dswn (6/5): - The lady herself was lovely bit the room was dirty mould on window frame dirty toilet mould in shower we paid for bed and breakfast but the lady never mentioned everything about breakfast at all no times where the dining room was nothing

Parking was not too good also got no reply from email about that as we are registered disabled.. the room was very small the bed was so hard we hardly slept which was no good as the whole purpose was to get rest for the next day to meet up with family but we both were ao tired it spoilt our day out with out family then had to drive tired & sore back to Lofthouse which was not easy due to lack of sleep also sore limbs due to hard bed.the staff were great the breakfast too the position of the place is great but the parking is an issucc
