- Agrawal (9/5): Hassle free experience - Everyone over there was professional....the Jacob guy was quite nice and was very enthusiastic to click photos of everyone from their own Phone only so that we have a good memory of the place... staff members helped us with whatever help we wanted and also gave the vibe that they are ready to help anytime, location was a bit inside but still the view from the balcony was also great so no complain...on the way how they behaved with us, I have trusted jacob with my double payment of Rs500 which I believe if he receives that then he will refund it back to me I didn't have any problems or any issues, other than that if you are very rich you can take a very big hotel also... otherwise this was also fine

Owner provided us with bigger room with extra bed for 1 additional guest at reasonable cost. Value for money at 1500 per day for 2 people. There were voltage fluctuations and loose electrical sockets which could have been repaired. Geyser took too long to heat 5 ltrs of water.

He gave a good picture of the weather and places to see. There was a good service of morning milk and coffee. The images of the property on the website were very deceiving. It was not like the pictures shown at all. The corridors and rooms had a funny smell. The room was small and not kept well. The sheets and curtains were not very clean. The water was not draining in the bathroom. The wash basin tap was not fixed. The furniture was broken and about to detach from its place. No heater was provided even though the temperatures were low. The name says "Huts" but it was nowhere like one. It's a building with rooms, that's all. The location is very difficult to find. The approach road was narrow with no sign boards to navigate. The road is extremely narrow - just 1 vehicle at a time. It was pitch dark in the night.

- Shubhar (9/5): Superb - The host was polite and welcomed with a smiley face. Al the facilities were good and the complementary breakfast was tasty. I felt the price is bit High. Especially when we booked through booking.com. it includes extra taxes but the actual price or stay is less. Since the breakfast was tasty,we asked for dinner to be prepared for us. Though the dinner was very tasty, we felt the cost is too High.
