- Natalie (8/5): Great stop clean and comfy tiny bathroom though. Self check in was a breeze - Great stop on the way to Falls Creek, clean and comfortable Tiny bathroom with the sink in the bedroom area
- Paulette (7/5): Good - Very new unit and very clean. No outside area and very little natural light. Perfectly fine for 1 night.
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (9/5): Very neat and clean. Consistent high standard over many years. - Good location.
- Lizzie (8/5): Good quality motel, well priced. - Location is good, set off from the main road through town so was really quiet. Facilities were good, very clean, comfortable bed, warm room, tea/coffee/cookies available. Easy no contact check in, using a door code. Parking right next to the room. Bathroom was small so the sink was in the main room, but it wasn't a problem.
- Edwina (8/5): Very good -
- Ked (1/5): We won’t go that hotel again - Quite clean, good location with a good price The owner cheating us, she blamed us that we took a pillow, and took our deposit. she responded with very unprofessional.

- Geoff (5/5): Better than expected - The room had been recently upgraded and was clean, very clean. We like clean. We were comfortable there. We liked the microwave. We had a car, but if you didn’t, it was easily walkable to the shops and cafes in town. The aircon was effective in warming the room. The “welcome” email said 1) there was a checkin machine, no person and 2) you needed to open the QR code to get the wifi code. There was a checkin machine, like a bank ATM which issued a room number and PIN code for the room door (no key). The wifi code was under the TV, we never used the QR code. The street appeal is bad, the motel is behind an ageing pub. The parking space for some rooms was under cover, which meant no ice on the windscreen in the morning, but also not enough room to open the car doors. But when you get into the room it was clean and comfortable. Basic plates they service the rooms daily, mak8ng the bed and replacing the towels and coffee sachets, but the service doesn’t include washing the coffee cups….
- Christopher (7/5): Good -
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (5/5): Find somewhere where their is an actual reception and traditional method of staying - The room was clean and relatively new or well kept. The ridiculous way of getting into the room where you had to input your phone number. The pad was so sensitive that merely hovering for too long would duplicate the number. Checking in at the human less terminal 2as a nightmare. The system is either poorly set up or the software and screen need urgent help. You found yourself hitting the screen so many times to get it to move. It was raining and cold and the booth is totally exposed to the weather, albeit under cover. Clearly an establishment set up on the cheap to save costs with the only connection via a mobile number.use the basin in the main room
The bathroom was a joke with less than regulatory height. You had to stand in the shower to dry yourself with the toilet directly next to the open shower. The basin was in the main room-
- Andrew (9/5): Great location and a very clean and nice room - Very clean and great location
- Bradly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Mark (10/5): Excellent place to stay for either a one-night stopover or longer in North East Victoria. - Very convenient location in the middle of town with easy walking distance to eateries. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Excellent heating via air conditioner.
- F (9/5): Perfectly adequate - Looked like new and spotlessly clean Took a while to warm the room up, but it was winter…
- Ng (9/5): Great value for money and place was clean. -
- Sunny (9/5): Superb - always enjoy my stays here. you have great showers.

- Renae (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chelsea (8/5): Great stay and would come again - Clean None
- Catherine (9/5): very clean room, good location, tiny toilet, value of money - Very clean motel, easy to check in and check out. Staff message useful information before arrival. 5mins walk to supermarket or 3mins drive, very convenient. tiny toilet but fully functional
- Paul (1/5): Disappointed with the poor service from the owner. - Left a pillow from home behind which mysteriously disappeared never to be seen again.
- Anne (8/5): Good accommodation. - Close to the centre of town. Room was small but extremely functional. Well designed and compact. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Easy to access. Nice and clean. Towels were lovely and clean. Although the beds had nice fresh clean sheets and blankets the mattresses were dusty and made me itch during the night. I am allergic to dust especially on beds. No other issues.
- Michele (10/5): Exceptional - Premises were very very clean On arrival called the host as I had a problem with the self check in . Clearly she wasn’t impressed I was calling for assistance.
- Brett (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mariella (9/5): Superb - Close to the centre of town. No power point in the bathroom to use a hairdryer.
No shelf/ space for toiletries in the bathroom.
- Timothy (9/5): Very central and functional motel in Myrtelford - Compact and clean and serviceable for a short visit.
Two - three days is just right.
No where to easily have a light breakfast. TV & AC worked very well. Bed comfortable and warm.. Hard to control hot & cold shower taps and water leaks out onto the toilet floor, towels help. Plus toilet flushes are very loud, can wake up sleeping person at night.

