• Christina (8/5): Agradable - En general está bastante bien, la ubicación es buena y el apartamento es amplio. Se agradece que haya aire acondicionado. Las camas son muy cómodas La limpieza podría ser mejorable, las toallas tenían olor a humedad. Si vas con coche no siempre es fácil aparcar cerca. Habría estado bien contar con algún básico más como papel de cocina.

• Košuta (9/5): Prijeten apartma - Zelo zelo čist apartma. Vse smo imeli kar smo rabili. Bil je na kar lepi lokaciji na mirnem kraju. Počutili smo se varno v apartmaju. Za plačano ceno smo dobili vse in še več. Prvi dan ker nismo vedeli kako odpreti vrata nam je lastnik prijazno pomagal. Osebno nam je manjkal balkon to zagotovo. Mogoče je malo majhen če bi naprimer v njemu bila družina ker smo imeli kavč in zakonsko posteljo v istem prostoru. Ubistvu smo imeli vse v istem prostoru tudi kuhnjo in jedilnico samo kopalnica je bila posebej. Kar nas ni motilo je pa nekaj kar bi rada vedela pred vselitvijo.

Supongo que por lo viejo que está el edificio, a veces se cuela en el baño un mal olor. Y el gel de ducha que colocan es un poco escaso. Por el resto todo está muy bien.

• Veronica (6/5): - En los baños los desagües no tragaban bien. En el baño de arriba si pones la ducha colgada que es lo normal se sale todo el agua fuera No hay ventanas para ver rilar. Sólo las puertas entradas . Y por ello quizás hay unos chismes en los enchufes que dan olor (para mí muy fuerte y para enmascarar ambiente no aireado) Hay algunas cuerdas de la escalera subida que hay que repasar. Estaban desenganchadas y un escalon que se mueve mucho (da la sensación se va a romper al subir).

We arrived a little bit early and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage and have a walk while cleaning is performed. Free coffee was a nice addition too Maybe the fact that the soap/shower gel provided was in a bottles without dispensers. Also wished there were free tea too.Anything other than this was great.

• Oldrich (9/5): Prostorný byt na klidném místě, ideální když chcete být dál od turisty přeplněného centra. - Byt se nachází v klidné čtvrti, hned za rohem je skvělá malá pekárna a kousek je i zastávka tramvaje. Pokud chodíte rádi pěšky, do centra to není daleko. V bytě byly opravdu pohodlná postel a gauč. Skvěle se nám tam spalo. Indukční deska se nepravidelně zapínala a trochu obtížně se nám tam vařilo. Jídlo se buďto nevařilo vůbec, nebo se začínalo spalovat. K tomu tam byla moka konvička, která ale na indukční desce nefungovala, protože byla z hliníku.

• laura (9/5): - Appartamento carino con tutto il necessario, il centro è raggiungibile sia a piedi con una passeggiata sia con il tram che ferma abbastanza vicino, per il posteggio bisogna cercare un po' nelle vie intorno ma si trova , zona residenziale tranquilla con vicino vari ristoranti e negozi Unica pecca una sola lavatrice per tutti gli appartamenti a pagamento e lo stendino veramente minuscolo soprattutto se programmate di andare al mare

Que fueran dos camas individuales en vez de una grande. El olor de la limpieza del apartamento, no era del todo agradable al entrar.

• Cristina (7/5): - La cocina está muy bien equipada, es muy luminoso y la zona está tranquila pero a la vez cerca del tranvía y del centro. Me gustó que hay secador y cafetera tipo Nespresso y tostadora para el desayuno , y te dejan unas cápsulas de café. Las almohadas están un poco regular, se nota que llevan tiempo, quiza tocaría cambiarlas. Y esta poco aislado, si los vecinos hablan fuerte se oye. Por lo demás correcto para una estancia de unos días.

• Lea (9/5): Would stay here again! - Very nice apartment, super clean even the dishes in the kitchen. It also got cleaned once during our stay. The manager was very helpful, everything worked out nicely with checkin. The wifi was perfect for working from the apartment. The apartment was very cold, but maybe that’s just the case in January.
• Giulia (7/5): Gennaio a Tenerife - La struttura, situata in una zona residenziale di Santa Cruz, era ben servita da mezzi e, in pochi minuti a piedi, potevi raggiungere bar e ristoranti. Letto e doccia comodi, la cucina, fornita di fornelli e suppellettili, era fornita dell’essenziale. Bello il terrazzo con sedie, tavoli e sdrai messi a disposizione per gli ospiti! La lavatrice comune e a pagamento, non segnalato, e il bagno parecchio umido. Attenzione per il parcheggio, la via risulta spesso affollata e il parcheggio potrebbe scarseggiare vicino all’appartamento.

