Guest Reviews
- kerry (4/5): Disappointing sadly - The location is amazing! It is definitely a selling point! Unfortunately the pictures on the website depict a sea view however we didn’t get that. The caravan had a fusty smell on arrival, it was extremely basic and the cleanliness was barely surface level. There was food residue on the crockery in the cupboards, and the cutlery was dirty, with a used cheese grater in with the clean cutlery. The mattresses were all sprung leading to a very uncomfortable stay, and the pillows were extremely thin! Aesthetically it was not pleasing. The lock on the caravan was extremely stiff and despite requesting for this to be looked at, it was not. I had a wonderful lasagne at the clubhouse, however despite being right on the seafront, the fish meal that came out was not appetising and had been cooked for too long. We departed 2 hours earlier than checkout time and took our bin bag to be disposed of, to find a dirty, used razor and other rubbish that had clearly been overlooked, in the bottom of the bin.
- Touceda (3/5): - Location and beach The property wasn't clean dirty ashtrays left in the cupboard. Smelled awful inside and out. Booked a family stay and placed metres away from the clubhouse kept us up all night. When booking it advertised an arcade however this was not open for the children. When booking I selected the biggest van available as staying with SEN children however the check in staff must have decided to downgrade us. No oven tray available but advertised as self catering. Been on many park stays and this was the worst experience. Such a shame the location is ideal
- Damon (9/5): Overall great stay - Nice clean van and the fresh breeze was glorious The boiler kept going off and it was a bit cold

- Jenni (8/5): Ideal for a few nights away - easy access to explore surrounding areas - Nice spacious caravan with great facilities - kettle, toaster, plates, cups, glasses, utensils, cutlery etc.
Location with direct access down to the beach is great and property was easy to find.
Reception staff were lovely and super helpful. Despite the lovely sea view from one side, the view on the other side was Bacton Gas Terminals.
Parking spaces by caravan was quite tight - there is no way we could have got 2 cars in that space.
- Samantha (6/5): Cheap beach break. - The location is very good next to a great beach. Small site. Seems to be a lot of contractors staying who were noisy especially running vehicles at 6am. Unclear as to food availability was told only pizza were availa ble but then saw other customers being served chips and burgers. Not sure if this is because they are contractor's staying onsite. Entertainment didn't go ahead as listed. Arcade was mostly out of order.
- Lisa (10/5): Perfect spot to rest by the sea - Right on the cliff top overlooking the sea, steps down to the beach, watched the sun rise over the sea and this is our second stay will definitely return! Zero loo roll, arrived needed a pee and no toilet paper to get us started.
- Tim (9/5): Fine and dandy - All good
- Jodie (10/5): -
- Rob..... (9/5): Superb -
- Mary (10/5): We absolutely had such a chilled break. It was lovely. The area is beautiful and the staff were so helpful such a peacef - The property is right near where my mother lives, which is in North Walsham caravan park was lovely spectacular views we definitely shall be returning Mr & Mrs Tomlin ♥️🧡♥️ There was nothing to not like about the property
- Mollie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lucy (7/5): Gorgeous view but the lodge could do with an upgrade. - Great location. Easy check-in/check-out. Lodge was basic. Some more baking sheets and a set of pots in the kitchen would have been helpful. The single beds were very small and had lumpy mattresses which were fairly uncomfortable for us all.
- Sarah (10/5): A very warm welcome received and a pleasant stay - lovely site, direct access to the beach. the caravan was clean and comfortable and equipped with everything that we needed.
the pub, meals were great, filling and not overpriced, and the bar was well stocked and again, reasonably priced. i feel the accommodation could benefit from a welcome pack, with basic info included, whats on in the local area, places to visit, the pub opening times and perhaps a sample menu, also instructions for the heating would be helpful.
- Mary (2/5): Dirty caravan loads of flies. Socks left in bedroom form previous stay. Broken blind in bathroom. Curtains wouldn’t shut - Nothing was very dirty and booked a sea view
We didn’t get a sea view as booked.
Customer service not very good and didn’t accommodate us
- Madalina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lee (9/5): Peacefully and clean - It’s small location with plenty of facilities and a family run holiday park and a step out on to the beach via the steps and the beaches are clean and tidy Nothing
- Elnor (8/5): A very relaxing place to cultivate lasting memories with family. - A very very very relaxing place to spent with the family. Nothing to mention.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanne (8/5): Good for a short stay away with access to a clean quiet beach. - Perfect location right next to the beach. The caravan was clean and tidy upon arrival. The caravan site is clean and tidy. Nice small playpark for children. The beach was clean and very quiet considering we went in peak season. We even saw a seal on the beach sunbathing! I was surprised there was no shower matt but perhaps I should have thought about this when they said towels not included.
Can't be helped but the site is right next to the Bacton gas works so not the greatest view to one side. The caravan was situated right behind the pub which had entertainment on in the evening at the weekend which was loud but it did finish around 11pm.
- Gina (8/5): Had a lovely stay and would come back again - Great position close to beach. Nice and clean. Good shower and always hot water. Bed not that comfortable. Could have had a bit more info in the property about where to put your rubbish and park safety in case of emergency. No iron or hairdryer .
- Angela (7/5): Good -
- Melanie (10/5): So friendly staff and owner went above and beyond - Lovley , clean and modern
Welcoming Nothing was perfect
- Alex (7/5): Great stay - Great staff are very accommodating Caravan didn't seem that clean
