E' un appartamento le cui camere da letto sono state trasformate in stanze risultando piccole e non insonorizzate. Bagno piccolo e senza bidet. Non possibile oscurare completamente la stanza per dormire. Caldaia con tubature all'esterno della finestra del bagno.

La colazione è servita dalle 8:00. Noi eravamo costretti a lasciare la struttura prima per lavoro. Assurdo che in settimana le colazioni comincino dalle 8:00. Cestino sostitutivo ma colazione vera fatta fuori.

• Emil (9/5): Mycket positiv och något jag skulle rekommendera andra - Väldigt trevlig ägare och läget var mycket centralt vilket gjorde det smidigt att besöka Roms olika sevärdheter. Nätverket och täckningen var i mellan åt något sämre.
• Zeljka (2/5): We would not return or recommend this place. - Our stay at this accommodation was unfortunately disappointing from the very beginning. We booked two rooms with breakfast and had already paid for both the night and breakfast for the following morning. Due to a delayed flight, we were supposed to arrive late at night, but the host told us this was “not his problem” and that we could only come the next day at 11. This made no sense, as we had already paid for that night and the breakfast. Only after we pointed this out did he offer us arrival at 7:30, suggesting we spend the early morning in a café until then. In the end, we had to book and pay for an extra night elsewhere. The rooms are small but clean, which is the only positive. Breakfast is very basic and strictly limited – one coffee per person and bread with butter and jam. There are no savory options (eggs, cheese, ham), and when we politely asked for an additional coffee, it was refused quite rigidly. The staff was not accommodating, service is slow, and there are not enough tables, so guests are rushed to finish. The most concerning situation happened on our last day. After checkout, we left our luggage in our friends’ room (with their permission), and the staff entered the room without notice, removed our belongings, and moved them elsewhere. This is a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. Overall, the impression is that guests are not truly welcome. The service lacks flexibility, professionalism, and basic respect for guests. We would not return or recommend this place.

• Magdalena (9/5): Świetna lokalizacja, przyjemny pobyt, przemili gospodarze, polecamy! - Zadbany obiekt z oknami wychodzącymi na cichy dziedziniec, dzięki czemu mimo, że pokój znajduje się przy ruchliwej ulicy w nocy jest bardzo cicho. Komunikatywny właściciel i bardzo miła pani gospodyni dbająca o nas każdego dnia i witająca nas uśmiechem. Dostaliśmy mapkę i instrukcje dotyczące miasta. Śniadanie włoskie na słodko - rogaliki, tosty dżemiki i masło oraz kawa, wszystko świeżutkie i ciepłe. Bardzo miłe było zostawienie nam rogalików w pokoju dzień wcześniej, ponieważ wyjeżdżaliśmy przed porą serwowania śniadania. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, bardzo czysto, było to co potrzeba. Łóżka wygodne, poduszki też, w szafie dodatkowe koce. Polecamy! Na zdjęciach pokój wyglądał na trochę nowszy niż w rzeczywistości jeśli chodzi o umeblowanie i trochę większy, jednak dbałość gospodarzy wynagradza to pierwsze wrażenie.

• Anne-Marie (10/5): Super séjour à Rome ! - Petite chambre d’hôtel très agréable, très propre et fonctionnelle à quelques minutes à pied du Vatican. La propriétaire est adorable et attentionnée. Très bon rapport qualité prix comparé aux autres logements de la ville. Transports à proximité mais nous avons tout fait à pied. Nous recommandons :) petit déjeuner simple mais pratique pour ne pas partir en vadrouille le ventre vide !

• Claudia (7/5): Bien ubicado, la persona que atiende fue muy amable y acogedora pero el servicio podría ser más completo. - Tiene buena ubicación, se nota un barrio seguro y la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y cálida. Me pareció incompleto el servicio para ser un hotel, no tenía shampoo ni acondicionador, solamente jabón, no tenían sistema (máquina o transbank) para pagar el tax free, por lo que tuve que perder tiempo en ir a comprar euros para pagarlo en efectivo. El desayuno es deficiente, se entiende lo sencillo pero si proponen Bed and Breakfast creo que debería ser más completo el desayuno, incluir variedad, jugos y algo salado para comer. Cuando uno anda con tantas maletas también se hace incómodo subir escaleras aunque sean pocas, y que no haya nadie para ayudarte siendo que es un Hotel.

