- John (2/5): - Rooms clean, but cleaning person would turn off air conditioner, warm upon return. Wi-Fi spotty or just didn't work. TV didn't work. Jacuzzi ice cold. Doesn't heat up according to staff, but it has heating functions. Main reason we picked this place was the Jacuzzi and couldn't use it. Seems like they focus on their electric bill at the expense of their guests.

- Christina (8/5): Amazing staff with a nice big clean room. - My daughter and I stayed at Sun Spring for 2 nights and had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious, clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with their communication after i made my booked. They front desk gentlemen reached out to me via whatsapp and made sure i was taken care of. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. Only reason i have 4 star overall is because the pool is small and the location is a bit far from the main area in kamari. I was also a bit disappointed as i thought the hot tub was outdoors but its actually up a stair case in the bedroom. Great for a couple but we spent extra and didn't use it. Everything is walking distance just depends how far u want to go. The breakfast was average and everything was fresh, no complaints there. I would definitely recommend staying at sun spring

On Orbitz they show the location as on the beach, and on the main strip and I was dissapointed upon my arrival to find it almost 1/2 mile farther than what was shown on the website. Along with not being on the beach. I feel that this is something that needs to be addressed as I’m sure other customers booked in the hope of being beach front and would have also been dissapointed to find the hotel almost 1/2 mile away from the original location.

First time for years we didn't hire a car and it was actually great, local bus is very efficient for Fira, Kamari is a nice little resort. At Sun Springs the staff are very friendly and welcoming and overall it was very relaxing and a great holiday.

Also, this area is very very safe. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again when I come to Santorini 😊

Les chambres ne sont pas tres bien insonorisées non plus. Il faut prévoir 15 minutes de marche pour rejoindre le centre de Kamari

The best service I have ever received from any holiday. They could not have done more for us, so accommodating and even went out of their way to help us. We were stranded by a disgruntled taxi driver one day, 40 mins drive from accommodation, they jumped in their vehicle and picked up me and my family, and 2 friends. Great knowledge of the area and where to take the family and where to eat etc. will definitely be staying here again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - This property was amazing! About a 2 minute walk from the beach and a pool on sute. We had a room that had 2 foors amd a jetted tub in the second floor with an amazing view of the mountain and city. There is a strip with restaurants and shops all along the beach which makes for about a 30 min walk all the way across. The staff are friendly and Adriana is an amazing host. She is kind and friendly amd knows her way around the island and had great recommendations. She is also extremely helpful and just a text away! She goes above and beyond and is well suited for her job!
- Rebecca (8/5): - Adriana was so lovely and helpful, gave us a really warm welcome on arrival with advice on local restaurants etc. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable bed and nice shower area. Kitchenette was ok for a snack but not overly well stocked to actually cook anything. We stayed in a room without it’s own terrace and plunge pool so had access to the communal pool and sun beds which we used several times and generally had it to ourselves. Breakfast was included in our booking and they make a very good omelet! We hired a car and there were plenty of parking spaces outside the property but finding it initially was a bit stressful as the pin on the map isn’t where sun springs is, so a phone call to Adriana to get directions got us there eventually, don’t worry, it’s not a massive island!! Literally a 5 min drive from the airport. The apartments are located very close to the beach and a short 3-5 mins walk to the centre of town. Kamari is a nice town with lots going on, lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, clothes shops and other shops to browse around, long promenade along the beach, family friendly as well. We ate in Korali a couple of times, food was really good, huge portions! And the staff were lovely and very welcoming. As I said we hired a car so was only about 15-20 minutes drive to Oia which was the furthest from us but we visited a couple of times for dinner, sunset, shopping etc. So Sum springs is a great location to stay in.

La struttura si trova a circa 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Kamari e dalla spiaggia. Facile anche raggiungere gli altri punti turistici dell’isola. She personally picked us up from the airport which is very close to the hotel about 8 min. Welcomed us with breakfast because we were early. So we took a walk to the beach which is literally like 3min walk. Kamari beach is beautiful and the town is like 5-10 min walk. We checked in and was given the keys. We had Room 1 which is sea view in the second floor. Room was a good size for two people. Shower was small but suited me just fine. Communication between Andrea was always open and easy, she was always there to help. Pool was small but we always went to the beach. I would so recommend to others.

La piscine est minuscule, on dirait une pataugeoire, la propreté laisse à désirer, le ménage n’est pas fait tous les jours, la douche est tellement petite qu’il est difficile de faire quelque mouvement que ce soit. Personnellement, je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement, Adriana, la gérante reste gentille, mais tout est à revoir dans cet hôtel
