- 359magdak (10/5): Amazing hotel - The hotel is truly wonderful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished so that nothing is missing. The view from the window is incredible. Despite the heavy traffic outside, the room is very quiet—you can’t hear the neighbors or any noise from the corridor. The bedding was changed every other day. Breakfasts were varied, and everyone can find something they like. It’s a 15-minute walk to the metro and 10 minutes to a shopping center. There are always taxis available right outside the hotel, and a bus stop is just 200 meters away. The staff are excellent—helpful but never intrusive. The spa area is fantastic: a spacious sauna, steam room, nature-sound shower, ice cabin, and a large pool. Best of all, the pool is never crowded. It’s a wonderful place to relax. The hotel is truly comfortable, and we didn’t miss a thing. Thank you! Hotel jest naprawdę wspaniały. Pokoje czyste, komfortowe, urządzone tak aby niczego nie zabrakło. Widok z okna niesamowity. Mimo ogromnego ruchu na drodze pokój bardzo cichy. Nie słychać sąsiadów ani odgłosów z korytarza. Pościel wymieniana co drugi dzień. Śniadania urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. 15 minut do metra, 10 minut do centrum handlowego. Pod hotelem zawsze dostępna taksówka, 200m od hotelu przystanek autobusowy. Obsługa bardzo dobra, nie narzucająca się. Strefa Spa rewelacja, przestronna sauna, łaźnia parowa, prysznic z dźwiękami natury, ice kabina i duży basen. Najważniejsze, że basen nie oblegany. Wspaniale miejsce na relaks. Hotel naprawdę wygodny. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Dziękujemy
- barfiner (8/5): Nice place - My second time in this hotel, its nice. Got very good spa facilities down stairs and good pools. The breakfast and room service is very good. The restraunt upstairs called grill is ok with a nice view. The coffee shop downstairs is very nice. I had a good stay and its just a short walk away from a big mall called Hilltown. The air con in the room isn't so strong so took a good 30- 40 mins for the room to be cold. Anyways, its a very nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay.
- 568begumy (2/5): A Terrifying Incident on Our Honeymoon – A Serious Security Breach - We checked into this hotel for our honeymoon, still in our wedding dress and suit, and stayed for just one night. At 6:30 in the morning, someone tried to enter our room with a key. Yes, you read that correctly: at the crack of dawn, someone literally attempted to come into our room. We were awake and managed to push the door shut at the last second before locking it immediately. The fear we experienced afterwards is impossible to describe. On the morning of our honeymoon, in a room where we were supposed to feel safe, we found ourselves facing what we strongly believe was an attempted robbery. Considering we checked in as bride and groom, we suspect hotel staff assumed we had gold on us and tried to enter the room in an organized manner. The hotel management’s explanation made the situation even worse: “Your room showed as checked-out in the system.” Since when does a room fall into check-out status at 6:30 AM? This excuse is not only illogical but also a blatant attempt to cover up what happened. Such an explanation is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. On what should have been one of the most special mornings of our lives, they turned it into a nightmare. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There is no explanation, no justification for what happened. Staying at this property poses a serious security risk.
- 810astm (10/5): Wonderful - Elite World Grand was recommended to us by the hair clinic and we had a wonderful experience! We arrived in the evening and the hotel outside was lit up with changing lights! The lobby was already decorated with a big Xmas tree and lights, they were beautiful! Room was clean but there was some marks on the light colored carpet, to be expected if light colored is used! Full gym, spa was excellent with steam room, sauna, shock shower, ice mist, hamman and massage area! I had an aromatherapy massage and it was excellent! Unfortunately I didn’t get to use the pool as swimming cap is required but they do sell it for TRY300. Buffet can be better with a little bit more variety such as fried mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, baked beans etc. Staff was friendly and it was walking distance to Hilltown’ shopping mall, it was very nice!

- niralis810 (2/5): Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth Even One Star - I would strongly advise Turkish guests—and all travellers—to avoid staying at Elite World Grand İstanbul Küçükyalı. Despite its 5-star label, the service and hospitality fall drastically short of expectations. As a vegetarian, I requested a salad bowl that was advertised to include quinoa and avocado. What I received was a bowl of plain lettuce and some tomatoes —no consideration for dietary needs, and no accountability (photo proof available). When I requested basic assistance to heat my food, the Elite restaurant staff (Betul Enes) refused to cooperate, stating they were too busy fulfilling their own orders. Shockingly, they couldn’t spare even three minutes to place my meal in the microwave. I escalated the issue to Guest Relations, and while the Manager initially agreed to provide a microwave in my room free of charge, that promise was never fulfilled. My follow-up calls were ignored, and no action was taken. This clearly reflects a lack of willingness from the staff to accommodate or support guests, especially those with specific dietary needs. The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer 5-star service. Their attitude was rigid and dismissive, with no concern for guest comfort or health. The only service consistently offered was a request for 5-star reviews—particularly from a staff member named Betul Enes during breakfast—which raises serious doubts about the authenticity of the ratings. This hotel operates purely as a business, with no genuine hospitality. Even 3-star hotels offer better service and care. I found the guest relations team unresponsive and unprofessional, and the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. I am currently staying at this hotel for another five days, and I genuinely fear how I will manage. The experience so far has been extremely disappointing and distressing. The lack of basic support and hospitality is unacceptable for a property that claims to be 5-star. It’s unfortunate to feel this helpless as a paying guest. Avoid this hotel at all costs. There are far better options in Istanbul.

