- Diana (8/5): Overall great location - The location was fantastic and Filipe who greeted us was very cordial and helpful ! The shower leaked if you are not careful and we noticed a little mold near the floor next to the shower . This probably should be addressed before it becomes a big problem . There is big hill you have to walk to get to the apt which can be difficult with people with mobility issues .

Nos ajudaram em achar um local para armazenar as malas sem custo. Deixaram um vinho do porto para aproveitarmos. O banheiro é bem amplo, tudo muito confortável! Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes. O único ponto negativo são as escadas de acesso ao apartamento (não tem elevador).

The location was exceptional, within 15 minute walking distance to pretty much everything except the beach. Overall, a great stay.

- Magdalena (10/5): Krótki pobyt w Porto - Kontakt z Hugo był od początku, dopytywał o szczegóły, bardzo chciał nas ugościć jak najlepiej. W środku wszystkie udogodnienia, które znajdowały się w ogłoszeniu, możliwość skorzystania z parasoli oraz czekało na nas wino. Mieszkanie jest na najwyższym piętrze i ma dość strome schody, ale to jedyny minus.

Apesar de ser um estúdio, tinha portas a separar as zonas (quarto/cozinha + cozinha/wc). Anfitriões excelentes, com boa disposição e sempre prestáveis! Frigorífico pequeno para quem procura ficar alguns dias e comer em casa, bem como a cozinha que tinha muito pouco espaço para cozinhar. Faltava espaço no chuveiro para colocar os nossos produtos.

È stato molto carino a lasciarci anche dei cioccolatini e del vino Porto e due bottigliette d’acqua e darci la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia al check in che al check out. Appartamento dotato di tutto, posizione ottima, tutto benissimo.

- Maria (7/5): Lo mejor, la ubicación. - Lo mejor la ubicación. No tuvimos que coger ningún transporte. Los anfitriones muy agradables. Edificio muy antiguo. Olor a cerrado. Escaleras viejas y estrechas para subir al apartamento. El baño con lo justo, los azulejos de la ducha con falta de limpieza y la electricidad muy insegura.

El apartamento está en una ubicación excelente, realmente inmejorable, y cuenta con una cocina muy bien equipada. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, y la atención por parte del anfitrión y del equipo fue en todo momento amable y profesional. Como pequeño punto a tener en cuenta, el edificio no dispone de ascensor y el sistema de llaves requiere algo de organización cuando no salen todos a la vez.

En la noche del primer día no funcionaba el frigorífico y microondas, se lo dijimos a Felipe y lo arreglaron el día siguiente. En el segundo lugar, la ubicación no podría ser mejor. Las sillas en el salón estaban sucias, venía un mal olor del baño y la cama chirría cuando movías un poco, esto era una molestia...

- Elsa (8/5): - La ubicación. Menaje d cocina lo necesario para unos días,muy buen detalle, café,aceite,jabón.. No estaba el anfitrión Hugo ,pero nos recibió Filipe muy atento. Es un edificio antigüo,el apartamento para los 4 el espacio escaso, sin ascensor, último piso para las maletas... venía toda la información en la página,no me sentí engañada.
- Daniela (10/5): - Filipe nos recepcionou muito bem, e Hugo sempre em contato conosco garantido que tudo estava bem! O apartamento é muito bem localizado, bem no coração de Porto. A cama era muito confortável, e a cozinha muito bem equipada com tudo o que precisávamos para cozinhar, além do chuveiro ser muito bom, com água quentinha. Super recomendo este local para quem deseja conhecer Porto. Foi tudo como esperado.
- Alessandro (9/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Lo staff è stato molto accogliente e disponibile, la posizione è ottima in pieno centro e comodissima alla metropolitana Il responsabile della struttura ci ha proposto di prenotare il transfer dalla struttura all'aeroporto alle 4.30 della mattina perché avevamo il volo molto presto: l'autista non si è presentato, non ha risposto né al telefono né al messaggio e alla fine abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi. Consiglio di non usufruire del servizio proposto e organizzare il tutto in maniera indipendente soprattutto se si hanno voli a orari particolari.

- ROSANNE (10/5): - Localização excelente, próximo à Estação São Bento (5min andando), bem central e, ao mesmo tempo, tranquila, sem barulho externo, até em final de semana; quarto bastante funcional (tem de cafeteira Dolce Gusto, com cápsulas de café à disposição, a tábua de passar roupa) e confortável; proprietários extremamente atenciosos, solícitos e educados; e velocidade rápida de internet. A rua do hotel é uma ladeira, não muito íngreme, mas cansa, ainda mais se vc chegar com malas. E o quarto que ficamos ficava no 3o. andar, ou seja, mais subida. Porém, notei que a empresa também possui apartamento para alugar no 1o. andar. Sugiro perguntar ao proprietário a possibilidade de ficar em andar mais baixo. Não tem café da manhã, mas há várias padarias (Starbucks é uma delas, para quem gosta) e um supermercado a menos de 5min caminhando.
- Ana (10/5): Excelente trato, céntrico y muy limpio - Lo mejor fue la atención recibida tanto por Hugo como por Filipe. Muy cerca de los lugares de interés para visitar. Muy limpio y con detalles muy positivos para recordar. Lo único que nos gustó menos fue el acceso, ya que está en una calle muy estrecha pero poco transitada, por lo que para bajar el equipaje hay ciertas dificultades. Por eso, es mejor aparcar primero y llevar después el equipaje. Único detalle que es inevitable dada la buensima ubicación del edificio , pero que lo comento por si se se puede subasar llevando maletas pequeñas. Hay muchos parking cercanos para llevar el equipaje después. Por lo demás, solo decir que volveremos seguro. No era nuestra primera vez en Oporto y, pero si el mejor alojamiento que hemos tenido hasta ahora.