O prédio é muito bem localizado, muito limpo e confortável. Do B&B visitamos os principais pontos turísticos à pé, mas se não estiver disposto a andar fácil de pegar ônibus. Fica à 2 quarteirões do Vaticano. O Colchão não foi o melhor que fiquei durante minha estadia pela Europa

• Natalja (9/5): - Вариант для проживания - отличный!!! Отличное местонахождение, 5 минут как до Ватикана, так и до Замка Святого Ангела. Магазины, базар и куча кафе в округе. Номер не новый, но все в хорошем состоянии, отремонтировано. Все работает. Кровать и подушки удобные и очень чисто, убирают каждый день. Завтраки, кофе с круасанами, тосты и булочки с джемом и маслом. Кому маловато за углом есть магазины, можно купить прошуто и сыр и на тост. Вполне приемлемо. Хозяйка очень приветливая и отзывчивая. Мы улетали поздно, разрешила без проблем оставить багаж до того времени, как нам надо. Мы с большим удовольствмием туда еще раз вернемся и посоветуем друзьям. P.S. Хороший интернет

• Mariagiulia (8/5): La cortesia e l’ospitalità del personale, oltre che la posizione ottima, compensano qualche piccolo difettuccio migliora - Posizione ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano, un po’ più lunga raggiungere gli altri punti di interesse, ma c’è una fermata della metro abbastanza vicina. La “padrona di casa” molto accogliente e gentile, ci ha consigliato sui percorsi per visitare i vari punti di interesse, da quel che mi è parso fa tutto lei nella struttura, dalla colazione, alla pulizia delle stanze (credo siano 3 stanze in totale) alla reception, quindi tanto di cappello. La colazione era essenziale, senza buffet, un cestino con fette biscottate, due plum-cake e due brioches per ogni tavolo, il cui gusto era a sorpresa ogni giorno, burrini e marmellatine e da bere solo cappuccino, caffè o tè, oppure acqua, per me andava benissimo in quanto non amo fare colazioni troppo abbondanti e non è fondamentale che ci sia il salato (inoltre quelle brioches erano davvero molto buone), comunque Roma offre in ogni angolo punti dove fare la “seconda colazione”, anche salata, dunque non mi è mancata troppo la colazione a buffet. La nostra camera era essenziale, l’arredamento e il bagno un po’ vecchiotto, ma compensavano il letto e i cuscini comodissimi, un bel divano e dei caloriferi potentissimi, in pochissimo riuscivamo ad asciugare tutti i nostri vestiti zuppi di pioggia. -Manca il bidet, anche se devo dire che il water con bidet integrato che hanno inserito è veramente una bella trovata. -Come ho detto a me la colazione è piaciuta, ma qualcuno potrebbe trovarla poco varia, magari suggerisco di aggiungere un succo di frutta o una spremuta. -Nel bagno mancavano le mini dosi di shampoo, c’erano un flacone grande di bagnoschiuma e di sapone per le mani, per noi non è stato un problema perché lo abbiamo portato da casa, viaggiando in treno, ma per chi viaggia in aereo e non può portare tanti liquidi potrebbe essere un problema, di solito ci si aspetta che anche nei b&b ci sia lo shampoo a disposizione. -Dal rubinetto del bagno usciva solo un filo di acqua calda, mentre l’acqua fredda c’era a volontà, probabilmente un problema del filtro di quel lavandino, che farei controllare. - L’insonorizzazione non è il massimo, si sente tutto dalle altre camere e purtroppo si sente molto il rumore della strada fuori, comprendo che non dipenda dalla gestione ma dalla struttura in sé dell’edificio, quindi per chi ha il sonno leggero consiglio di attrezzarsi.

• Bereket (9/5): The hotel was great, the hostess was very polite and breakfast was good as well. - The hostess was very sweet and polite, we went to Rome on a rainy days and she kindly gave us permission to use their umbrellas, which were very helpful for us. The breakfast was actually great. The location is not too close to all the local attractions, but nevertheless it was quite good as you feel more safe cause there is no much of pit pockets. I absolutely recommend this place if you’re looking for place to stay for several days. The walls in the hotel are thin, so if you’re a person who is easily woke up as me, then you’ll probably be unable to sleep as you’ll hear everything from your neighbors.

• Piacsek (8/5): Gostei muito da estadia apesar do infortúnio da saída - Gostei muito da localização com um preço compatível, o café da manhã estava satisfatório pelas condições de ter apenas uma pessoa. A Tv como de costume apenas canais locais com algumas exceções. Banheiro limpinho e o quarto tb sempre arrumadinho. Bem devido a barreira da língua, eu acredito que fui enrolado, pois com toda a gentileza me ofereceu um taxi para voltar ao aeroporto, mas não deixou claro que iria pagar a ela para fazer a reserva e depois pagar o taxi, o que me custou $108 euros.