• Reichné Lehoczky (9/5): A szállás nagyon jó, de a kulcsátvétel sok gondot okozott. - Szép kilátás, rendezett, tiszta környék és épület. Tágas, kényelmes és esztétikus szállás. Miután túéltük a kulcsátvétel okozta stresszt, jól éreztük magunkat. A kulcsátadás tragédia volt!! A visszaigazolt adatokkal nyitottuk a kulcs széfet, de az üres volt. A megadott Emergency telefonszámok ki voltak kapcsolva. Végül egy lakótól kaptunk egy telefonszámot, amit ostromolva 3 órával később felvették a telefont és adtak egy másik kulcsszéf kódot. A Wifi gyenge volt, csak a bejárati ajtónál műkdött. 3 főre csak 3 bögre, 3 villa, stb volt, így mindig mosogatni kellett.

• Claudia (8/5): - Sehr geräumige Wohnung, tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Stadt. Sehr karge Einrichtung. Vor allem fehlt ein Kasten oder Kommode, um Dinge zu verstauen. Auch keine Nachtkästchen, nur Miniablage neben den Betten. Sehr wenig Gläser u Geschirr.

• SWC12 (8/5): Bright and spacious studio - Lovely bright spacious studio with a large shower. Comfortable beds and cotton sheets. Large sofa, a TV & kitchenette to prepare snacks. Great roof terrace with 365° views, chairs, tables, sunbeds, shower and toilets. Lift to all floors. Tram stop to the city and the north, and a local convenience store were a 5 minute walk away. Didn't see any staff, and security wasn't great with the main door being wedged open and left. The door code was tricky to work out initially. No instructions for extra blankets or pillows in the room, but messaged for help and there was a fairly quick response. Plumbing maintenance needed; the kitchen tap was falling off, the shower room basin was blocked and a stench of sewerage kept coming up. No cork screw, either.

• Hans-Christian (5/5): Nice view from rooftop but countless things were broken or poor quality in the room - Stunning view from rooftop. Many different lighting options in the room, from bright to cozy. All 3 big window-doors did not close properly. The door of the freezer within the fridge was broken, and the fridge was audible so that it impeded sleep. The air conditioning was broken, and the host did not react to my message. The couch was _very_ squeaky already with small movements.
• Tony y Sonia (8/5): Zona tranquila y lugar confortable. - La ubicación se ajustó a nuestra necesidad (hospital) y fueron muy amables permitiéndonos cambios de huéspedes en la estancia. No es que no me gustara, sólo parte del mobiliario tenía señales de desgaste, y aunque no atañe al hospedaje en la zona no había mucha oferta gastronómica.

• María Graciela (10/5): Un estudio que te hace desear vivir en él 😍🤍 - Excelente ubicación e instalaciones. La habitación resultó estupenda: Espaciosa, comoda, tranquila, con el mobiliario justo, pero bastante práctico y comodo igualmente. Me gustó que la cocina estuviese bien equipada en utensilios y vajilla, y los electrodomésticos que incluyen están bastante bien para una estancia corta (la nevera es pequeña, y su congelador solo permite una bolsa de hielo) El aire acondicionado y el sofá creo que fueron lo que más me gustaron del espacio, ya que las camas, al ser individuales y bastante ligeras, no eran muy estables, por lo que terminé durmiendo en el sofá-cama, y sinceramente fue bastante cómodo. Si tuviera que compartir detalles a mejorar, me centraría en los siguientes : las camas individuales (que para dormir en pareja son bastante incómodas, ya que son pequeñas y ligeras). El agua caliente se acaba un poco rápido. El televisor aunque es bastante modesto y cumple su función, pero solo cuenta con televisión por cable, y no tiene la función de servicios de streaming o de conectar tu móvil a él y transmitir desde ahí, por lo que al momento de ver películas o series, solo cuentas con tu móvil. Las ventanas son bastante grandes y luminosas, me encantaron! Pero el rato que decidí abrirlas, entraron un par de bichitos del tamaño de cucarachas a la habitación. Sería bueno que colocarán alguna mosquitera en ellas para evitar la entrada de insectos al abrirlas.

The rooms are very clean and cozy, the bed and sofa are comfortable to sleep on, there are enough pillows and blankets, and there is air conditioning. The roof terrace on the top floor of the building has a great view. The host is quick to respond when there is a problem of any kind. I highly recommend the place