- 713shakerm (2/5): YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY! - YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY! I stayed at this hotel from July 17–22 and was scammed and robbed of my money by the receptionist. I had booked my stay through “Agoda,” and when we checked in on the first day there were no problems. However, two days later I was called down to the receptionist, who told me that I had to pay for my stay immediately via their card terminal, because my booking through Agoda had supposedly not gone through. Even though I showed him proof that everything was confirmed and documentation of my booking through Agoda, he insisted. With three small children, I decided to take his word for it and paid the hotel directly. He did tell me, though, that if it turned out there had been a double charge, he would refund my payment. When I returned home, I could clearly see that both Agoda had charged me (as they rightfully should) and I had also paid the hotel directly. For a month now, I have been writing back and forth with the hotel, and they simply refuse to return my money. I have ended up paying twice, and the hotel has received both their share from Agoda and scammed me. If I were you, I would stay away from this place, because they are only out to scam you. I will not give up and WILL get my money back — even if I have to travel back there myself, I will do it. I absolutely refuse to be scammed. Luckily, I remember clearly who the employees were.

- Ehsan (10/5): - By far, this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Almost everything I experienced here was good — or even amazing. The only minor downside was the limited access to public transportation. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the Bosphorus and the busy historical areas, which I actually think can be an advantage if you’re looking for a quieter atmosphere. If you want a relaxing, clean, comfortable, and respectful place to stay, this is it. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, well-trained, and welcoming. I traveled with my wife, in-laws, and friends, and they all share my opinion. Treat yourself and your loved ones by staying in a place like this — you won’t regret it.

I had a lovely sea view from my room, and getting - I stayed at Elite World Grand Küçükyalı for a short business trip, but honestly, it felt more like a relaxing holiday thanks to the amazing staff and the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how welcoming and professional everyone was especially the Guest Relations manager Ms. İzel who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They were friendly, attentive, and always checking in to make sure everything was going well. The front desk staff were equally helpful smooth check-in, clear information, and super patient with all my questions. You can really tell they care about their guests and love what they do. My room was spotless every single day, thanks to the housekeeping staff who paid attention to even the little things. It’s rare to feel this taken care of. Also, I wasn’t expecting to enjoy thebreakfast this much great variety, really fresh food, and the staff in the restaurant were kind and on top of everything. It made my mornings much better. The hotel itself is beautiful clean, modern, and in a great location. I had a lovely sea view from my room, and getting around the city was super easy from here. All in all, this is the kind of place you look forward to coming back to. Every team member I interacted with was professional, polite, and genuinely warm. Some staff members were annoyed when asked questions about what’s near by or ordering something- I.e. coffee. Cleaning staff would still ring the door bell even when the digital sign of sleeping took place.

- torsteins775 (10/5): Great hotel with possibilities to improve - For my family this was the first trip to Istanbul, for me the second. Therefore I wanted to stay on the Asian side this time. The hotel was excellent, appeared as new and well serviced. The pool area was nice and had good service in the bar. Great service however we experienced from Alp and Mehmet in the bar. Superfriendly and with a great quality offering of coffee, drinks, food and desserts. Also the Valet service with Enes and Mete were outstanding helping us with a lot of transports and travel tips. Also everyone in the reception were great. Breakfast buffet was also a good experience. What could improve though was «guest relations» who were a bit invisible and seldom present on their desk. And the grill restaurant on the hotel’s top floor was a bit chaotic, with little English knowledge among the servers and subpar food. But all in all great hotel.

- S4184ZUkimp (10/5): Elite World Grand Istanbul is a fabulous hotel with exceptional staff - From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff were incredible and made us feel right at home. Sevval, at the front desk provided us with a beautiful room and greeted us daily by name. The restaurant manager, Mesut, and waiter, Murat surprised us with a joyous birthday celebration. Burain in guest relations sent up room service treats and fruit to continue the celebration! We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment. Additionally, the gym was very clean and had all the equipment we needed, along with a nice indoor pool and lovely Turkish baths. This hotel had everything we wanted and more with the exceptional hospitality from all of the staff. We will be telling all of our friends and colleagues that this is a Must go-to hotel.

