Heel erg nette kamer, super groot bed, mooi uitzicht. Zelfs op zondag voor mij eerder ontbijt gestart, wat ongelofelijk uitgebreid was. Veel te veel. Als er tien sterren te verdienen zouden zijn zouden ze die krijgen! Oja, en maar één km van de camino del norte af! Niets

• Mike (9/5): It was wonderful start to finish. - We were walking the Camino del Norte’ and were unsure if it was too far off the path but it was actually only 1 km away which was an easy walk. Our room was clean, quiet with a very comfortable king sized bed. The breakfast was unbelievably good and we can’t recommend this place enough. Was one of our favourite stops on the Norte’. We liked everything about this place.

Hago énfasis en la comida, totalmente excelente. Alba nos hizo unos bollitos de maíz que no sabía cómo le habían quedado y sin querer le resultaron en unas arepas super buenísimas (soy venezolana). Definitivamente una joya escondida entre la naturaleza de Asturias

• Sherri Jo (10/5): My favorite place so far in Spain - Amazing authentic Spanish experience. Warmly greeted on early arrival. Super clean room with gorgeous views to Picos Europa. Walking distance to town to explore more on foot. Unique. The bed and linens were so comfortable. The bathroom nicely updated. Real character and felt like home. The owner accepted my crazy dog which chased her chickens and a cat up the tree. "no pasa nada!" The breakfast was the best I have ever had. So much variety of fun new things to try that I have never had before. It truly will be the highlight of my trip through Spain. There is nothing to dislike. It was a completely perfect place to stay.

The accommodation was spacious and the breakfast was amazing. The best selection of breakfast food of the whole trip and the lady kept bringing out more tasty specialities to try. The owners seemed a lovely family and it was very good value. Nothing

Continental breakfast with a difference, different. My spanish was not capable of speaking with proprietor but we used Google. Only have Wi-Fi in the room, none downstairs

• Dave (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf in een authentiek Spaanse finka - De accommodatie en appartement was fantastisch. Brandschoon, goede bedden en veel ruimte voor 4 personen terwijl wij maar met 2 waren. Wat erg prettig was is dat onze kamer / app, 2 aparte slaapkamers had. Ook het ontbijt was super. Meest uitgebreide buffet dat je kunt voorstellen. De falinlie / eigenaren zijn aller aardigst en helpen je waar ze kunnen. Omdat wij de Camino liepen werden we’s ochtend zelfs met de auto naar Urquera gebracht voor de bus naar Potes (pico de Europa) Hoe tof! Dit is zeker een aanrader! Niets. Alle was top!

• Wayne (10/5): Treat yourself by staying here. You deserve it! - The bed-and-breakfast is about half a mile away from the Camino Trail. However, it is a flat comfortable walk. The accommodations were exemplary, and although I only booked for myself, my room included a kitchen, dining room and living room as well! it is quiet and beautiful. The breakfast alone was worth the price. I’ve done 11 Camino‘s and this has been the single nicest stay of any of them!

• uwe2000 (10/5): - Eine ehemalige Fabrik wurde liebevoll restauriert und mit soliden Mobiliar aus Großmutters Zeiten ausgestattet. Sehr charmant. Die Familie überschlug sich vor Freundlichkeit. Das Frühstück war der Hit und jeder der es nicht wahrnimmt, verpasst etwas. Wir waren 2 Tage dort und jeden Tag wurde frisch gebackener Kuchen, Süßigkeiten, Pudding, Salat etc. setviert. Ca. 1,5 km vom Ort gelegen, dafür nachts herrlich ruhig. Nada.

• PARDO (10/5): - La zona es muy tranquila pero muy acogedora, íbamos buscando descansar y salir de las aglomeraciones y es lo que nos hemos encontrado ,un sitio increíble para desconectar y muy cercano a todos los servicios que necesitamos teníamos restaurantes a cinco minutos en coche. San Vicente de la barquera está a un cuarto de hora y Llanes a veinticinco minutos. Totalmente recomendable y sus anfitriones muy amables y pendientes de todo.
• Sylvia (9/5): An amazing quirky place with great views - Fantastic place - which seems like a converted barnhouse with a quirky feel. Extremely comfortable beds, amazing views of the mountains from the large back windows, very friendly owners and a quiet location. If you venture into town to eat and walk, it's a dark stroll back along the road with some strange sounding dogs (wolves?) around the nearby hills - maybe use a car if late at night. Nothing to note, maybe a touch up of the bathroom.

We had a lounge, en suite bedroom and kitchen facilities and were very comfortable. The plentiful and home-made breakfast in the lovely dining room was a special highlight. Alba and all the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Access to lovely local walks. Thank you ! Everything was great

• Jodo (10/5): Fantastic - Exceptionall property. Absolutely loved this place. Rate it higher than ten. Our beauifully decorated, Immaculatly clean room was a full apartment. It had a king size bed, large bathroom, lounge dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with cooker and full-size fridge. It is peaceful and private, with outdoor areas, and near river walks. Only about 15 minutes walk to the town with all facilities. We also had a fantastic breakfast at a very good price in the beautiful dining room. I would like to have stayed for a week. That we couldn't stay longer.

• Steven (10/5): Exceptional - I visited during the shoulder season, only a handful of other guests. the staff were so helpful and kind; a simply dazzling breakfast was included in the very reasonable price. The proprietor even gave me a sandwich as I left walking for my next stop on the Camino (a little ways off the Camino del Norte, but worth the diversion). Capacious suite with comfortable bed.

• Diane (10/5): Exceptional - A great option for all peregrinos and a nice change from albergues or a refreshing alternative to hotels or pensions. I am traveling solo but my room could have fit four. I had an entire apartment. The owner was fabulous and prepared a massive breakfast for only me. And early at that! She is very proud of her town and will give you a great history (in Spanish - but she talks slow). She even drove me back to the Camino because the location is a little out of town. Highly recommend - a place to appreciate Spain and escape the Camino bubble…

• Alberto (10/5): the most beautiful rural home with the most hospitable host, Alba - Very big family house surrounded by trees and hidden in nature. it has been filled with a mixture of antique and comfortable furniture and it has amazingly beautiful details. super clean and you can find whatever you might need in your place. impressive home cooked breakfast for a very small price, and the most attentive and warm host. thank you Alba!
