- MASAKO (8/5): - バスも電車も近いので便利です！最近の京都のホテルの価格が3倍くらいになってますが、こちらのホテルはコスパ的には高いです！やはり部屋には、お水とセキュリティボックスは必要です！お風呂があるのは嬉しいですが湯船のお湯の熱さは何とかしてほしいの、お風呂の中が暗すぎて汚れを隠してるようで湯船にアカが浮いてるし洗面所の周りは髪の毛が落ちてました、もっと綺麗にして下さい！
- Laura (10/5): - A must stay! I started each day with a good breakfast and ended with a heavenly soak in the ladies bath (tattoos are prohibited). They provided new towels and bed clothes daily, and amenities are available at the front desk whenever you need. There's a bus stop just across the street, and Nishiki Market and other shopping spots are close by if you'd rather walk. I hope to be back again some day.

- Wei Ming (8/5): - Loved location. Surrounded by all local buses and located at the base of the major shopping street - Shijo Dori. Can walk up it or take the bus. Also lots of good places to eat around the neighborhood. This is my third stay here.

- Jan (10/5): - Geweldig verblijf. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In de lobby kun je koffie, thee en water krijgen. Van 17:00 - 19:00 uur is er een soort happy hour. De kamer is zeer schoon en stil. De buurt is rustig. Een minpuntje is de muziek in de lobby, dat mag wel wat zachter .

- Hiromichi (4/5): - エレベーター内が汚れており匂いもあり1Fボタンの周辺は手垢が目立ちます。掃除が行き届いておりません。また、部屋にはバスタブが無くシャワーだけですが、トイレのレイアウトや壁掛けTV位置など?がつく部屋で落ち着きません。大浴場の温度は低くお湯の循環がされていないと感じました。

I put my food inside as it was necessary and it came out smelling like rotten food / the smelly type of beer. Some other reviews mentioned the fridge issue, so perhaps we just were unlucky.

Two minutes walk from several local bus stops taking you to all the temples and shrines and even to Kyoto station bypassing the need to take the busy subways. Fifteen minutes walk to the centre of Kyoto’s main shopping district. As a sole traveller I was given a spacious room with two beds. The only complaint was the mattresses were very hard.
