- Jakub (9/5): - A wonderful house with private access to a quiet and beautiful rocky beach. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in peace and comfort, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you're driving, be prepared for a very steep hill.

- Polina (10/5): Exceptional - The owner of the property Daniele was super responsive and attentive. When we arrived there was a slight issue with a shower, he straight away called the plumber. We asked if there is available microwave, he bought a new one and brought it to us together with the new set of wine glasses. We stayed at the villa for almost 3 weeks and Daniele made sure we have everything we need there. The beds are quite old, but I still believe the ratio of the value you get for the money you pay os fair.
- Rupert (8/5): Amazing pace to get away from it all - The location was amazing - right on the beach - the sand started 30 yards from the front gate. The water was warm and the beach was peaceful The noise of the waves was lovely - the peace and quiet was great. Nothing at all around, so if you want to get away from it all - this is the place to go. There wasn't any internet (wifi connected but the router didn't have any connection) - the air-con was only in the back bedroom (but there was a nice sea-breeze) - and there were a lot of mosquitoes around (but that's to be expected if you sit outside all the time near the beach).
- Marcelina (7/5): Very relaxing - The view was fantastic and the terrace was very comfortable, a perfect place to relax. The beach is great and very close to the house, it's also not too busy.
It was very easy to check in.
The apartment manager was very helpful and responded to all our questions immediately. She also arranged to have something fixed in the house almost right away. There could have been more instructions e.g. where to throw away the trash and how to check out (we received the message after we checked out).
The house could be a bit cleaner e.g. we had to throw away the sponge and buy a new one to wash the dishes.
The soap in the bathroom was just a very watered down dishwashing liquid - we had to buy the soap as well.
- Marko (10/5): Exceptional -
- Desy (8/5): A memorable place. - Lovely romantic villa with a view to die for. We really enjoyed our stay and had a lovely time. Unfortunately there was no coffee machine and some of the pans need replacing. Mosquito nets also need fixing.
- Sid2016 (6/5): Wonderful view - Wonderful view. Good place for a small flat. The flat was old. Bathroom wasn't clean and leaky. Bed was ok. Items in the kitchen were old. Everthing was there but not in a nice condition.
- Radek (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, spacious terrace with sea view, private beach with good access to sea (end of october). Room equipment was older but fully functional. There are mosquito nets on windows, however they were broken and damaged, therefore they not works well- this is area for improvement. There was WIFI connection outage last day of our stay.
- Mercedes (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. the bathroom could do with a refurbishment. The place is full of cats begging for food all day. The outside furniture could do with a change. Very small inside, not a lounge to sit in the house
- Anonymous (7/5): Nice but overpriced - The location was amazing with the private beach Everything is old and would need a little bit of freshness
- Alex (9/5): Superb -
- Julia (10/5): Breathtaking view, private terrace absolute luxury location for breakfast, lunch and dinner - amazing view, exactly like the pictures. absolute calm except for the sound of the waves. private terrace was an absolute luxury location for breakfast, lunch and dinner. host very reactive: at a point the kitchen stove ran out of gas, we notified the host and he came to replace the gas bottle in less than 1hour although it was the evening and the eve of a public holiday. the house itself was not luxurious but it was all very clean, we had everything we needed (good stove, kitchenware, washing machine etc) and the beds were comfortable. everything was excellent value for money so nothing that I didn’t like.
just be careful: the way to the house from the main road is extremely steep with several bends, you seriously need a good car to take it.
also, the hot water reservoir is small so you just need to be careful not to take long showers. we were 4 and all took our showers in the evening, we never ran out of hot water because we were careful to be quick.
- Gabriela (9/5): Too short stay... - The view from the terasse is amazing. The terasse and this view is the main reason why I want to visit the place again one day. Breakfast at such place is a delight. The villa is located in a very quiet place (do your shopping before comming as there is nothing in a walking distance). There is enough space in the house for the family of 4 or maybe even 5. The villa has own parking and is located directly by the beach ( like really 1 min walk). It is a pebble beach with just few sand patches, but it is very picturesque and quiet and the see is stunning. The owner is nice and easy to communicate with (whatsapp). 1. Some people may be happy that the house was very well cleaned or even deinfacted before the visit. But I think they use to clean all something like domestos with a very strong smell...too strong for me, so you want to open the windows. At the same time the shower needs better cleaning... Also mosquito nets in the windows do not work properly... so you have a choice - or you open the window and let the bugs in , or you stay with the smell. I think somebody cleaned with the inside of the electric kettle with the same detergent - not possible to drink water from it.
2. Bunk beds as well as the bed in the common room are very rickety and the space between bottom bed and upper one is very low. we were with 8 yer old and 21 year old. for 21 year old the space at the bootm bunk was too low to seat, but he was too heavy for the rickety top.. Those beds need a solid renovation or better replacement.
3. Kitchen could have microwave.
4. Not related to villa, but I have to write it somewhere - Sciacca - it was such a disappointment.. full of trash, disgusting place, if people there do not learn to keep their town more tidy they want see tourists coming back there. Sorry. So don't waste time for going there - stay nearby your beautiful villa. If you are looking for a secluded quiet place it is totally worth visiting.
- Jude (8/5): Difficult arrival but after this, if you like remote and peaceful -this one is for you! - Beautiful setting. Peaceful and relaxing once we got settled in
Lovely outdoor space and very clean.
Amazing sunsets to the sound of the sea whilst sipping a chilled glass of white wine - what's not to love? Very remote location and initially not accessible as electric gates locked and owner not there to meet us as promised.
Difficult to communicate with owner but we did eventually hook up.
Access down a very steep unmade road - not one for the faint hearted!
There was nowhere to eat or get groceries without a 10 to 15 minute drive. Not what we needed after already driving 5 hours to get there.
Fortunately we had a few supplies with us so we were able to get by till the following day.
This is not a huge problem but guests should be advised of all this prior to arrival. This is really a self catering place so some basics like oil vinegar salt pepper etc should be provided?
- Stefania (8/5): Very good - Location is incredible - essentially have a private beach and a designated parking spot. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing get away. Small ant issue in the kitchen area, but that’s kind of inevitable.
