• Roopa (2/5): Not upto my expectations. - I did not like any thing about the property 1. The vehicle does'nt go in front of the hotel as the road is narrow. You have to get down on the next road and go to hotel by walk. However the hotel sent a boy to help us with our luggage. 2. The rooms was very small than i expected and was no proper space to open your luggage. 3. The walls of the rooms were having fungus and the same was covered with wall papers. However in some patches the wall paper had peeled off and we could see the mould. 4. The bedding was dirty and i asked the room boy to change the bedsheets and the boy told that it was changed and only the owner was sleeping there and nothing else to worry. I felt disgusted. 5. The most disappointing thing was the dirty bathroom and the toilets. 6. We just kept the luggage and searched for rooms and luckily got it at one hotel called White Petals which was located in the next road. and i stayed in White petals for 3 days of my Kashi trip.
• Jai (9/5): - Had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, service, and convenience
• Aditya (6/5): - Staff was polite but the management was poor The room lacked ventillation,also it had no kitchen,i heard from local people that they charge comission on delivery from the restaurants,also washroom was too much smelly.

• TP (9/5): Excellent place for short stay very very close to Assi Ghat - Room was well maintained. Very close by walking to the place Assi ghat where we wanted to go for early morning Ganga Aarti. There person Ram babu was excellent and very helpful.

• David (10/5): I liked and trust the people working there. Which meant a lot of us. - The management of as excellent. The queen bed was actually 2 small beds connected. With a gap down the middle. Not the best for a romantic holiday

• Cj (10/5): Definitely coming back to this property - The property is located just on the ghats. It’s at a walkable distance from assi ghat and jain ghat and shivala ghat. The manager of the hotel Mr Ram Babu is an amazing man. He took special care of any needs necessary and even supported me when an auto guy tried to loot me. And he fought on my behalf. This was my second stay at this property. Loved it.

• Vikash (2/5): Highly unsatisfied. - Water :| Bed were not comfortable, with very sharp edges. Got hurt while moving out of bed. Bed head was full of dirt. No windows, no proper doormat for bathroom. No tooth or bath kit given. Smaller room than average. No geyser. Property under construction, I woke up with loud hammering from the next floor.

• Prathyush (8/5): A good hotel incase one is looking to stay near Assi Ghat only. It’s quite far from major attractions of Varanasi. You w - Staff behaviour and courtesy location is in a bylane and was a bit difficult to locate

• Amarish (6/5): good location but some issues - Hotel location is good, once you are out you can easily get rickshaws to to Vishwanath Temple or any other place. Staff is helpful in providing the information. There was foul smell in the rooms, staff provided me another room but that was also having same issue. There might be some drainage line issue. This might be temporary issue as other reviews dont mention this. Hot water was unavailable, it was provided in bucket when I asked for it.

• Srinivas (9/5): Superb - The hotel is very good and the staff are vell co-operative. Reasonable room rent, Food is in high quality and fresh. They are provide nessary arrangements for local tours, but only thing is the hotel is not having lift, and poor ventilation in rooms, besides this I recommended to stay in this hotel, we are staying 5 days in this hotel.

• Bhide (1/5): absolutely disappointed with the stay and overall experience in this hotel - the location of the property is closer from the ghats. food was good. area around the property is filthy and disgusting. hygiene has compromised to such an extent that it is difficult to even step out for a walk. the images of the rooms shared on the website were hardly matching to the actual scene.

• Nicholas (3/5): Not what we expected... - Great location.The staff were helpful by booking us a tuk tuk tour and arranging a boat. Very nice people. Good hot water. The room was dirty. The floor felt like it needed a good mop, and the walls needed a good scrub. The decorative little rugs were disgustingly dirty, we did not want to touch them with bare feet. It was damp in the room and it had a funny smell of dirty pipes and cleaning solution. There is only one tiny window that opens up to a draft corador.

• P (10/5): Exceptional - This is a nice place to stay with family and friends. We stayed there for 4 days. Everything is near to hotel. Assi Ghat is just 10 minutes walking. Staff behaviour is very good. Aravindji is very helpful person.
• Santosh (10/5): Stay in Varanasi Near Ghat and Temple - Room was very clean and location is near to assi ghat and Kashi Vishwanath temperature. Booking was handled by Rambabu in excellent way, arranged pick up from airport. Special thanks to Krishna, he made us feel like family 🙏 Recommended.

Good location and relooks but stuff I liked the most. I booked boat trip and excursion from the hotel and enjoyed my staying in Varanasi No window in my room

We requested it be cleaned and when we went to bed much later we found previous occupants train tickets between the sheets. Obviously linens had not been changed. Dirty and extremely overpriced!

• Amit (9/5): A very friendly hotel. - The manager Ram Babu Ji was an exceptional person. I have been travelling for over the decade and rarely you come across a more helpful person. He personally accompanied us to Assi Ghat, a local tailor shop for some personal stuff on his bike, arranged taxi almost instantly, and finally accompanied is to Sari factory, where one could buy sumptuous collection of Saris. You feel like you have a guardian host in the city. Thank you Ram Ji. The other staff people were also courteous. Room was relatively small as according to my expectation, but that’s ok, since we came into the peak tourist reason and it was difficult to find a room.
