Situated in a small village (with restaurants, shopping, EV charging, etc. not far away) it's a perfect location to explore the Pyrenees and their attractions. The hosts are welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything we needed was provided. Would have no hesitation at all in recommending Le Balcon des Cimes to friends and family.

The shower was a big North American walk-in type shower with waterfall and hose nozzle. The king size bed was very comfortable with a balcony that could fit 4 people.

Les studios et chambres sont décorés avec beaucoup de goût et avec des matériaux de qualité. Les espaces et les équipements sont pensés avec beaucoup d'intelligence, tout est pratique et facile, il ne manque rien. La literie est hyper confortable, douillette et de grande qualité. Le petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. On ressent vraiment que l'hôte a mis de l'attention dans chaque détail (ex : le linge de toilette est doux et parfumé, le plateau café/thé/tisane d'accueil est présenté de façon soigné, le plateau petit déjeuner est rangé de façon raffiné, couverts assortis aux assiettes, même le porte clés est assorti au style de la chambre). L'accueil et le service sont très agréable, discret mais à l'écoute et efficace, tout comme l'hôte.

Cecilia provides a lovely breakfast in her formal Dining Room. A tremendous value. Location is set in the Pyrenees with beautiful views of the mountains. On my day of arrival, I visited the fantastic village of Arreau. Visited Lourdes and Luz-Saint-Sauveur. Also visited Cirque du Gavarnie and hiked to the waterfall. Took a drive up the Lac des Gloriettes for some wonderful scenery. Plenty of opportunities for cycling, hiking, river activities; a wonderful location. Friendly hostess, free parking, and great petit dejeuner.

De plus, le petit déjeuner était aussi délicieux que copieux. La maîtresse des lieux était attentionnée, soucieuse du moindre détail pour améliorer notre confort ou nous éclairer sur les richesses touristiques de la région. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

- Claire (10/5): Beautiful property close to Lourdes and Pyrenees - Cecelia runs a beautiful Lodging. The rooms are beautifully renovated and the breakfast was delicious. Plenty of fluffy towels. This is the perfect place to stay if you are traveling to Lourdrs Shrine. Cecelia and her husband gave us precise directions to Col de tourmalet.

Les chambres sont grandes et disposent de tous les articles nécessaires et même pluS(articles de toilette, grande télévision, etc.)! La literie, de grande qualité, nous a assuré deux nuits de pur bonheur. Sans oublier le must à ne surtout pas manquer : un petit déjeuner maison (yaourt maison, brioche maison, café frais servi avec amour, etc.), Bref même mieux que dans les plus grands hôtels.
