• Antonio (4/5): - Die Lage war perfekt Unsere Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt und es wurde auch nicht gebeten…somit auch keine Seife oder Duschmittel aufgefüllt.. der Teppich ist unhygienisch schmutzig… auch im Bad Flecken an der Türe … und am Boden .. es war sehr kalt im Zimmer … die Klima hat nur gekühlt… kalt … ich habe es sofort gemeldet … doch nicht geschieht… wir haben die Klima aufgedreht das es wärmt … nix … wieder gemeldet … sie sagten sie können es steuern … doch leider hatten wir immer noch kalt … das Frühstück,na ja durchschnittlich Fleisch und Käse aus der Packung… ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen… nur für die tolle Lage

• Yvonne (7/5): Visiting Amsterdam from staying in Zaandam - Conveniences: 5 minutes walk to the train station and bus station; and there's a supermarket right across the street. Zaandam is a cool town to walk around. We stayed there for 5 nights and the room was cleaned only once! There is a small park right in front of the hotel where there were always people smoking weeds. We had to go around them to and from the hotel to avoid inhaling that stuff!

Posizione perfetta per più giri turistici - attaccato alla stazione, ti permette di essere ad Amsterdam centrale in 15 minuti ma è comodissimo anche per i mulini a vento (5 minuti di treno) e per Harleem. La colazione ottima sia nel salato che nel dolce. Letto molto comodo, doccia spaziosa e con grande getto e temperatura regolabile anche molto calda.

This was only after we had to complain about the time it was taking. When trying to get the basin sorted the girl at the reception was really rude and left us feeling quite upset.

• Heinz (8/5): Gutes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotential - Gefallen hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Die Lage des Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe der Bahn- und Busstation sowie zur Innenstadt ist hervorragend. Für 2 oder 3 Übernachtungen wäre das Frühstück umfangreich und gut. Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel und das Frühstück war insgesamt immer vorausschaubar und nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. Das Fernsehprogramm listete zwar eine ganze Reihe auch deutscher Programme auf, leider funktionierte kein Einziges und auch der Versuch, diese wieder herzustellen,klappte während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht.

• João (9/5): Muito espaçoso e ótima localização em Zaandam - Quarto espaçoso e muito confortável, banheiro excelente. Funcionários prestativos e educados. Localização sensacional, permitindo ficar a 15 min de Amsterdam (via trem) e próximo ao centrinho de Zaandam, com várias lojas e restaurantes. Café da manhã bom. Só o café que não é nota 10, pois acho que poderiam ter mais opções de frutas e doces, mas ainda assim é bem satisfatório.

• Andreas (1/5): Nie wieder werde ich hier buchen! - Disappointing and Unsettling Stay – Poor Service and Questionable Practices I am very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel and would not recommend it. First of all, housekeeping is only provided every three days. Beds are not made, and basic amenities such as fresh towels or shower gel are not replenished unless you specifically request them. This is far below what one would reasonably expect, especially without being clearly informed in advance. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the reception staff. When I politely asked about the lack of cleaning and supplies, I was met with a dismissive and unfriendly response. I was told, quite bluntly, that I should have read the “terms and conditions” on their website. However, this was never mentioned at check-in, nor was it made clear anywhere during my arrival. Expecting guests to discover such important information on their own, after the fact, is simply unacceptable. The most concerning part of my stay, however, was a power outage that occurred exclusively in my room shortly after I raised my complaint. No other rooms seemed to be affected. This felt highly suspicious and left me with the strong impression that the power may have been deliberately cut. Whether intentional or not, the situation was handled poorly and without proper explanation. As a result, I did not feel safe or comfortable in this hotel. A place that should provide rest and peace of mind instead left me feeling uneasy and unwelcome. Overall, this was a very negative experience due to poor service, lack of transparency, and unprofessional behavior. I would strongly advise future guests to reconsider booking here unless these issues are addressed.

• Leslie (8/5): Convenient, well-run hotel with quick access to countryside, to Amsterdam and to/from the airport. - Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant is pleasant for dinner as well. The location of the hotel is prime for train travellers and has easy access on foot to the downtown. The rooms are clean and comfortable. 13 minutes from Amsterdam Centraal by train. It’s pricey - but so is everything these days. The area between the hotel and the train station has deteriorated badly in the last couple of years - lots of litter and some unpleasant characters hanging around.

