La atención de Javier y su equipo es increíble , en todo momento cuidan cada detalle para que la experiencia sea perfecta. El sitio tiene un mantenimiento de 10 es precioso y que decir de los desayunos de 10 también con productos de la zona y muy buenos. No tiene más que ver el resto de comentarios ¡Súper buen trabajo !

• Airam Ramos (10/5): Espectacular! - Espectacular la posada. Venimos de Canarias para pasar unos días de turismo y conocer Cantabria y ha sido todo un acierto esta primera estancia de 3 noches. Destacar el parking privado, las habitaciones muy muy limpias y bonitas, el desayuno incluido es espectacular, la ubicación es ideal, con un ambiente muy bueno. El personal que nos atendió, muy amables y simpáticos, siempre atentos y la verdad que hasta nos han explicado un poco la historia de ciertos lugares y hasta recomendado rutas para el día!! Sin duda cuando volvamos a Cantabria será nuestro lugar de confianza y será nuestra recomendación para amigos/familiares porque acertaremos
• Melody (10/5): - I was very surprised at how amazing this place was. I spent 2 weeks traveling in Spain, and out of my 6 stays, this was the best experience overall. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a short meeting to discuss recommendations about the area (with maps), which was very helpful! I can tell the staff takes pride in their hotel and the area they live in. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, the property was beautiful, and I noticed small considerate details every time the room was cleaned. If I ever have a chance again, I will definitely go back to Posada Lunada.

• jaime (10/5): Excepcional - Un sitio estupendo para descansar. Paisajes preciosos, mar y montaña, en la naturaleza. La posada se encuentra bien comunicada y muy cerca de lugares turísticos y con encanto, a 5min de la playa en coche, a 20min de Santander, de Altamira o de sitios como San Vicente de la Barquera, Comillas o Suances. Tiene la autopista a dos minutos, pero no hay ruido de tráfico, sólo se escuchan los pájaros, algún gallo y las vacas a lo lejos de vez en cuando.El trato del personal es exquisito, el desayuno, aunque no es bufet es muy compmeto, está todo riquísimo. El dueño, Javier, esta pendiente de todos los huéspedes y cuida mucho los pequeños detalles. Nos aconsejó muy bien de los lugares que podíamos visitar y en un momento te puede planificar las rutas a realizar, si andas algo perdido. Estuvimos 8 días por Cantabria y repetimos estancia en esta posada las dos últimas noches. La recomiendo sin dudar. El sitio y el personal es de 10. Las habitaciones están muy cuidades y limpias, como todo el establecimiento en general. Gracias Javier por el trato que nos has brindado y por hacernos la estancia tan agradable.

• Paul (10/5): Javier Has it All Covered! - What a beautiful hotel & superb location. But that is not the best thing which is Javier, mine host, who was simply brilliant. Fantastic local knowledge & always willing to spend time sharing it & helping where possible. Maps, advice, loan of equipment - he has it all covered. Lovely continental breakfast on the terrace. Rooms immaculate & daily cleaning. Bedroom views to die for. Nothing but praise for a superb stay

He welcomed us with a friendy smile and took the time to give us information about the best sites to visit in Cantabria, that he knows very well. We enjoyed the delicious home made breakfast. Thw orange juice was the best. Beautiful Posada, incredible view of the countryside from our window. The room is modern and the bed is very confortable. We hope to have the chance to stay there again.

Javier and his family really put this place head and shoulders above the rest with the way they treated us. From the warm greeting through to the SUPER EARLY breakfast they made us because we were up early to start a hike, this stay was a 5/5. Can’t wait to come back and stay for more than a night!

• Stefan (10/5): Liebevolles persönliches kleines Hotel - Sehr schön gelegenes kleines Hotel mit Blick auf die Berge. Ich bin sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Frühstück wurde am Tisch serviert und war sehr lecker. Der Gastgeber hat mir gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt! (Der Bewegungsmelder im Badezimmer ist etwas ungünstig, wenn man in der Wanne steht und duscht und plötzlich das Licht ausgeht. Das könnte man vielleicht noch einmal ändern.)

