Tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water were much appreciated as were the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Loved the fact the room had a bath to relax in too as well as a shower. Breakfast provided was excellent, great choice and all local produce. Location is fabulous for exploring the local area! Make sure you walk to the Staithe, visit the pub and stop at the fudge lady! The boardwalk is also a must. Nothing at all! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

A skill not all B&B hosts have! The room was really comfortable and spotless. The location was perfect for us as we needed to pop to and from Wroxham each day while helping family members move house. The breakfasts were excellent: lovely ingredients and made to order. I would highly recommend the pancakes! All in all a great stay and a real gem. Nothing!

Definitely worth a stay even if just passing through.

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this guest house.

Cooked breakfast was excellent with a varied and good choice. Both Mark and Jane were very helpful with information about places to go and where was good to eat. All in all it was a cracking three night stay and we will return from time to time as it is a great base for seeing the sights of North Norfolk. Nothing at all.

The host was exceptionally welcoming and went that extra mile to provide us with tea and cake on arrival. There is a great pub two doors down where we ate and spent the evening. Breakfast was delicious one of the best we have had anywhere.

- Victoria (10/5): - A really lovely, comfy guesthouse in a very peaceful spot. The hosts were very friendly and did a wonderful breakfast! Plus there was a pub almost next door that did really good food! And a local nature reserve/boardwalk with views over the water very nearby too. My one minor criticism would be no curtains, only venetian blinds, in the bedroom so I woke up very early (an eyemask isn't enough for me) but at a different time of year or in a different room I don't think I'd have any issues at all with the place.
- Cathrin (10/5): Perfect stay - Perfect stay, no request too much for hosts, cleanest place Ive ever stayed in. Rooms airy and bright, decoration just right for each room, very comfortable beds. Breakfast ample and only had to ask for anything needed. In a small village with local pub/restaurant just a few doors away but no problem with late noise as they do shut early and small local shop with fresh goods just a bit further along. Only 10 mins drive from Wroxham for broad trips, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. and not much furhter for fantastic beaches full of clean soft sand or seals if you wanted to see them. Would definately use again if in that part of Norfolk.
- Julian (10/5): Exceptional - Located in the centre of a pretty Norfolk village with a traditional pub nearby serving good food. Well situated in the Broads for Horning and Wroxham. Nice walk to Barton Broad. Several options for boat hire nearby without having to go to Wroxham. Also close to the coast. Our hosts were very hospitable and did everything they could to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

The little touches like making us a cup of tea for us when we arrived after our rainy journey, leaving us cakes outside our room when we returned from a day out etc were particularly nice and memorable. - Mia (10/5): Perfect in every way! - Friendly, clean and comfortable property. Breakfast was fresh and locally sourced. Honey was amazing. Very friendly and approachable hosts , nothing was too much trouble. Loved everything.

How lovely everything was, pastel light decor clean tidy infact beautiful taste to everywhere. Lots of room in breakfast room Breakfast , very relaxing served on china , the fruit salad was amazing all freshly hand prepared (not a tin fruit in site) the full english breakfast was delicious and again felt very welcome . We had a bounce in our step after we left.

- Abigail (10/5): Friendly, welcoming, clean and comfortable B&B with excellent food, in an idyllically beautiful area - The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, the beds exceptionally comfortable and the breakfasts very tasty - everything you would like in a B&B, and it was perfectly situated for our needs for this trip. I really can't fault this B&B. If I were to nitpick, I would have preferred a stand-alone shower to a tub-shower combo, but that's a personal preference.

- Clive (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyable, first class hospitality - A wonderful place to stay - our only regret is that it was for only one night! The hospitality of Jane and Mark was excellent - even extending to dropping us off in Horning to collect our car.!The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best we've had. The local taxi services!
