• Jordan (10/5): Breathtaking, relaxing, and absolutely gorgeous! - Our stay here was absolutely amazing, and we would truly recommend it to any couple, family, or group of friends going to visit Gotemba + Mt. Fuji. The view of Mt. Fuji is absolutely breathtaking, and being able to wake up to that view was such a privilege. The "glamping" experience was so thoroughly & thoughtfully considered, and we loved the nature-filled break from hustle-and-bustle city life. The fact that we could reserve a time in the private onsen, complete with a view of Mt. Fuji at sunrise, was truly a highlight of our entire trip to Japan. We would definitely come back to stay here and would highly recommend it as a truly special experience!

• tomoko (6/5): - 富士山が綺麗に見えて景色最高でした 貸し切り風呂が1組４０分と短いのに 毎回掃除してないからかシャワーのお湯が詰まって流れず床にたっぷりたまるので汚くてゆっくり入れなかった 朝ご飯も自分達で作るのはいいのですがゴミも自分達で捨てに行かないと行けなくてできたら11時チェックアウトにしてもらえるともっとのんびり過ごせていいのにと思いました キャビンの扉を開けると部屋の窓がふさがれて見えなくなるのが残念でした

• Sofiewanty (7/5): A family-friendly stay best enjoyed in warmer weather - The property allows guests to BBQ and cook their own breakfast. Because of the cold weather, it wasn’t ideal for us, although the kids enjoyed it, and it would likely be a great camping experience in summer. They also provide games like frisbees and badminton rackets, and there is a campfire area near the beverage station, but the cold and wet conditions during our stay made it hard to enjoy these activities. It was raining during our visit, so unfortunately we couldn’t see Mt Fuji. Visiting in winter may not be ideal as it was extremely cold. Dinner had to be completed by 8:30pm, and since we are not early dinner eaters, it was a bit challenging to finish in time.

• Marnie (10/5): Magical weekend stay - It was magical. We stayed in a dome tent. It was SO cosy. The best sleep of my life. It was cloudy most of the time but we saw Mount Fuji first thing in the morning with our fresh-ground coffee. Truly magical stay. We stayed 2 nights which was perfect. I'm vegan and my partner has a nut allergy, and they don't cater to either. Bring your own soy/oat milk and tea/coffee. Nearby restaurants have very limited vegan options, but there's a 7/11 with rice triangles and basics. If you're vegan, just pack snacks and oat milk and you'll be golden. It's the kind of place you only stay a couple of days anyway so it's not a problem to just bring your own food. Also, I didn’t love that they charge 4,400 yen to use the BBQ, so we skipped it.

• Lucy (10/5): Book it! You won’t regret it! - We were able to see Mt. Fuji on a clear sunrise in November. It was red due to the autumn colors and was stunning! Our stay was amazing. Service, staff, food, and the entire glamping experience was memorable. We opted in for breakfast and dinner, and found it heavenly. Food is prepped by the staff, delivered to our geodesic dome, and the staff even turned on the bbq. We grilled the meals, dined at our campsite, and texted the staff when we were done so they could pick up the dishes. Really! Beds were a bit firm but not uncomfortable. Bathroom facilities were fine, amenities plentiful. One of our most memorable stops on this trip. Highly recommend.

• Jennie (10/5): Excellent! - This glamping site exceeded all our expectations! It was our first time in Japan and we knew we wanted to get away from the loudness and craziness of the cities, and this was the perfect place to relax. The campsite was quiet, the staff were so attentive and kind, the meals provided were all delicious! Even with our limited Japanese, every employee and staff member made us feel very welcome. We couldn't have asked for more. We got extra lucky and were able to see Mt. Fuji our entire stay. We used our hot tub every night, which helped with sore muscles after 13 days of walking through Japan. I highly recommend adding the meals to your stay, they were absolutely delicious and so much food was provided! We also purchased firewood every night, which staff brings to your room and starts the fire for you. It was a wonderful stay and i couldn't recommend this site more. Nothing, I wish we could've stayed longer!

• Bruno VAN DEN BOSSCHE (9/5): Great hospitality service and fantastic food! - A very special congratulation to the who team working at the property; real hospitality, very friendly and very helpful. Also a special congratulation for the quality of the meals served. We were concerned initially but must say that the food was amazing. Obviously running a hospitality facility means to stay ahead of the wear and tear needs. The outside deck, the outdoor chairs and the jaccuzzi do need to be renovated soon as the wear and tear shows. I suggest that you put it on your to do list.

The breakfast you pay separately, more than you should, it is not satisfying and you make it by yourself (you cook it). Bathtub/jacuzzi was very dirty with leaves and dirt and some rain water(?), we couldn't use it (it is left in "outside space" without any care). Worst part was the loud noise of the tent that you couldn't adjust, and it kept as awake. Everything you see as an amenities you have to clean,fix and prepare yourself, which is not specified upon booking.

• Gek (9/5): A nice glamping experience. - An unique experience for the children in terms of accomodation and facilities. The children enjoyed the jacuzzi and the "firework". Not suitable for people who are not good in bbqing your own food. If you do not drive, your meal option is limited to the on-site restuarant's menu. However, for 1 night stay, we really appreciated the hospitality extended by the staff to make sure our dinner are settled.

Cute glamping tents or containers. Recommend first time to glamp, second trips to take containers. Awesome private onsen (separate charge) For the price, it is a unique experience and of course with Mout Fuji looking down on you from the distance THAT WE DID NOT STAY LONGER! Beautiful cute glamping site. BUT.. The view of Fuji at 2 angles, however, were blocked by trees or a power line within the compound (if not it'd be perfect) A car to drive in is best, as even taking a public bus would be a hassle for those taking the trains in. Projector inside our tent didn't seem useful 90% as we couldn't see much with the odd shape inside the tent at night (maybe they could install a roll down projector screen?) Two of the items, a USB lamp and another dehumidifier light/lamp weren't working but those are small issues. Not a bad thing, but the bathroom/toilet are separated for each glamping tent, again it's unique and fun, just for info only.

We really enjoyed the self-cooking experience and the food quality was exceptional. The rooms were well heated and comfortable. Staff was lovely The location is far from a lot of the good sights. The only thing close by is a shopping outlet. Therefore you need to drive a lot and having a car is a must.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Exceptional - The glamping was very nice, our cabin was spacious and warm. The beds were a bit hard, but comfortable. We actually were surprised how comfortable a glamping can be considering it is basically just camping where you do not have to expect much comfort. We ordered 2 sets of firewood and 4 hot lemonades and our evening was just wonderful. Though in the evening Fuji was hidden by clouds due to the weather, in the morning it improved and the view was spectacular! We had both dinner and breakfast and it was just enough for two hungry people, we were a bit clumsy cooking all that good meat but in the end it was delicious!
