• Jose (5/5): nous sommes déçu de ce choix - nous sommes partis sans prendre le petit déjeuner car servi trop tard et pas avant 9h la chambre mal insonorisé trop de bruit des clients qui rentrent vers 23h et ce jusqu'à 1H30 du matin avec le bruit des escaliers qui grince et les portes qui claques et les gens qui discute .tres mauvaise nuit. nous sommes déçu malgré la gentillesse de l hôte évitez la chambre au RDC

Volveremos!! No podria decir nada especial que no nos gustase, todo estaba perfectamente cuidado.

• Elena (10/5): Perfecto, localizacion muy conveniente para tomar el Ferry Santander - UK - Es un lugar precioso, nos encanto todo. Localizacion a 6 minutos en coche de la playa y zona de ocio. Nos dieron una habitacion cuadruple que consiste en una habitacion doble y otra adjunta con dos camas. Ademas nos pusieron un oso de peluche gigante y fue muy divertido para mis hijas. La persona que nos atendio en recepcion fue muy amable y atenta, resolviendo todas nuestras dudas y ayudandonos con las maletas. Lo recomendaremos siempre! Es muy buena opcion para el Ferry a UK, a solo 25 minutos del puerto. Repetiremos.

• MaB (8/5): Séjour très sympatique - C'est un gite/hôtel, où l'accueil a été très chaleureux avec une grande plage de présence. Nous avons pu tout régler sur place (enregistrement et paiement). L'accès est aisé et loin des grandes villes avec le parking sur place. Les plages à proximité sont très agréables. Le site est un peu ancien mais bien entretenu et le rapport qualité prix est très bon.

• Miroslav (3/5): We understand that not every hotel offers a luxurious breakfast, but basic hygiene and customer respect should be univer - We stayed at this hotel as a family for two nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable – no complaints there. However, the breakfast was a major disappointment, especially considering the positive reviews we had read beforehand. The “buffet” consisted of only bread, butter, two types of jam, and some cereals. If you asked for juice, they would bring it. Some guests received yogurt upon request, but with a strange rule: you could choose either coffee or yogurt, not both. While unusual, we were willing to accept this for the second day. On the second day, we knew what to expect and were ready for the minimal offering. There was also a jug of “fresh lemon water” on the table. Our children drank some, and when my wife took a glass, she noticed mold floating on the surface. We immediately informed the lady serving breakfast. Her response was shocking: “Yes, there’s mold because we filled it last week ago and no one drank it.” We also reported it to the receptionist/(owner?), who told us the lemon water wasn’t part of the breakfast and accused us of behaving improperly. I tried to explain in English that serving moldy water could have health consequences, but was told I should speak Spanish because I was in Spain. No apology was offered at any point. We understand that not every hotel offers a luxurious breakfast, but basic hygiene and customer respect should be universal. This is the basic point of my reference. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression. NO RECOMMENDATION.

We arrived late at night and they had sent us explanations on how to get into the place and where to find our key. We stayed in room 103, right next to the wooden stairs which are VERY loud when people walk on them. Passage above must’ve been wooden too because we could hear people walking around above us all the time. Would avoid that room if we were to go again.
• Lynette (10/5): We travelled over 6,000 kms around Spain - Posada de Suesa was very best stand alone guest house - Very clean, modern stand alone guest house, had washing line to dry clothes, excellent room facilities ie: bath, shower etc, staff extremely friendly and relaxing atmosphere where we could enjoy sitting in deck chairs in sun outside or inside to enjoy refreshments, World Soccer Cup 2024 between Spain and England was held on the night of ourn stay, very enjoyable to be in Spain who want the World Cup, would highly recommend to family and friends to book accommodation at Posada de Suesa. Thank you so much. Loved everything about the hotel - very relaxing and private, plenty of parking, very friendly staff, very clean and grounds and gardens were very swell maintained.
• Julie (9/5): Lovely and peaceful - Loved it. Clean, comfortable (we took a photo of the bed label as it was so comfortable 😂), friendly staff. Refrigerator access in a shared location. Loved our little snug area for an afternoon read. Easy access to Santander via the ferry - but a car is essential. We were there in early June and had no parking issues around the ferry area, but not sure how parking/access would be in the summer. No sound insulation, but that is not unusual.

Moreover, room was quite comfortable and perfect for a family with two kids like us, breakfast was fine, garden invites to relax outside and parking is easy and safe. Nothing to mention
• Andra-elena (10/5): It was a great accommodation that suited well our needs for the trip. - The room was clean and more spacious than expected. There was an impressive amount of bathroom supplies (soap, shower gel, shampoo) that we found quite useful. The patio was nice and the hotel was located near many attractions, such as beautiful beaches and the beautiful city of Bilbao. The parking lot was big and the fact that they were pet friendly really helped us enjoy our stay. A refrigerator in our room could have been a nice touch. Although there was one at the entrance, for all the guests to share.
• Wojciech (9/5): Superb - Location: Near the main road, but its quiet at night. There are three restaurants in a walking distance (up to 10 min). We went to La Mar Crêperie and enjoyed the crepes. Beaches and cliffs are distant, you must go by car. Hotel: nice finishing with wood. Room: equipped with a bag rack; electric sockets: available, but the sockets near the bed occupied by lamps; lighting: good. Bed: large and comfortable, only one duvet. Bathroom: large and comfortable. Breakfast: You may it your breakfast either outside at a patio or inside. Wide selection of sweets, ham, cheese and tomato pulp (Catalan style). Reasonable. WiFi: good Parking: free, private parking, enough places. Room: lack of a table, our balcony was faced to the road with a lot of traffic. A room without balcony but at the lower lever would be a better choice. Stairs/elevator: our room was located at the second floor (ground = 0), no elevator so we must carry our bags through the steep stairs – nice appearance with wood finishing, but require climbing.
