• Nur Munirah (4/5): Sorry we would prefer not to repeat the stay here. - -Good location. -Hot water and strong shower available. Bath tub available. -Cleanliness was OK. -bedsheets smelled good but some had stains. -Kettle, hair dryer, iron, toothbrush with toothpaste, shampoo, soap were available in the facility. 1. Both the mattresses were sagging in the middle. They were really uncomfortable. Some of the bedsheets had stains. 2. Parking was expensive. I paid RM 75 for 3 days parking. 3. Be careful with the final price. When you book they only show you the initial price. Once you book, please look at the pdf for final price. There were 15% service fees and 8% fees for something else (I couldn’t remember). (If you’re non Malaysian you would also have separate tourism fee but its only Rm 10 if im not mistaken). 4. Deposit was RM 100, fully refunded. 5. Other things were not perfect but acceptable.

• Vannessa (8/5): Very good - It's almost at the centre of the city and you can walk to Pavi Bukit Jalil too. The foods within the area are accessible and a lot to choose. There's a mall inside the building where you can shop cloth and buy groceries. Overall, staying was okay if you're looking for an affordable place, and microwave here helps a lot too if we bring tapau from outside Our bedsheets and furniture are a bit dusty, and they affect our allergies. Dont let me start with a curtain🫠
• Sally (4/5): - I love the area surrounding..... Lots of eating and shopping places. But the whole service apartment suite was very very down. Lots of the items spoilt and very poorly maintained 1st - the toilet door spoilt for both 2 bedroom 2nd - toilet bowl can't close as the screw alrdy dropped off 3rd - bath tub was in bad conditions. Stains on lots of area in bath tub 4th the pillows and bed wasn't very clean, can see it was kind of yellowish. 5th - the lift lobby and landing area wasn't properly ventilate, felt stuffy 6th - the floor is 34th level but was very noisy as it was near to main road, so night time when about 12am plus u can heard loud motor cycles and cars (especially ambulance or police car siren) only until 4am then u can really fall into sleep when u are really very tired 7th - the living room area lots of appliances spoilt - tv not clear (very blurry) the aircon giving very loud noises, the sofa got a few tapes on them tp cover those holes The chairs leg was crooks can't sit as they will give ways when u sit on them Over all the cons is way more than the pros Won't be taking/staying in this east tower (apartment) anymore. Really a nightmare. When i asked for a change of unit they explained they don't have any emplty rooms

• Dulan (8/5): A place that offers value for money, with a convenient location and easy access to food and retail. - Situated in a very convenient location for traveling. There are many restaurants and retail stores inside the mall itself, which is very handy. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The sauna and pool area were also nice. Most rooms offer a great view of KL city. A place that truly gives you value for money. Cleanliness of the bathroom should be improved as there were a few stain marks on the floor and on some appliances.
• Ji-Lien (2/5): - Location is excellent and convenient to food, shopping, public transportation. Property is more like 2-3 star as it is very rundown and could be improved given the price paid. Likes: * cleanliness good. * Property manager was attentive and nice man. Lives onsite and responsive on WhatsApp. Manages <20 units. * Internet- very good considering room was on twentieth floor. * Shower - good pressure and hot water. * air conditioning was cold. Dislikes: * Upkeep-poor. *Internal room lock was broken-no way to lock door from inside. *bathrooms smelled of sewage. Both toilets were leaking water around the toilet rim whenever flushing and even constantly. *one bathroom had 3 ceiling patches all over and looked unsightly. *both bathrooms each had a tiny cockroach visit in each in near wash basin which I suspect may have come up through the drain. *had broken stereo equipment in one bedroom that was left in a bedroom for unknown reason. * mattress - overdue for an upgrade. Felt springs hitting my back while sleeping. *refrigerator seemed to work - freezer was filled with icicles to the point that it was unusable because of lack of space in freezer due to ice buildup. *lacks electrical outlets to charge devices. Electrical outlet near TV was defective - made cracking noise when plugging in a device. *elevators-slow even though there are 6 of them. Wouldn’t stay again as I am confident that there are better alternatives at the price range.
• Siti (8/5): Very good - Aircond is so cold. Beautiful city view. Easily access to Berjaya Mall. My kids love the bath tub and city view. Difficult to watch television, you have to setup the channels first. But not much channel you can watch. The iron burn my shawl! Its too hot although I set it at low temperature. The cleanliness is just acceptable. You can see some mildew at the toilet.

• Mei Ling (2/5): - The apartment was conveniently located at Berjaya Times Square. Good location however, everything in our room was old and torn. The bed was in a terrible condition. Even the towels provided was yellowish. If the management do an overhaul, it would have been a great stay.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay but one thing - This was a very comfortable suite. The location is excellent both for airport transit and for walking. Probably the best value of all the various guest houses and hotels that I have stayed in over many years visiting KL both for business and holidays. The only negative was there was no safe in the room even though one was advertised. Nonetheless, we would stay again and no doubt will on our next visit.

Fuites d’eau, rafistolage, moisi, mur sales, électricité douteuse, clim qui fait du bruit, moquette décollée, graines de fruits dans le lit! Bref je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet hôtel est encore à l’affiche.

The security staff didn’t knew about our arrival but they we eager to log me in the visitor log book. The room air vent had a black mold, which it could be easily clean with warm water and bleach. They didn’t have a face towel and body towel was overused. The confirmation email with the agent name wasn’t received in time. The bathroom is slippery after the shower. It would be nice to have a washer and dryer because it is an apartment. The bed was very clean. The a/c was outstanding. Overall rate is good.
