Warm welcome from reception staff, and hugely helpful housekeeping staff. - The breakfast buffet was the highlight of my stay, and the waiters were excellent at helping with any extras that were needed. Staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring tables were cleared quickly and the tea was never empty. The staff were friendly, making it a perfect, stress-free start to the day. I recommend it. I didn't like the dinner because it took too long to be served. Being à la carte, I think the staff were overwhelmed. The fault, in my view lay with the kitchen staff, who couldn't handle the volume of orders in a timely manner.

- Thandeka (9/5): I loved my stay at Hilton Gaborone - -Most of the stuff were very professional, and they went out of their way to make me feel special for my 60th birthday which are really appreciated. I even got a nice free slice of Chocolate cake with a happy birthday message. And a gentleman at the bar wrote a happy birthday message on my Cafe latte🤩🙏🏾 -The food was great and the buffet was in such abundance. I didn’t take Breakfast but lunch and supper were good. On my last night, I went to the reception and there were two ladies there. I greeted them and they were just silent, which was very unprofessional. And then repeated and said good evening and they responded.

- Leo Padua (3/5): Não recomendo, estadia marcada por falhas graves de infraestrutura, serviço e gestão. - A localização era boa e os funcionários bem cordiais e dispostos a ajudar. - Frigobar do quarto: O frigobar do quarto simplesmente não gela, e fui informado de que essa é uma condição comum a todos os frigobares do hotel, que são de qualidade claramente inferior e não possuem qualquer controle de temperatura. Considerando o calor intenso durante a estadia, isso representou um problema sério, que não foi solucionado nem mesmo após solicitação de suporte técnico, justamente pela limitação do equipamento. A situação se agravou pelo fato de minha esposa ser diabética, o que nos deixou sem local adequado para armazenar a insulina, medicamento que exige refrigeração. Como consequência, fui obrigado a buscar gelo repetidas vezes para evitar que a insulina se deteriorasse, algo absolutamente inaceitável para um hotel desse padrão; - Restaurante do hotel: O restaurante apresenta uma demora excessiva e injustificável para servir refeições simples. Em uma das ocasiões, a espera chegou a 1 hora e 40 minutos por um prato básico do cardápio. Sinceramente, não é um ambiente adequado para famílias com crianças, pois além da demora extrema, não há qualquer preocupação em oferecer um menu infantil. O sabor da comida, por sua vez, fica aquém do esperado, embora os preços estejam alinhados com os praticados na região, o que torna a relação custo-benefício decepcionante; - Serviço de limpeza dos quartos: A equipe de limpeza simplesmente deixou de limpar um dos quartos por dois dias consecutivos, sem qualquer aviso ou justificativa prévia. Ressalto que o outro quarto utilizado por nós foi limpo normalmente todos os dias, o que evidencia falta de padronização e falha grave na gestão do serviço. Ao questionar a situação, fui informado de que se tratava de outra equipe responsável por aquele quarto, explicação que não resolve o problema e tampouco o justifica.

No rotation of the menu in the restaurant. Food was good, but for a week stay we grew tired of the same menu items.