Room was lit bit smelly and there was only 1 pillow for each bed. Also I asked for 2 cups and I never received it. But overall it was good and hotel staff are great.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way — from the elegance of the design to the professionalism of the staff. The room was modern, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for getting rest after a medical procedure. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel has a calm, upscale atmosphere that made us feel both relaxed and well taken care of. The location is also convenient, especially for those needing to access the Asian side of Istanbul. It’s not far from Okan University Hospital, and public transportation is nearby for easy access to other parts of the city. The breakfast buffet was fresh and diverse, with options for all tastes. The spa and fitness center were also impressive and well-maintained.
- aadilv2023 (8/5): Nice hotel - I had a good stay at the Elite Grand Istanbul Küçükyalı hotel. It’s absolutely beautiful with loads of space and easy to navigate on arrival. The staff weren’t the friendliest on arrival but at the end of the day it wasn’t horrible. I think maybe the English speaking aspect might have been a barrier. On the first night we had an issue with our room safe and we required somebody to come up and have a look at it and the staff handled that very well. They were up within 30 minutes of our phone call and just replaced the safe in the room. There were no questions asked it was just done and that was extremely efficient on their part. The location of the hotel is outside the city centre but the Metro is nearby making it easy to get around. There’s a shopping mall not too far away which was a nice bonus as it had takeaway’s and restaurants that were really good. As we weren’t in central Istanbul, english isn’t really widely spoken on the outskirts but we are in Turkey and you do have mobile phones that can translate everything Overall, I had a good experience and I definitely would go back

- Digitalnomadexpert (8/5): Great place to stay in Istanbul - We stayed there for 2 nights in March 2025 during our stay in Istanbul. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a lot of choice, but I would have liked some « healthy » options such as oat porridge, avocado, etc. We didn’t visit the pool area but the receptionist was friendly. The only drawback is that the air conditionner was a bit loud when running at night, as well as our room was close to the elevator and we could hear it each time the « door opening » signal of the elevator. Hotel is conveniently located not far from Hilltown mall which you can access by a short walk

- traveller20000 (8/5): Hair Transplant Hotel - I stayed at this hotel in Istanbul with my son while he was undergoing a hair transplant procedure. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were professional. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from each morning. However, it's important to note that the hotel is located in a business district, quite far from Istanbul’s main tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It's not ideal for sightseeing or exploring the city on foot. That said, the hotel seems to work closely with several hair clinics and is sufficient for those coming specifically for medical procedures like ours. For that purpose, it’s convenient and comfortable.
- V586GAsuzannev (6/5): It's such a pity - In a such beautiful hotel u do not expect to find low educated and non English speaking staff. Staff pass most of their time on mobiles ignoring guests also if you ask for something they just look at you amd walk away. In the room you are equipped with coffee etc but once u use cup it will not be replaced !! Even if you leave a note.. In the top floor you will find a restaurant were they do not know the difference between a starter and main course and u will get starter during the eating of your dinner.

- Joyce (10/5): - The staff are all really nice and professional. A lot of the staff speak English if you are an English speaker. It is very quiet and clean. If you need rest , this location is far from the city center so it is very nice and quiet, which it can get very very loud in the city centre. They have a stream room , sauna and hammam which you can access for free all the time before 10pm. I used it everyday. The massage lady was sooo good!! The gym is not a basic hotel gym, it’s a pretty nice gym with machines as well as standard free weights and cardio machines. They have 24 hour room service. If you need uber eats, you can use thier Getir app (uber eats in turkey, doesn’t require a Turkish phone number) and there are lots of options. The only thing I didn’t like was that there isn’t much to do and see around the area. There is one mall which is really nice and it has most stores you may need for your vacation (ie food court, drug store , electronics , grocery store). But when I came here I was prioritizing a quiet , clean , rest time so that was the trade off I was ok with . I did soo much research when picking a hotel on the Asian side and a lot of the other hotels are not clean or are loud af. I recommend electric world grand!!!

Rooms heated at 25 degrees (even the empty ones so no possible room change) with no way of turning the heating down apart from opening the window (6th floor over the freeway) Mini bar is £100 a night every night! regardless- you can’t avoid it as nowhere to buy a can of coke. There are 2 small bottles of warm(25°) water in the room. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and looks very clean on the surface but if you look into the corners, it’s showing it’s 15 years of age! Concierge doesn’t make eye contact! The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The beds are comfortable and well laundered. The mirrored walls in all areas of the rooms are over kill and invades any form of privacy you may otherwise enjoy as the feeling of being watched is overpowering. Thankfully I’m only here for 4 nights however this is my second night to say I’m looking forward to my flight home is an understatement!
