- N608ZWtw (4/5): Second Visit not so satisfying - Sharing feedback regarding my recent stays at the Hyatt in Wesley Chapel. During my first visit, I had an satisfying experience with Faye. She went above and beyond to assist me after I was misinformed regarding deposit fees and ensured I was placed in a clean, comfortable room. Unfortunately, my second visit was disappointing due to the service provided by Kinesha. She appeared annoyed and uninterested in assisting me. I was initially checked into a room on the second floor that was dirty and run-down. When I requested a room change, Kinesha seemed further frustrated and moved me to another room that was not properly cleaned and was specifically designated for hearing-impaired guests. Additionally, while the night manager clarified a misunderstanding regarding the late checkout policy, he also seemed disengaged. While I intend to continue staying at Hyatt hotels to build my loyalty points, I plan to avoid the Wesley Chapel location for future night check-ins based on this experience. I hope this feedback is helpful for your team.

At Booking.com, they said I will receive the final receipt (that includes any room service) from the hotel. There's a disconnect between the two.

Check-in was a little bit after the 4pm time unfortunately because it was a very busy weekend for the hotel, but we were met with a room upgrade and amazingly friendly staff! We were thankful for the extra space, fridge, and microwave since a room with two queen beds was not available for our group. The room was wonderful, spacious, and clean. The sofa beds, are not so comfortable for an adult, which is unfortunately to be expected, but the actual beds were incredibly cozy. We ordered both room services and enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Food was delicious and we loved the variety! We only stayed for two nights, and would have loved for house keeping to have refreshed our room on the second day, but that was my one and only qualm. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend!

- Jennifer (1/5): Not worth the amount I paid. Will never stay at a Hyatt again. - The room was clean Customer service was awful. I stood at the front desk for 15 mins waiting for someone to come. I asked the kitchen staff if they knew where the front desk personel were and they just said, nope and walked away. Finally, a maid came down the hall and I ran and asked her if she could help me. I needed an additional towel as there weren't enough provided in the room. Waiting for front desk staff was a daily occurance. The downstairs bathrooms were often out of toilet paper and not clean. Breakfast ended at 10 am but by 9, it was ravaged and they didn't put out refills; once it was eaten, that was it. They didn't even have hot coffee by 9am.

- teris589 (8/5): Nice clean comfortable stay - The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. We felt that the experience and accommodations was equal to the competitive pricing in the area. The room could use a little bit of an update but overall not too bad. There are no USB or USB C charge plugs in the room so be sure to bring a standard plug adapter. One word of caution is that if you do have any free nights days you absolutely must apply them during the time you book as the hotel cannot process your free night stays at the hotel. They did mention that in a couple of months their computer systems were changing and it would probably allow them to have applied my free night

When I unfolded the sofa bed, I discovered a patch of mold—about the size of my palm—underneath the mattress. However, the soft water was absolutely wonderful.

After a previous bad hotel experience that left my husband and I very disappointed, we were honestly a bit nervous about trying another place. From the moment we walked into the lobby at Hyatt Place Tampa Wesley Chapel, everything felt different. The hotel smelled amazing, and the young lady at the front desk was extremely professional and friendly, which immediately made us feel welcome. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary water and a chocolate bar, which was such a thoughtful touch. Another great bonus was the complimentary EV charging, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, we were truly impressed and left in awe of the experience. This stay restored our expectations for what a hotel visit should feel like. We definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again!

There are facilities for meetings if you need for a work related matter. Morning breakfast is typical Hyatt fare. Our shower was in a tub and we found the surface slippery which could be a concern.

I was pleasantly surprised at the good condition of this hotel and the convenient access to restaurants and other amenities.

- Kelpotr (6/5): Great location, but some issues with maintenance and cleaning. - Welcoming staff and great location, but rooms in need of repair, and housekeeping services in need of improvement. Have visited this hotel for business off and on for three years. The staff is very warm and welcoming and the lobby, pool area, bar, and workout areas are great. The rooms se to have been steadily going downhill. I have had to change rooms a couple of times due to poor cleaning. This time, I arrived late, and had already unpacked when I noticed several issues. As I continued my stay, I found more and more problems with the room. Electrical issues, lighting issues, cleanjng issues, damaged vanity and furniture. I did not have time to request to switch rooms or address while there due to busy work schedule, but notified Hyatt after my stay. The cleaning staff, though requested, did not visit my room on day 1, and after reminded only dropped of towels and changed trash—no replenishment of water, coffee, bed making, etc. I love the people at this hotel and location ,but definitely a good idea to arrive earlier, and inspect room and report problems/ change rooms, before unpacking.

Every staff member I came across was nice and helpful Coming off the elevator to the 5th floor it stunk of trash or something of the sort and I was there for 3 days and it smelled the same each day. maybe its the plumbing for the ice maker either way I hated the smell. The sheets were VERY worn and need to be replaced ASAP. housekeeping need to wipe tabletops off cause each table/counter top had a cup stain on it and the bath drain was cracked need to be fixed.

On our first night, when my daughter got into her bed, we discovered the sheets were filled with someone else’s hair. It was very clear the bedding had not been changed from the previous guests. When I called the front desk to report it and requested new sheets, nothing was said — not even an apology. Someone simply came to the door and dropped off a set of sheets. No follow-up, no concern, and no effort to make the situation right. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I will not be recommending this location to anyone.
