- Līga (10/5): Perfect place for a stay near Times Square and wonderful host! - Location is great, the place was clean, equipped withe everything that was necesarry for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent!

Little kitchen, great for making breakfast and snacks and even a meal. Has all you need. We were out all day, just came back for shower and sleep. Host replies to messages promptly. Wifi didnt work.
- Sooraj (4/5): - The only good thing about the place was the location. Go with zero expectations and you won't be disappointed. They are also very prompt with replying to your messages and queries,l you have. 1. Hot water comes in the morning only, and then they switch off the hot water supply at 9.30AM, probably to force you to checkout early in the morning. This was by far the worst experience we had in our trip, and we had to make do with ice cold water in the evening and late morning. 2. Check in time is 4PM and checkout is 10AM. Properties normally keep similar timing so they get enough time to get the place cleaned. But here, you have to clean things before leaving, you have to clear trash and do things before leaving. If we need to do it all, what for do they need so much of buffer time? Feels like they make us do things to make life easy for them, and in return they make our lives difficult 3. The door key does not work smoothly, and you need to try 10 times for it to open once 4. The drainage in the wash basin in bathroom does not work, and you need to take it out to make water flow 5. The AC keeps the room very cold irrespective of the temperature you set, and then there is something that looks like a heater, but not sure as it never worked

This accommodation is more like a hostel than an apartment. Room was very basic. Room lamp didn't work. No table or electrical plugs close to the beds. Toilet was noisy and running. A/C is a window unit and very noisy.

- George (6/5): It was like camping in an old RV. - The location was convenient to our planned area to visit We reserved the property for 5 days and we were only provided 2 very worn out towels. They were so worthless we had to purchase towels from Macy’s. The bedding is also very worn. One of the electrical outlets does not work. There was no place to hang clothes and the hallway always smelt like fish had been cooked in a microwave. We were actually very disappointed in this property.

I asked for toilet paper through hotels messaging and it didn’t come until I realized there was a reception room, nobody was ever there, but I was able to call and get a cleaning person to deliver supplies. Shower has great water pressure, but takes forever for the hot water to come.

- nanci (8/5): - This property is really closed to alot of the attraction by walking it took me 5 minutes to get to times square. For the museum it is far. But i love to walk. the central park was 3 miles about 20 min walking, the studio was nice and cozy, the only thing i didn't like was that it will not be like a hotel, you have to ask for clean towels upon request for $50 more if you want to check in earlier or stay later on check out also $50 , for them to clean the room they also charge.but if you keep everything nice you don't really need it.

- MARIA MERCEDES QUIROS (10/5): - Excellent location, with subway stations nearby and walkable distance to Empire State, Flatiron, Macy’s and other landmarks. Building is a bit dated, but the unit was super clean and beds were comfortable. A bit noisy at night, but is the price to pay for location. Yulia, the manager, was very helpful and sent follow up emails before and during our trip, so check-in and check-out were easy.

- laurie (4/5): - The property is in a great location. It’s walkable to Macy’s, Herald Square, and Empire State Building. It is an older building that they remolded. Due to the fact that the rooms have several beds, they are good for families. They also have a kitchenette. My main issue is that it is extremely noisy! I stayed 2 nights and slept poorly. You can hear a great deal. The people above me had a child running around. I could not wait to come home and rest. It reminds me of a college dorm or boarding house. I will not stay again.

- Julie (8/5): Great location - This is our second stay and we love the location. We like having a separate bed for our kids instead of shared spaces in a hotel room. The bathroom is small but functional. The only issue we had was noise from above.

All you heard was the people walking above you which cannot be helped. The price was great and they even store your luggage for only $5 a bag. There are extra bathrooms and showers in the hallway if you are a family of 4 and should need that, or just need an extra bathroom. The neighborhood was excellent with a quick walk to Penn Station, Macy's, Empire State Building, subway and not far from Times Square. It is also close to an excellent 24 hour pizza place and 7-11, all safe. The communication from our host was excellent. Do not hesitate to stay here and we cannot wait to come back! You cannot do better on price, location, safety and cleanliness.
- TIMOTHY (10/5): - Yulia was great and stayed in communication regarding all aspects of the stay. The property was charming and there was enough sleeping accommodations for 5 people comfortably. The location was safe and security was on-site and aware every time we passed through. We checked in after midnight and had 0 issues and checked out similarly without. The location was midtown and made access to tour easy. There were also no homeless lingering around the property which we did see throughout many areas along our travel which was also reassuring. Many local places to eat and shop close by.

It is good if you plan to explore New York all through the day and only come to the Studio to sleep.. The room manager was helpful and courteous. Bed is comfortable. I would definitely stay here again 1. Can provide room cleaning daily 2. Can provide the room with drinking water daily 3. Can provide fresh towels daily