• Verified traveler (10/5): 心地良いローカルホテルです - サンタンデールに行く途中で宿泊しました。とても親切なマスターは英語も堪能で、親切に見どころやレストラン情報を教えてくれてとてもありがたかったです。部屋も綺麗で家族で泊まるのに十分でした。ディナーはありませんが近所の素晴らしいバルやレストランを紹介してくれます。朝ごはんはパンコントマテとコーヒー、ハモンにチーズととても美味しくいただきました。パレドールに泊まるのもいいですが、当ホテルのようなこじんまりしたホテルもマスターとの距離感が近くて良い思い出になりますね。皆さんも機会があればぜひ泊まってみて下さい。オススメです！

El propietario, Javier, un magnífico anfitrión, pendiente en todo momento de cualquier necesidad que puedas tener. te ayuda a organizar tus visitas, aconsejando en todo momento donde comer, que ver, etc... Ha convertido nuestro viaje en una experiencia inolvidable. Repetiremos con total seguridad. Javier muchísimas gracias por todo!

• Angélica Lidia (8/5): - Una posada bien ubicada para moverse en coche por toda Cantabria. Los desayunos variaban ligeramente cada día lo que hacía que no te aburrieses. Nuestra habitación no era muy grande pero lo suficiente para estar cómodos durante unos cuantos días. El dueño nos ayudó con muchas recomendaciones sobre qué visitar, cosa que le agradecemos muchísimo. Sin duda lo recomiendo para quien quiera visitar Cantabria.

Se respiraba un ambiente de tranquilidad y de hogar lejos del hogar. Un acierto! Queda algo apartado de todo, pero buscábamos tranquilidad y la encontramos.

• Juan (10/5): - - Personal * Hemos sido recibidos por Javier, con trato excelente, ofreciendo posibilidades en base a nuestras expectativas del viaje, ajustando posibles excursiones al objetivo que tengas, ya sea descansar, visitar pueblos cercanos, ver naturaleza o conocer Santander. - Comida * 10 / 10 todos los días el desayuno se sirve recién preparado, habiendo diferentes opciones (tostadas de tomate, de mantequilla…) todo con alta calidad. * Javier recomienda varios sitios para comer tanto en las proximidades (2-3 km) como en pueblos cercanos si tienes ganas de alejarte un poco más. - Actividades * Infinitos km de campo para recorrer, la ría está a un paso en coche, con zonas preciosas para desconectar con un par de silletas mientras respiras el aire limpio. * Se ofrece una visita en lancha por la costa mientras se explica todo. * Hay bosques muy cerca para hacer senderismo. En conclusión: si te alojas en esta posada estás en un sitio que te permite desconectar, donde se come bien y, en caso de que quieras más actividad, tienes zonas próximas, incluyendo Santander.

La habitación estaba impoluta, con vistas preciosas y muy agradable y cómoda. El desayuno buenísimo con además la atención directa de Javier en el servicio. Viajé con mi pareja y a ambos nos encantó. Not so good was the noise insulation of the property. Sounds from other rooms such as slammed doors were a regular disturbance, as was the noise from the room above of the occupants using the toilet. Not an isolated issue in hotels, but it really shouldn’t be happening in modern buildings.

The room is very clean and has mountain view. owner is nice and prepared our breakfast at exact time we requested. very quite at night. it is good place to rest before entering Cantabrian mountain.

The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable (gave some great recommendations for things to visit in the area). The views are spectacular and the breakfast delicious.

• Vicenc (10/5): Be careful with the Manager - At the check in , the manager, Javier insisted in having my personal data through the on line application. Only after having explained several times that I was very tired, we received the room key. The room did not correspond at all with the one shown at the of fer at Hotels.com. It was below the roof were one hardly could stand. The manager, Javier acts very politely but does not accept any discrepancy, and even became agressive and insulted me when I did not accept his request to increase the already agreed room price. His argument was that for the last day, other rate should apply. As he had not informed before, I refused to pay the 15€. My surprise was that the politeness turned into threats and insults.
• Amneris (10/5): - The only suggestion that we would make is to have an electric fan in the room. The property is clean, and comfortable with amazing views . The location is great The service is super. The owner is nice and educated. So, you can get information and tips from him for a better use of your vacation time.
• Barbara (10/5): Lights off but Lovely otherwise. - The property is well maintained, inviting, the breakfast lovely, bedroom charming and hosts helpful and pleasant. Like many European accommodations there are no washcloths. There is no supermarkets etc around so is a little isolating for hikers. I also am one who does it like blazing lights in th bathroom at night so prefer not to have automatic shut on: off lights. I was in the shower when the light turned off.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Beautiful Posada - The breakfast was lovely fruit, toast, jam, and coffee. The people were very friendly, and the hotel had beautiful woodwork. My main complaint is that the bathroom door is frosted glass and the bathroom light on a motion detector
