- Patrick (9/5): Sehr gutes Apartment in dem man Sachen die einen stören suchen muss. - Insgesamt ein Top Apartment. Einfacher Check-In. Sehr netter Host der sich regelmäßig nach Wünschen erkundigt hat und den man auch immer mal wieder verschiedene Dinge Fragen konnte. Lage ist Super: Kleiner Supermarkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, viele kleine Pizzerien und Bistros in der Nähe. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür und direkter Umgebung. Es kann Nachts zwar lauter werden weil viel befahrene Straße aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert und die Klimaanlage kann sehr leise eingestellt werden sodass man gut schlafen kann. Ausstattung: Alles was das Herz begehrt. Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Besteck. Sehr schnelles WLAN mit gutem Empfang (>300 Mbit/s). Aufzug im Treppenhaus vorhanden. Ausreichend Steckdosen vorhanden. Für mich persönlich war das Bett etwas zu weich. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau!

- Daria (4/5): Okay stay, but not ideal if you plan to cook - Air con was good and shower pressure was good as well. Host was responsive. It’s about a 40-minute walk to town, with quite a few hills, so we ended up driving most of the time. There are buses, but they don’t run very often. If you’re planning to cook, this property might not be the best fit. The kitchen had very limited utensils, no sharp knives, no kettle, and the pots got very hot to handle. I burned my hands a few times as the whole lot got hot. There were no bowls or spoons, and the sponge provided was used. The kitchen overall felt quite worn and in need of some updates. The pillowcase was ripped, and mattress was too soft (too used up). There were no bin bags, so we had to throw all trash into one large plastic box, which wasn’t pleasant. The location was also quite noisy, with a lot of outside sounds coming through . Every time someone walked into the hallway and turned on the lights, it lit up our room and woke us up.

C'era la lavatrice, macchina del caffè forno a microonde. Bel soggiorno. Nel fare il confronto con altre strutture mi è dispiaciuto non avere piccole attenzioni che dovrebbero essere un gesto di gentilezza nei confronti degli ospiti che arrivano in aereo: una bottiglia d'acqua o un bagno schiuma (c'erano soltanto un paio di bustine e abbiamo dovuto acquistare tutto il necessario x l'igiene). Ho chiesto uno straccio x la cucina che è arrivato subito ma non doveva essere chiesto, essendoci l'angolo cottura . Piccole cortesie che fanno la differenza e che non fanno cambiare la mia recensione positiva sulla struttura, ma vogliono essere un suggerimento x migliorarsi.

- Robin (9/5): A great value in busy Cagliari - This guest house is located in a busy part of Cagliari, but our room felt quiet and easygoing. It was super clean, easy to get in and out of, and there was a decent amount of free parking within a couple of blocks. The small terrace and efficiency kitchen were nice to have. Riccardo is an excellent host; very responsive, and with plenty of suggestions for parking, restaurants, beaches, etc. Our neighbors were loudly singing karaoke when we arrived, and when we asked Riccardo about it, he was able to get them to quiet down right away so we could rest. The additional 5 Euros or so per person for the breakfast package was well worth it! Sette Colli had a good selection of food and drink that was nicely prepared and delivered to the room each morning at the time we requested. Overall, a very nice stay, and I would recommend Sette Colli if you don't mind walking around Cagliari. The beds were very hard, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep; adding some optional mattress covers would help. The location is about 30 minutes' walk, a good portion of that uphill, from the Castello and Marina districts, which is where most of the action and good restaurants are located. This perhaps makes for a more quiet stay, relatively speaking. The two small packets of shower gel were not really enough for a three nights' stay for two people.

He recommended a car rental place, and when something went wrong, he did everything he could to help. We also asked him if he knew a place where we could adjust the pressure in our car's tyres, and he provided detailed instructions on how to reach the place. Additionally, he allowed us to store our luggage at no cost after our stay. Purely exceptional hospitality! The door to the bathroom didn’t close properly

We were provided with very detailed information about local food, landmarks and public transport. The facility is located close to the bus stops, so there was no issue getting to the city and to the beach. We will definitely come back, as everything was great!

- John (5/5): It was a very affordable place to stay, but just beware that in no way is this a motel or hotel. - The location gave us access to some residential neighborhood restaurants which was a change after touring through mostly touristy towns in Sardinia. It is definitely not a hotel or motel. You are renting a bedroom in an apartment in a residential building in a residential area.

Aircon works well. Not many utensils for cooking. There’s a safe and a super shower. It’s on the 6th floor but lift works well. It’s not easy to park but with patience you get a space. Not the best view but you can see the castle! About 30 minutes walk to central town. Car parking can be a pain.

Good take away pizza. The air conditioner had a hard time cooling the room and blowing on the bed. A bit more expensive than necessary. I was on two weeks round trip in Italy and for the same price I was staying in better places in Venice, Florence, Rome, Olbia, Sorrento (near the same price).