- Garth (8/5): Great value in a modern room close to everyhting in Myrtleford. - Modern room very close to everything.
- Shane (9/5): Value for money, well appointed room in a quite location, would stay again. - Value for money, had all we required for an enjoyable and quite overnight stay, easy book in, well appointed room and extremely clean. No complaints here.
- Christine (9/5): Adequate for our needs, clean, tidy and close to family. - Couldn’t control water temperature in shower.
- Jane (7/5): Good - New
Clean No wear to hang wet towels
Basin under the tv next to the beds seemed odd
- Barry (8/5): Great stay for accessing bike paths in the area. - Location was excellent.
Room very good but bathroom very small and basin in room.
Very clean and well presented
- Ha (8/5): Very good -
- Kath (6/5): Tiny Bathroom - Very clean and modern room. Walking distance to all shops, quiet location. Self check-in was great.
I can't rate the staff because we never saw them!
There were more than enough double power points throughout the room including one on each side of the bed. That's not something you get in a lot of accommodation. The bathroom was so tiny I actually hit my head on the door getting off the toilet. There was nowhere to put my toiletries, watch, glasses etc in the bathroom. Even the shelf in the shower was too small to hold anything - including a face washer.
The shower taps were incredibly confusing and very slick when wet - making them hard to adjust. The water temperature also fluctuated a LOT. But the shower head was a huge rainwater head which was nice. Not a strong pressure though.
The wash basin and mirror were in the main part of the room.
There was a small microwave and a table (fixed to the wall) and two dining chairs.
The bed was very hard, so much so that after 2 nights, I was experiencing muscle pain from laying in it!
- Ingrid (9/5): Neat room with an easy walking distance to town - Very easy self-check-in. Undercover parking right next to Motel Room door. Neat as a pin. Modern & minimalist bathroom. Comfy beds and pillows. Great selection of teas/ biscuits & toiletries in the room. Quiet location. Very easy walking distance into town with a variety of good Breakfast & Dinner establishments. Stayed two nights and super happy with our accommodation. Would recommend.
- Reynaldo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Warunac (10/5): Exceptional - Location and facilities
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marion (7/5): Perfectly adequate place to stay in a pretty village with check in and out very easy - Was in a good location - easy to find, easy to walk into town, pretty streets nearby. Great to have undercover parking and the room was nice and fresh and clean. $170 seemed a lot of money for an overnight stay when comparing with motels and airbnb's in other locations - but maybe that's just Myrtleford on a long weekend!
- Claudia (8/5): Very good - The room was new, very clean and comfortable The bathroom basin was in the room in front of the bed, separate from the toilet and shower.
- Jeroen (6/5): Pleasant - Location and modern renovation Self check in I’d rather interact with a human
- Donna (10/5): I had a great stay at the property. Bed are comfortable, super clean surroundings and quiet environment... everything s - Very clean and spacious None
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Subhasish (10/5): Comfortable. - Clean sheets and lots of clean towels, everything one needs to stay comfy in a hotel room. Basin in bedroom was the only negative.
- Vignesh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melanie (7/5): Good -
- Robyn (10/5): Pefect for anyone looking for a stop over while riding the bike trail. - Fantastic location for my sister & I who were riding the Murray to Mountains Bike Trail. Conveniently located, extremely clean & well appointed, generous provisions, plus had a dedicated secure bike storage room where we could charge our E-bikes.
- Jennifer (8/5): Good for a short stay - Was great location and self check in was easy. Not the biggest of rooms but had everything we needed. Bathroom was small and basin was in the main room which was a little strange
- Burgess (10/5): Easy to find, easy to check in and nice and quiet. - Very central Nothing
- Andrew (7/5): Good -
- Tamar (7/5): Good -
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Disliked nothing, I arrived at 2am, slept and left at 8am
- Nel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wazza66 (8/5): Very Modern - The fully automated check-in was easy to navigate.
Good location to the rest of town.
- John (8/5): Great stopover on the Rail Trail - Super clean, new furnishings and all you need on the trail.
- Susan (10/5): Perfect place - Very clean, owners responded quickly, terrific secure bike shed and close to town. Nothing I did not like, all perfect.
- Robert (7/5): Good - Fantastic bike storage Small bathroom
- Jon (8/5): Very good -
- Charles (7/5): It was ok - Just a room No atmosphere
- Robert (9/5): Overall the stay was very pleasant and comfortable - Ease of check in Using the room entry code was intermittent
- Maree (9/5): Exceptionally clean & most enjoyable - Central to town Very small bathroom
- David (8/5): Spotless - Room was spotless. It looked like we were the first to use it. Large room. Comfortable bed. Bike storage available. Netflix available. Never saw any staff. Entry via code on phone, but it worked OK. Only window was to an enclosed courtyard 2m x 1m. Furniture was a little sparse.
- Mcgeehan (10/5): all good - The comfort was great. I have not payed $150.00 for one person for one night, even in Melbourne.
- Sally (9/5): Superb - great location bathroom just a bit cramped
- Charlie (6/5): see above. Would not stay there again. - We made our own breakfast. The sleeping quarters were good & roomy. Beds very comfortable. This was the only Motel / Hotel that we could sit on the toilet & have a shower at the same time. The room was that small. The shower head was useless high overhead. After shower had to dry oneself in the sleeping area. I had to leave the room while the ladies dried themselves. No green area to sit outside. There was a person in an other room that was "very large"who would had a lot of problems with the shower. No personal contact with management.
- Erin (8/5): Modern and affordable. - Great little motel offering value for money. Rooms have been refurbished and are modern and clean. Rooms are smallish and there is no sound protection from the bathroom into the room. Fine for a couple maybe not ideal for friends.
The town of Myrtleford lets this motel down - there are very few eating options and all very ordinary (didn’t have one good meal during our stay).
- Radan (9/5): Perfect solution for a late night arrival - Availability at the very late night arrival was a Godsend! N/A
- Henricus (9/5): Comfortable rest after a 340km bike ride.... - Easy electronic check-in was no problem for us 70-odd year olds. Room and bathroom were very clean, very comfortable bed. No breakfast was supplied but there's a bakery just a few doors up, so no problem. Overall the facility is very good, perhaps the only thing I could remark on is that the rooms and bathroom could be just a tad bigger.
- Linda (10/5): Clean, comfortable, close. - Great find. Right in town, spotless, renovated rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, undercover carpark at door, good shower. Very small but functional bathroom., self checkin, no keys to worry about. Had a fridge and microwave and big screen TV. Wifi worked well.
- Joseph (9/5): Superb -
