• James (10/5): Nice modern hotel - Very nicely finished new hotel connected to the airport terminal. The room rate was surprisingly low for such a convenient location and parking is free. However, the restaurant is very expensive.
• Cynthia (10/5): - This is the perfect hotel for an overnight stay before an early flight out or a late flight in from the Toulouse airport. It is connected to the airport so you don’t even have to go outside to get to the lobby check in. Coming in we landed at 11 pm -too late to drive on France’s curvy roads so we booked NH then got up the next morning to safely drive to our daughter’s house. We did the same flying out since our flight was early morning. The hotel is clean, quiet and well equipped. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating.
• LOIS (4/5): - Convenient for airport but on our arrival the elevators were not working so we had to change rooms to a lower floor, but still had to carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs. Mini fridge in room was extremely noisy at times and there was no shower gel in the dispenser.

• A (6/5): OK hotel, but poo breakfast - It's an OK hotel, though nothing special, let down by a poor breakfast. Bacon was barely cooked, choice of other food was limited - not what I would expect from a hotel that sets itself up as a close-to-luxury offering. It's certainly the most convenient for the airport - effectively part of the same building - but that's the only reason I'll stay again. In future, I'll save the breakfast cost and eat in the airport.

We would only say that it would be good to have smart TVs in the rooms (or our TV’s smart function didn’t work) and a coffee machine rather than old fashioned sachets. Other than that no issues at all and we will be back for sure!

Room is quiet, had a good night’s rest. Restaurant was OK, but certainly not the greatest. Needs a cleaning and the steaks we had we as tough as they come. It wasn’t overcooked, just a poor cut of meat.
• richard (8/5): - We had a mixed bag. Check-in was early and wonderful. But we were never offered the VIP dining credit. This cost us about $30. Dinner was poor. Very poor wine service (never experienced this before in thousands of meals). The appetizer came without the main ingredient! And the fish dish was terrible (my steak tartare was good). Too few very nice staff trying to do too much. Unfortunately the restaurant has a captive audience.

A few picky things - the food is okay - not as good as most of the French food I had during my stay in the region, but for an airport hotel that is catering to all sorts of people, it’s fine. Really, my biggest complaint would be the bed was very hard (again, a personal preference thing), but the pillows were the worst. These little flat things that really made sleep difficult. But it seemed all the places I stayed had awful pillows, so maybe it’s a France thing! But for convenience, friendly and efficient staff, and cleanliness, the important things, it was great!

Even when you finally find it, there is no indication that you should make an immediate right turn up an almost invisible ramp that quickly veers left and reveals the main entrance. Once inside, it’s very nice. Good staff, good dining room, and comfy bed. Great for early morning flights. Not so great for night arrivals. Friends stayed there after a nighttime arrival around 10PM and couldn’t get anything at all to eat. They liked their room.

• Justin (8/5): Quick stay at the airport - The hotel didn’t get the check in information. Caused an issue upon checking in and unnecessary delays - my guess that this was on Hotel.com port. I don’t think the booking was communicated to the hotel from hotels.com. We missed the first part of a wedding we were attending. Everything else was great. We stayed there for a 7:00am flight and literally the hotel is in the airport. Super efficient. Staff was very helpful.

Room is spacious, very clean, beds are comfortable and walk in shower. So overall all is good at this hotel. Hope they can get more shops near by this hotel other than this it's good service and good staff

• Francis (10/5): - Very clean and quiet hotel with excellent hotel staff. 5 stars across the board, except for the restaurant that was a little under staffed in the evening. Overall I strongly recommend.
• Eric (10/5): AMAZING from desk staff - just needed a room to sleep before an early flight. Agents at both check in and check out were super nice and friendly. They directed us as to where to go get gaz, airport car rental office, food, etc We would ge back just because of how welcoming we felt.
• Matthew (10/5): - It’s awesome that the most convenient airport lodging option is so fairly priced, rooms in great shape, with a friendly staff and excellent bar/restaurant.