- Marta (9/5): Maravillosa ¡ - la ubicación es fantástica de las mejores de Oporto y el trato de la persona que nos recibió y del anfitrión ha sido estupendo, han estado en todo momento atentos a nuestras necesidades. En nuestra estancia tuvimos muchos mosquitos en la habitación, deberían poner algunos repelentes. Otra cuestión es que, aunque no fue mi caso y al tratarse de un edificio antiguo, deberían avisar que no hay ascensor.

- Nicky (8/5): clean small apartment in a great location - the hosts are lovely and very helpful. met us in person to hand over the keys and very responsive to whatsapp messages. we appreciated the port and chocolate that was left for us. the apartment is clean and tidy. it is small for a family of four but we were out and about most of the day anyway. the aircon is good and works well in the summer. the kitchen is basic but has the essentials needed to make a simple meal. the location is excellent - walking distance to lots of things. there is a laundromat within 5 min walk (a bit expensive but clean and convenient) the apartment is pretty small for four people. fine for two nights but would be squishy longer term. there is some noise from others in the stairwell and outside on the street but not enough to disrupt sleep. car parking isnt included and you just need to go to public garage - next time we would park in the closest carpark (we picked the garage a little further but with better reviews). as the walk with luggage in the heat and with the hills was hard work. but not the hosts fault - just a note for other guests who are driving in.

- Tracy (4/5): This is two separate apartments NOT one single apartment - We very much liked the central location. The apartment was very clean. This was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment but is actually 2 separate apartments. This is a problem if like us you are travelling with kids and have to ho back and forth and worry about keys a d getting locked out. The host kept wrongly insisting that it was advertised as 2 apartments with a discount (untrue). Unit is not deserving of 4 yellow squares in my opinion. The units were quite cramped a s didnt all work well (front door lock, fan). Also it was on a 4th floor of a walk up and wish I had known that before booking. Also, that apartment is non smoking but other units in the building have smokers so there is smoky smell when we open the doors (which we did alot) I cant recommend this unit and thought we really overpaid. Could have stayed in a nicer airbnb for less

- Fakán (10/5): Exceptional - This accommodation was absolutely spot on! The location is simply perfect – everything important is just a few minutes' walk away. The host’s attitude was truly outstanding: incredibly kind, quick to respond, and extremely flexible in adapting to our needs. He also helped us a lot with arranging the transfer, which made things so much easier for us. It’s rare to come across such a guest-oriented approach. Next time we’re in town, there’s no question where we’ll be staying! Thank you so much :)

- Sebastian (4/5): Terrible and dirty. Not recommending. - Porto, noting else. Terrible "apartment", dirty, mold on the walls, everywhere - rooms, kitchen, shower (!!!), bathroom. Cigarette smell from the corridor. View on dirty, destroyed buildings full of birds' excrement instead of at least on the street. I am surprised that opinions are really not according to reality. No possibility to park the car. Available in the private garage but for a lot of money. Uncomfortable beds. Clogged sink. Gap between floor and external door. Building with very steep stairs definately not for older people, ladies even with medium-sized bags, suitcases. Good that we stayed there for 2 nights only. Better to pay more in the other places in Porto. Never again.

- Cigdem (10/5): Comfortable Stay with Exceptional Hosts in a Prime Location in Porto - We arrived at the house by car and found it very easily. There's a parking lot nearby. Beyond that, it's near public transportation spots and a great location for exploring the city on foot. The hosts, Hugo and Filipe, were very helpful. We received a very warm welcome and brief. They sincerely answered every question we asked. Moreover, our key broke on the first day and despite it being a public holiday, they resolved the issue in a very short time. The size of the house was especially suitable for families. Everything we needed was in the house. I definitely recommend it for a comfortable holiday in a great location in Porto. Nothing!

We met Filipe at the apartment and, he gave us an orientation and provided instructions for the last day. The apartment is clean, comfortable with all the amenities we need and we appreciated the extras like coffee, water, olive oil, salt, surprise welcome gift (Port wine & chocolate). The apartment is very central, right next to Clerigos Tower and 3 mins walk to grocery store for water, restaurants and attractions etc. Mostly great communication from the host (Hugo) all the way leading up and during the stay. - Cristina (7/5): Nice quality for money, but not 1 apartment - We were a bit disappointed to realize that it was two 40sqm apartments instead of one 90sqm, even though the post says it’s one apartment. With that we felt fooled. For the price, I have to say it has everything we needed and the location is very good. However, I feel like the bedroom photos promise more than there is, it is quite tight in space. But as said, the price is good for it! It was clean and the staff was nice and reliable.
