- Dean (7/5): Good - Location was great, clean good bed and shower had good water pressure. I would stay here again The name of the hotel is Raon hotel, not DN Beach hotel. Water half floods the bathroom when showering and the sink doesn't drain well. Small maintenance task
- Hanaa (8/5): Very good - I like the location, it was close to the beach and to a lot of restaurants around and we also had halal options which is great. We booked 2 rooms, one on the 4th leave and the other on the 9th level, I was on the 9th level which was quite and couldn’t hear the street noise, great for me. The beds were huge, could easily fit 3-4 people and comfort. I like how the fridge were working even when the card that activates the electric wasn’t in, so you could store and enjoy a cold drink anytime. I wish they provided breakfast. The hall way on the higher floors were hotter, and the sensor lights disconnects very quickly but it’s not too big of a deal. I wish the elevator had a fan to reduce the heat when needed

- Natasha (6/5): Great location - It’s right next to the beach so the location is great and there are lots of shops and restaurants around. Our bed was fairly comfortable and there’s a swimming pool which is a nice addition. When I initially booked it I wasn’t aware there was no window. We had someone smoke outside of our room in the hallway so when we got back to our room it smelt very strongly and there wasn’t an easy way to air it out.it was a bit confusing since there were signs everywhere saying no smoking but there was a completely full ashtray on top of the bin next to the lift. We also got back from being out all day and our room had been cleaned but there was an extremely strong smell of durian. The staff were pretty confused as to why it smelt like that but gave us some air freshener which helped.

As a woman traveling alone, I found this very disconcerting.

Bed was brick hard and AC very weak. Kitchen was not clean and nobody cleans. Cleaners only sweep floor and take out trash. They do not change bed sheets, clean bathroom, and clean kitchen.

Facilities old and not maintained compared to photos on booking site. Poor housekeeping service in room. Public areas not clean. Unexpected construction next to hotel during stay. Remember to leave your key at reception if you want your room cleaned! Door to room difficult to lock.

- Ha (9/5): Superb - The location is near the beach (you just need to walk for 10 mins). The staff are friendly and willing to give some extra help, for example, helping me with tying my luggage to the bike when I decided to ride one to Hoi An. The room is spacious. The room is not quite soundproof and the TV is not a smart one. Anyway, it’s still good value for the price, thanks to the huge size and cleanliness.

The hotel staff were prompt and very helpful. Though it was a great room, the view was not so great. Need some maintenance as some electrical sockets were not functional. Inclusion of breakfast would have been ideal.

- Vane (8/5): a fun and memorable dinner party for me and my friends, just swapping places to sleep and having a s - The location near beach, just around 5min to walk. You have everything you need near there, 24 mini mart, beautiful cafe shop, restaurent , local food. Studio room have the amazing windows view to checking. The bed is a bit hard, and you should double check the room rate because there will be a difference between the price displayed on the app and the price the hotel sends you. It was explained to me that it included 10% untaxed fees. Because I only book for 1 night, the tax difference is not much, but if you book for a long time, you should check this issue carefully to avoid conflicts about money.

The walls in certain areas clearly had water/damp damage. There was a damp smell in the room when I entered!

- Amelia (7/5): Good - The view at night with gigantic window is unbeatable! It makes you feel like you live in a penthouse when the lights are off. Staff are the best, super communicative friendly and speaking fluent English. I also loved how spacious it was, bed comfortable and huge, big bathroom. There's a lot of things good with these apartments No Aircon is painful when the flat has big windows and is on one of top floors. The heat is unbearable and the fan is not enough. Aircon theoretically is there but it is old and doesn't do the job, it is blowing warm air. Furniture are old, warn and kind of falling apart. It is such a shame because the receptionists are lovely and the flat has huge potential