• Frank (7/5): Für einen Besuch von Amsterdam ideal geeignet - Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, unweit vom Bahnhof und der schönen Innenstadt von Zaandam. Es ist modern eingerichtet, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstück ist zwar nicht sehr abwechslungsreich aber durchaus in Ordnung. Es ist eine Kleinigkeit, aber es gibt nur eine Sorte Kissen, aber die ist sehr dick und hart. Gefallen hat uns nicht das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, aber dies ist nicht nur im Hotel so, sondern im Land allgemein.

• Karin (9/5): Überraschend tolles Hotel mit super Lage ! - Super Lage, direkt am Bahnhof, mit Zug in 10 min nach Amsterdam, Parkplatz fast vor der Türe. Sehr schönes modernes Hotel, Betten waren super, es war auch sehr ruhig, und mit Bus kann man auch direkt die Zaanse windmill besichtigen ! Wirklich top ! Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

• Pepels (7/5): Kort verblijf voor een bezoek aan de bezienswaardigheden in Zuidelijk Noord-Holland - Vriendelijk personeel ligging centraal van bezienswaardigheden Ontbijt: ruime keuze Hygiëne: schimmel in de naden tussen de tegels van de douche - veel stof in/op de kozijnen In de directe omgeving van het hotel en de parkeerplaats ligt er veel zwerfvuil en is het groen slecht onderhouden Ontbijt: broodjes niet vers, fruit niet rijp, spekjes, roerei etc niet warm

• Diane (8/5): Nice but some things to consider. - The rooms were very comfortable and a very good size. The location was ideal because it was near the train station and the main attractions, stores and restaurants. I didn't like that there is a small park in front of the hotel and towards the evening there would be groups of people just there smoking and drinking. Was never approached but gives a bad aspect. Not sure if it's something the hotel can address or that maybe the city needs to address. Also, be aware they charge you an additional "city tax", even after you have paid it with booking.com.
• LAURA DEL CARMEN (10/5): - El desayuno fue estupendo, había de todo, dulces, salados, etc Llegamos muy pronto en la mañana y tuvieron la gentileza de darnos la habitación antes de la hora prevista. Refería sin duda. El city taxe me parece caro, 3 noches 47 euros por 2 personas. No se si depende del hotel o de la ciudad. No obstante, repetiría sin pensarlo.
• roberta (9/5): Soggiorno veramente piacevole e confortevole - Bella struttura situata in posizione strategica, parcheggio disponile a pagamento davanti l’hotel, ottimo per chi viaggia in macchina, stazione a due minuti a piedi ( in 10 minuti si arriva alla stazione centrale di Amsterdam) supermercato davanti l’hotel. Ottimo il ristorante, abbiamo cenato lì per tutte e 4 le sere, prezzi in linea con il posto ma cibo ottimo Forse dovrebbero intensificare la pulizia delle camere quando si soggiorna più notti

• Steffen (5/5): Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. - Die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Die Zimmer wurden während unseres Aufenthalts (5 Tage) nur einmal gereinigt. Wir waren am Anreisetag 14:30 Uhr da, Checkin war 14:00 Uhr. Unsere Zimmer (drei) waren nicht fertig und wir sollten warten. 16:00 Uhr war dann eins der Drei Zimmer fertig und wir konnten dann erst unseren Urlaub beginnen. Absolut keine Abwechslung beim Frühstück. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

• Noémie (10/5): Très bon séjour - Hôtel bien placé, à 2 min à pied de la gare de train. Le train arrive en moins de 15min à Amsterdam Centraal donc très pratique. La chambre était très propre et le matelas confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande et y reviendrai sans hésiter !

• Chintan (1/5): Didn’t enjoy it. Not gonna book ever again - Location is decent We were not allowed early checkin! Rooms don’t get cleaned for 3 days. Didn’t like breakfast too.
• EROL (4/5): Sakin ve huzurlu bir yer. Yataklar cok rahat degil. Odalar su koymayip bunu da 5 Euro ya sattilar - Sakin bir yer ve tren istasyonuna yakin olmasi cok guzel. Odaya icecek bir su bile birakilmamis olmasi ve suyu da 5 Euro ya satmalari inanilmaz kotu. Su ihtiyaci temel ihtiyactir.
