- Zoe (2/5): Turned away at the door! - We were unable to check in as the lady said that she had not received notification from Hotels.com that we had dogs and therefore she could not allocate us a room. We had to drive home for 2 hours even though we were shattered and had paid up front and filled in numerous forms in the lead up to our reservation.

- Loraine (10/5): Best accommodation in Norfolk - The owner Phil welcomed us on the first day. He was totally amazing. The lodge was lovely. We were originally booked into Willow but had to change to Briar as there was a flood in Willow before we arrived. Dee Dee ensured we still had use of the hot tub which was lovely. The swimming pool is very large and you can book alone time in there which is nice. Excellent breakfast . Love the lodges in forest setting. So lovely. Nice fixtures and fittings. Excellent walk in shower. TV with three channels. Fridge in room and tea and coffee facilities. Highly recommend. Will definitely return. Lovely atmosphere and excellent care.
- Richard (10/5): Perfect, peaceful location, full of character - Really enjoyed my stay at Felbrigg Lodge. Such a peaceful hotel and full of character. Took full advantage of the pool & hot tub which can be booked out for an hour each day. Had a great walk around the Felbrigg estate and lake. Great hosts who were always on hand for anything needed, hope to be back!

- Verified traveler (10/5): A delightful, dog friendly, tranquil retreat. - Beautiful location in the trees, peaceful and secluded retreat. We felt truly spoilt with this place. They are very dog friendly with plenty of areas to stretch your legs. We stayed in Willow which was immaculate and extremely comfortable. It had a hot tub which we didnt use due to the weather, but a lovely option. Heated indoor swimming pool was wonderful, it has an open session in the afternoon, but can be booked for a private session. I went during the open session and was the only one there anyway :) Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and plentiful, you will not go hungry. Excellent service, the staff were lovely throughout.

- Pawlina (8/5): Overnight birthday stay in the woods! - Comfortable overnight stay with breakfast. We loved the separate lodges, stayed in Briar which was spacious with a large bathroom. Breakfast, dinner, swimming pool all need to be prebooked. Booking a pool slot meant we had it to ourselves which was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful, well cooked and served by a very cheery and polite lady. Bed was comfy and room was clean apart from the odd cobweb, but as it's situated in a wood we were expecting spiders etc. Wifi patchy, but again, to be expected. We had a lovely stay and i imagine it's very pretty in the summer.

The use of the swimming pool was a highlight, but we were disappointed to find that breakfast was not included in our rate, which was not clear on the Expedia website.

We had the afternoon tea when we were there and it didn't disappoint, mixture of sandwiches and amazing homemade pastries. We had the tea in the conservatory about 5pm and the wildlife you can see whilst enjoying the delicious food was great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Regret - Regrettably we did not visit the Felbrigg Lodge Hotel as we cancelled our booking a few days before our proposed visit due to a surge of Covid -19 virus cases in the Norfolk area. My wife and I are both in the 'most at risk' group and therefore felt it prudent to cancel, in line with Government advice. We hope to visit the area in Spring 2021 - so will make a new booking in the future.
- Nick (8/5): Recommended - Great location, very secluded set amongst trees down a small road, about 3 miles from Cromer. We had a room(very large) above the kitchen, we were a bit worried about this but not noticeable. There are small cottages/lodges in the grounds in a amongst the pine trees, which looked a better bet if at all worried. The swimming pool was fantastic. The bedroom itself was great with 2 seating areas and a large shower room, our only complaint was the duvet was like having a carpet on top of you. Slightly odd arrival routine without much info, but not really an issue, for those of you with electric cars, there was a charging point.Breakfast ok, nothing special. Would recommend this hotel for a couple of nights.

- MR M M P (10/5): Fantastic romantic getaway - Me and my partner stayed in the Bracken lodge and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious and well designed with lots of facilities that made it feel like a home from home. The local area is extremely quiet with not much phone signal (the room has wifi though) and really close to Cromer and the coast. The swimming pool was great. Only drawbacks were early check out time and breakfast but for additional fee both can be put back. Will be using this place again!
