juuliasimoes (10/5): Had a great stay - I stayed for two nights to attend a concert at a nearby venue, Buckhead Theatre. Since I was in Atlanta for a short time, I did not have a car with me. The location really helped, the hotel is on the same complex as a Publix supermarket, some stores an restaurant, so walking was not a problem. Rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping is every other day but you can request it daily if you want. Service was amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is standard/as expected, could be slightly improved.

Duane (8/5): Very good price, excellent location.Not a bad stay at all.Great staff.By the way even besides Austin - The pillows were crazy comfy!! The shower curtain needed replacing. The toilet paper roll holder was loose/broken. Body wash was missing in the shower. Room was clean and comfortable. Security was present in the use of your key for access to the building, parking garage and elevators. Austin was most helpful to suggest walking the city for food and the venue to our show. Change out the shower curtain and check for loose things like the toilet roll holder

GrandTour08330063151 (6/5): Don't expect room to be cleaned during your stay - Stayed for 3 nights and room was never cleaned. We were told they clean every other night. If you book thru a travel site, be careful about the charges. We booked thru expedia and it says that the pet charge is $50 vs HI&S charges $75. You can also save some on parking if you book it via a parking app. Buckhead place garage parking is right next to the hotel and you can park there.

The breakfast staff was just as friendly and helpful. We had a great one night stay with our two youngin’s. The room was clean and quite. We will definitely stay there again!!!

Room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you need, including an iron and ironing board, coffee machine, microwave and fridge, as well as plenty of storage space for clothes. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and the shower was big, so very comfortable. The room was clean, no complaints from me. The separate living area was a nice surprise as it meant the bed could be kept for only sleeping rather than for everything else. The breakfast was ample, hot eggs, sausage and potato’s, waffles, cereal, yoghurt and choice of fruit and condiments. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, great location. Short cab ride from downtown and midtown, so was easy to visit the aquarium, botanical gardens and museums. All in all, very happy, staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. Would recommend for anyone visiting Atlanta.

S6394SNrebeccak (4/5): Great experience until.., - While visiting and shopping in the area I parked in the Buckhead Plaza parking deck which is a pay by the hour. The deck was clean, ample space for parking and great handicap spaces located next to the elevators. As a wheelchair user this was a plus for me. You scan and pay which was easy and convenient. A problem came up 2 weeks later. A company called PRRS has been trying to get me to pay an extra $97 because I didn’t have a permit. A permit is not needed there because it is pay by the hour. This has been and still is an unnecessary headache. People parking there beware!!
