the Colosseum and a relatively easy walk to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. Breakfast probably could have used a little fruit and cereal or yogurt, but no complaints since there are at least four markets within a few blocks. Federico was incredibly helpful in giving us directions. He was always accessible by text.
• Diana (10/5): - This was a bed and breakfast near the colosseum. Great cafe next door. There are only a few rooms, and it was quiet. There is a kitchen with pastries and coffee. The elevator worked well. Walkable to the bus stop to train station.

Common kitchen area nice also spotless. Find your taxi stands as safer than Romes Metro at peak travel times. The outside street condition which the owner can't control is quite dirty with trash.

Lots of communication from the owner and everything was very smooth from stay, to guiding us to good locations etc. Would 100% recommend it to others especially if you visiting in the heat the apartment was always cool with air con in both rooms.
• Nazih (6/5): - I contacted the owner via texting and emails only. We never spoke or met. They seemed nice and responsive to arranging for transportation from the cruise ship to his BnB and then to the airport for departure. When we arrived, our rooms were still not serviced by the housekeeper despite advance communication of our arrival time. All the soiled/used beds, linens, and towels were still there from the previous occupants. We ended up leaving the property for a couple of hours to give the housekeeper time to clean up. The shower drain started backing up gradually with some odor by our 2nd day there. I informed the housekeeper. She appeared to understand and told me in Italian that she would take care of it. That night after returning from a long day of sightseeing, my 8 yo son took the first shower. But then the shower drain was completely clogged up and water backed up without even slow drainage. I tried texting the owner via whatsapp, but he did not respond till after I found a plunger under the kitchen sink. I tried for about 30 minutes to unclog the drain without success. Eventually, I was able to do so and my 2 daughters and I were able to finally take showers before bed. I did hear back from the owner with an apology. He also offered to take care of the city tax fees of 21 euros that I would have had to leave behind in cash upon our departure. The common kitchen was very basic with a small fridge containing milk and juice bottles. Breakfast was suboptimal.

• Olga (10/5): - This is an excellent place for those who like convenience, peace and quiet, and, at the same time, intense city experience. Feliz in Roma is located in a historic building with the character, renovated, sparkling clean, walking distance to many key Rome attractions, and 5 minutes from the touristic center - place of gathering for excursions groups. Our kids loved the cafe next door with the great pizza, opened at morning and lunch time. Federico was very helpful, patient and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place.

• Richard (8/5): Great location for family trip to Rome - Stayed for 3 nights with my wife and two children (9 & 7yrs). The apartment was in a great location near the Colosseum and the area felt safe and family-friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. We were very happy with our stay overall.

Great choice of bars and restaurants also in easy walking distance. Have already recommended to several friends, and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if we returned to the city.

• Mitchel (10/5): Excellent - Brilliant stay from start to finish. Federico was very good with communication before the trip even started. He sent through information of what to see, where to eat and how to get around...very useful. During the stay, nothing was too much effort for him. The B&B itself is in a great location (5 mins walk from the colosseum) and easy to access. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Great stay and no complaints :)

• Simone Maria Jacoba (10/5): - What an amazing place to stay so very impressed! Clean and great welcome. Gave fantastic advice on rome tips. We walked out our door and bam! the colleseum right there at the end of our street....so cool. We are a rainbow family and had no idea we booked in on gay street! The cafes were awesome especially My Bar...our favorite eating and drinking spot. Great food and service. This is simply the best location I'm so happy we chose Feliz in Roma! 10 out of 10 in our books! Thanks so much for everything....we'll be back!!!!
• Kyoungphil (10/5): - Very good communication. Clean, rennovated house. Convenient location for less money. The only downside, if I have to point out, is the breakfast- fast food.
• TIMOTHY (8/5): - It wasn't a hotel but more of a B & B in a residential building. Feliz was in reasonable walking distance to the Manzoni metro stop and overall was in a great location. Not only convenient to metro stop but walkable to the colosseum (and some other sites too) and a lot of restaurants.
• Mike (10/5): - Very close to Coloseum. Staff very friendly and helpful! Definitely will stay here again.
• Joseph (10/5): - A lovely, clean and comfortable apartment that was just right for two adults and two children. Extremely helpful owner who responded swiftly to any queries and provided local recommendations for eating, travel and attractions. Breakfast is enough to get you going first thing- cakes and biscuits. 5 minutes walk from Colosseum and 20 minutes walk past the forum to get into the tourist areas.
• Wiktor (10/5): - We had fantastic 4 nights stay at Feliz. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Alberta and Francesco. Immediately we felt welcomed and truly appreciated the warm reception. The location is great, our room was very clean and comfortable. Many thanks to Federico for his attention, many great tips, and availability every time we had a question. Our trip ended with very comfortable ride to the airport (also arranged by Federico). All together, we had a great experience. Thank you! Victor and Lena
• glaiza (10/5): - The hosts were very accommodating and hospitable, even before we arrived. They even arranged for transport service from FCO to the B&B. Once we arrived, they personally greeted us and gave us some pointers. They also walked us through the entire apartment. Someone cleaned our rooms everyday even though we didn't need it. They also have pastries and snacks everyday. We really loved stay there. They made our stay in Rome very special. Grazie mille, Mr. and Mrs. Feliziani!!
• Doru (10/5): - I liked the location, in the city center close to Colosseum. We received support and information any time we asked. I definitely recommend it !
• Verified traveler (8/5): - You can see the Colleseum at the bottom of the road , which also has lots of restaurants and bars on it. B&B very clean and comfortable. Didn't meet the owners which was a disappointment for us as so many people said how nice they were but spoke on phone and we're helpful with booking taxi ect.
• Doug (10/5): Excellant stay, price, and location!! - We had a great stay and Alberta and her husband were were very accomidating!
• Amanda (6/5): - This hotel has a great location however upon arrival our room was very dirty. Floors were not cleaned well, dirt and footprints on the walls, soap holder was not attached to wall we had to put it back on, and the blinds were not working. Given the reviews from others I’m guessing we just had a bad experience. Walking distance to many hot spots. Breakfast bar was better than most.
