- Andrew (9/5): Solo Spa Stay - Beautiful view! I stayed in one of the balcony hot spring rooms. The mountains and the river were right there and the hot spring bath was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating despite my very limited Mandarin. Breakfast was generous and delicious! While there non-smoking signs in all the rooms, it was apparent that someone at some point had smoked in my room. It is difficult to remove that smell, but it didn't bother me too much. Others might be more sensitive to it.

- Mathis (10/5): Amazing hotel & baths - Very friendly lady working at the front desk. She also came to bring us two steamed buns in the evening for supper. Room is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a comfortable toilet with bidet and seat heating. Two free soft drinks in the fridge were included. The hot tub with hot spring water on the balcony was exceptional, with great views, comfortable, and private. Breakfast buffet was great, a bit of a mix of western and local food. Plenty of room for parking, both in front or in the adjacent street.
- Jake (9/5): Fantastic Stay and Kind Staff - This hotel is great! Super spacious rooms, really comfy beds and our room had a great spa on our balcony. The staff are super friendly and helpful! Fully recommend! The only challenge I'd say is the location and lack of restaurants near the hotel. If we didn't rent a car I think we would have had a real challenge in regard to access and finding food. This is only minor and probably the reason it gets a 9 not a 10. If it had a cafe or restaurant it be a 10 for me.
- Harriet (10/5): Chill and heart warming experience - Staff were extremely nice and helpful! The vibe of the hotel is very chill. There are some heart warming messages everywhere. The hot spring at the balcony was big that there was enough for two people to enjoy together, listening to the river sound. They also provided fresh milk from Taitung and homemade soy milk for breakfast. Amazing experience and will definitely come back if I visit Taitung again. ;) It's a bit of a pity that they don't provide dinner options, we need to dine somewhere else.
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional - Such a gem. The staff are so sweet and there are so many charming little touches. It was lovely to have our own private hot spring bath outdoors with a view. Breakfast was also wonderful, healthy, plentiful, and with very nice coffee. The forest park nearby was also delightful. We can't wait to go back.

You need your own transport to get to restaurants, shops etc. The rooms are spatious, comfortable, clean and quiet. We had a hot tub on the balcony, which was great. The wifi is fast. The breakfast is OK, but not exceptional. Nothing, everything was good.

- Lenka (10/5): Perfect thermal bathing hotel - The staff was very kind. We were informed at check in that there will be an evening snack consisting of a steamed bun delivered to our room door (there was an option for a vegetarian one too), also ladies are given a face mask. The breakfast as well as the snack were amazingly good! The room was spacious and clean. The bath on the balcony was great, we mixed it with cold water to get 38-42°C, there was a thermometer by the bath - the thermal water alone was over 50°C. The view from the balcony bath (at least in our room) was more obstructed by an addition to the balcony railing - which someone may however enjoy for more privacy. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it was a wonderful stay and I couldn't have wished for a better one. The view from the balcony was very nice and there was also a smaller foot bath with seats right outside the entrance to the hotel.

The hot spring on the balcony was really nice. I guess you can only reach it by car (which we had), but it was still a minus that there were no restaurants for dinner within walking distance. Since our driver already drank a beer, it was not possible to get food in the evening (besides the evening desert) because the next restaurant was more than 2 km away.

- Ziva (10/5): 知本的優閒住所 - 搭公車可以在清覺寺站下站，房間大又舒適，1F用餐區看到有預備兒童餐椅，浴缸旁有附溫度計要泡溫泉可以斟酌溫度，感覺很適合帶小孩住此民宿。消夜21:00供肉包、早餐品項挺豐富。若徒步到下方的7-11或全家便利商店大約花16 min，慢慢走也還好不累。有看到傳說中的店狗店貓，但是都在戶外，一溜煙就不見囉。
