- Agata (8/5): Good - Very good communication with the host. Place was clean, convenient and had everything we needed for our short stay. Must be one of the few buildings without solar panels to heat water. Even though it was sunny and hot, there was no hot water unless ypu switched the heater on. Something to keep in mind if you want hot water.

- Andreea (9/5): great - we received a long message a week before arriving regarding the building and apartment, then 8 pages of instructions on how to checkin … fool proof. there is a parking underneath the building. the apartment is nicely furnished with old but working appliances.

- Christina (8/5): Very comfortable stay. Very satisfied! - Excellent location for work purposes. Very clean, newly refurbished and very well organised apartment! Host always replies promptly! Front door should be better and more sound & light-proof.
- Anna (5/5): Passable - It was well cleaned and bed was comfortable. The night we spend at the appartment it was the coldest night of winter. Unfortunately the appartment was really cold. The living room air condition had no warm air and the one in the bedroom although had warm air was not sufficient to cover the cold. The tv was only showing one channel -not sure if we did something wrong. Also the wardrop door was not attached properly and fell off when we opened it to find additional blanket.

- Daniel (10/5): Very comfortable sleep - VERY comfortable bed, A/C in the living room and bedroom. Nice design, big windows, balconies, stuff for cooking in the kitchen. We didn't manage to turn on heating on the A/C in the living room, but in the bedroom it worked flawlessly. Kettle wasn't working, but we managed the old way with a stove.

- Giannis (8/5): CONVENIENT ACCOMODATION NEAR THE UNIVERSITY OF NICOSSIA - Big and fully equiped apartment near the University of Niccosia. The host was very kind and helpfull. The neibourhood was very quit, also there was provided free parking in the complex. The only disadvantage was the quite old facilities inside the building.

It was extremely well situated for me and not far to walk to shops / restaurants etc. The host was very welcoming and able to answer any questions, the apartment was clean an comfortable, and the wi-fi connection very good.
