• Smadja (7/5): - La disponibilité de la personne de l’agence L’emplacement à quelques mètres de la plage, restaurants Le parking est un plus L’équipement de l’appartement et sa propreté Le balcon et le calme de la résidence C’est dommage car la piscine était impraticable: canettes, sacs plastiques dedans … très sale, elle n’a été nettoyée qu’une fois sur les 4 jours où nous sommes restés et c’était à la fin du séjour… autour de la piscine il y avait beaucoup de fiantes d’oiseaux…

• Ramos (10/5): Appartement cosy - Appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le parking souterrain qui n'est pas trop adapté aux véhicules de maintenant (SUV) . Mais l'ont peut se garer à l'extérieur du moins à cette saison ci.

El Parking esta fatal hay que hacer muchisimas maniobras para meter el coche, era mejor dejarlo fuera…. Te hacen pagar una fianza que no se avisa desde el principio. Tiene piscina pero esta en la parte de atras, no da el sol a la tarde y estaba muy sucia.

• Hizbawi (10/5): - Ich bin nun zum zweiten Mal für mehr als drei Wochen hier und erneut mehr als zufrieden. Alles ist genauso, wie man es sich wünscht: sauber, komfortabel, gut organisiert und sehr angenehm zum Wohnen – auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell, man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nach so langer Zeit merkt man schnell, ob wirklich alles passt – und hier passt einfach alles. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. • Anna (7/5): Es ist ok - Wir hatten eine tute Taube und sehr viele Maden auf dem Balkon. Habe direkt den Vermieter angeschrieben. Keine 5 min später war jemand da und hat alles sauber gemacht. Super ! Ich fand die Wohnung mit 2 erwachsen und 3 Kinder. Zu Ende. Die Küche bietet keinen Platz zum kochen. Man hat keinen Platz um zu schneiden oder irgend was vor zu bereiten. Der Schrank fiel mir am ersten Tag voll auf den Kopf. Die Dusch Kopf Halterung war kaputt. Generell alles sehr eng. Länger als eine Woche hätte ich es nicht ausgehalten. Und wie auch andere beschrieben haben ist es echt doof das sonst außer im Bad Spiegel sind.

• Hizbawi (10/5): - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Es ist bereits mein dritter Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft, und das sagt eigentlich schon alles. Jedes Mal war alles perfekt: sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und äußerst komfortabel. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig und dennoch nah am Strand und Zentrum. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Genau wegen dieser Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit komme ich immer wieder gerne zurück. Eine Unterkunft, die ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann – ich werde definitiv wiederkommen! Alles bestens
• Roberto Carlos (6/5): Sencillo. - La ubicación y el diseño. Tuvimos que hacer las camas, lo cual con el precio de alojamiento debería haber estado incluido. No había jabón para lavar los platos a mano. Solo había jabón para una persona y éramos 4. Tampoco había papel de cocina.

Le parking dont l’accès est très difficile et pas adapté à des véhicules de taille actuelle

Et l’insonorisation n’est pas terrible signalé les voisins sont bruyants courage à vous pour dormir

La climatisation dans le salon et dans les chambres, ainsi que la piscine ont été fort appréciées pendant notre séjour cet été. Le garage est un + non négligeable La proximité de la plage est pratique On entend assez les bruits du voisinage, y compris le bruit des stores qui remontent le matin. Un petit peu plus d’ustensiles de cuisine serait bienvenu Pas simple de manœuvrer dans le parking sous-sol.

Es wäre vielleicht ratsam mal Mückenschutz an Türen und Fenster zu montieren, da wirklich sehr viele Mücken da waren! Dann könnte mal eine neue Kaffeemaschine her, die alte musste mehrfach eingeschaltet werden und der Kaffee war zu schnell kalt.

Juste la literie qui doit être obsolète du moins pour le lit double, le matelas beaucoup trop moelleux et à cause de la mémoire de forme on s'enfonce dans le trou des anciens occupants ! C'est vraiment dommage et c'est le seul bémol que l'on a trouvé, donc changez svp le matelas en ferme si surmatelas à mémoire de forme ou alors semi-ferme pour convenir à tous et n'oubliez pas aussi 1 à 2 oreillers par adulte aux mêmes caractéristiques ... bref c'est surtout pour passer de meilleures nuits car on est tout de même en vacances pour se reposer et avoir des sommeils réparateurs 😴

Dat er ondanks bij booking.com staat vermeld Verboden voor honden, het door de verhuurder wel wordt Toegestaan. Wij wilde juist een appartement waar geen huisdieren mochten ivm de allergie en astma van onze dochter. Toen we daar waren was er Een ander stel met een golden retriever en echt overal lagen haren. Echt vies.

No estaba limpio. Ni siquiera los utensilios de cocina. Las terrazas de los bajos sin privacidad. Mosquitos. No había ni un triste trapo de cocina. Extractor de humo no funciona bien. Solo había un rollo de papel higiénico y dos minúsculos botecillos de gel y champú. Del extractor del baño casi le cae a mi hija encima una acumulación de suciedad.

• Peter (8/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely apartment one block from the beach in a quiet street. Clean and comfortable with everything you need, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, stove etc. Coffee mahine too! Very secure building. Lara was very helpful in getting us set up. There are restaurants and bars close by. A lovely cafe with delicious break and pastries at the end of the street. A small supermarket a block away, but a bigger one is a bit of a hike. And DO rent a bicylcle from the hire place at the end of the street. Great fun and very cheap. A few things, but each is minor: 1) Have to collect the keys from 'old' Roses, some distance away. You'll need a car. A bit inconvenient if you arrive late. 2) Have to pay extra for sheets and towels. 3) The parking space is a bit tight. Fine with a small car, but my rental company upgraded me to a huge and unweildy Peugot 2008 that wouldn't fit. Parked in the street outside, so not too hard. 4) It was unusually cold while we were there, and the air conditioning didn't respond to whatever temperature we set it. 5) An extra toilet roll and more stull like washing powder would be helpful. I had to buy a lot of things in the supermarket (like washing liquid and cooking oil) and left them behind for the next guest, but it doesn't seem this stuff is passed on.
• Roman (9/5): Good place to stay at for a few nights!!!! - Very good location. Short walk from the beach, restaurants and cafeterias. Good communication with the staff. Having free car parking space was a bonus. Out of hours key collection from the office wasn’t a problem if you have a car. I wouldn’t recommend this property for more than 4 people. Small apartment. Also bed linen and towels at the extra cost.

• Britt (8/5): Nice appartement at perfect location - Nice and new appartement. Beds are good. Quiet area, nice staff. Easy to leave the keys when leaving. Appartement was clean! Parking not available for lager cars, table on the terrace broke during our stay (luckily we made a picture that is was already broken when we arrived)
