- Rebecca (7/5): Overnight stay. - Clean, comfy had everything required of a room, the secondarybseating area was nuce. All colour co-ordinated and looked quite modern Nothing as i would star as a problem. Found i couldnt close bathroom window properly but didnt affect room.as was totally separate. And ceiling above toilet had flaky paint a possivle issue been repainted over too soon after treating ceiling but did not affect our stay in any way.

- Carolina (10/5): Pleasantly surprised - We didn’t know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. It was easy to find the pub and parked almost in front of it.
A staff member greeted us straight away and took us with her. Shown us our room and explained what to do in the morning. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was a pub so we could hear the music and voices as you would expect but it went quieter past 11pm so it was all good.

- Anthony (3/5): Was it worth £50 well I suppose so? It saved me driving home. - The location was fine The welcome was wasn't great almost as if was an inconvenience. The room was tiny and hadn't been cleaned properly and the waste bin hadn't been emptied. The paper was coming away from the ceiling. All a little tied. Nobody around at 9 or 10 in the morning to hand the keys to. Put them through the letterbox.
- Barry (8/5): Very good -

- Chippington (1/5): I didn't stay because I got kicked out because someone else kicked off at me and I didn't react - Some bloke was drunk in the bar tried to fight me I didn't engage and I got kicked out Some bloke was drunk in the bar tried to fight me I didn't engage and I got kicked out
- Jamie (8/5): Very good - Great Valarie for money No issues at all. very happy
- Anonymous (6/5): It'll do for 1 night - The staff were helpful in finding my way around. The bed was comfortable and the TV and WiFi worked fine. The fridge outside the room in the corridor was handy for getting extra milk for tea and coffee. I liked the fact there were ear plugs provided. Very loud arguments at 4am didn't help this review. Someone was smoking in the toilets and set the fire alarm off around that time too. I couldn't help but remember there was a cheaper place not too far away that had a private shower.

- Steve (8/5): Great place to stay, very welcoming, very clean - Friendly staff, very clean accommodation, great location
- Aloevera (10/5): Exceptional - Great place Nowt
- Martin (1/5): SLEEPLESS NIGHT WITHOUT WARNING WHEN BOOKING - Location Being kept up till 01.00 AM With Karaoke reverberating through the Building and then being kept up with people shouting when they left don't expect much sleep if you stay at one point we where going to sleep in the Car we only stayed to break the journey from Milton Keynes, Dudley and then to Mablethorpe we felt more tired after staying there
- Anton (9/5): Superb -
- Mark (6/5): Pleasant -
- Iain (8/5): Very good -
- Phil (9/5): Wonderful - A wonderful little room with all we would require for a short stay . Clean tidy and we love the place . Nothing
- Alexander (5/5): Passable - The staff were really friendly and the room was well layed out. The location is really central and convenient. Don't stay here if you want a good night's sleep! It is a popular pub and even though I slept there on a Monday night, at 11pm it was really noisy. I had to have my window open for fresh air but that meant that the locals having g a drink and a laugh below my window was all I could hear until around midnight when they left and went home. Great staff and a clean Co.fy room but the noise did affect my sleep, so I have to mention it.
- Matthew (10/5): Great little pub with comfy rooms 👍 - How nice and helpful the staff were. Great little pub and prices are extremely reasonable. Absolutely nothing
- Tina (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, comfortable, friendly, helpful. Lovely little hotel, always clean & tidy. Rooms are very comfortable, the bed was fine for me too. The decor is nice & cosy. It's right in the centre of town too so perfect location. The bar itself was I very lively place, it was karaoke night & very busy but once in the room I couldn't hear a thing so best of both worlds really. The only thing I could say is its a shame they don't do food although plenty of takeaways for deliverys & restaurants to eat out in the area so it's not a massive deal. The staff are lovely, they go out their way to help you so all in all a 10/10 little place & would definitely use again
- Jakob (8/5): Very good -
- Eunice (8/5): - Easy check in, staff was very help full.
Only 2 cups in room. Would recommend having glasses for water.
- Lamont (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lolly-monroe (6/5): would stay again but join in the party next time haha - it was easy to find 😀 it was abit loud bit like being on Ibiza san an strip
the manager was lovely also
good night downstairs hahah
- Myles (6/5): Didn't get murdered in my bed, so all OK. - Location. Not really much in the way of accommodation in Gainsborough. Nothing really... it was OK. I stayed just one night, would stay again. No problems.
- Phil (10/5): Perfect - Love the room , perfect for us and situated in town . Have stayed on a few occasions . Spot on 😁 Nothing
- Anderson (10/5): Great place for a quick overnight stay - The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. The staff were informative and helpful. While it is a busy pub, the room was quiet and I was able to sleep well. Nothing, the room was fine.
- Rebecca (8/5): I really enjoyed it and would stay there again - As it was the first time staying in a BnB, I domt really know what I was expecting, but the rooms were very nice. Changing our rooms to one further away from the karaoke night was a nice gesture and it was highly appreciated. There wasn't much that I didn't like, we weren't there all the time but when we were there wasn't anything bad to comment on.
- Mark (7/5): Convenient location - Location Getting a parking penalty from the KFC car park across the road.
- Hughes (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stuart (8/5): Very good - Everything was fine and met my needs - the staff were friendly and helpful - the location was convenient and price was good Nothing really - the place needs some general TLC / maintenance inc decor etc but wouldn’t hold that against them for the price and in view of current economic times..it was it is and their doing a decent job.
- Catherine (10/5): Horse & jockey hotel - Excellent stay, reviewed before we landed and they were not good. We thought they were rubbish as we found nothing wrong with the place. Lovely pub, room and very friendly staff & customers in the pub. We heard no noise at all even though it was a busy Saturday night with music going on. Would definitely recommend 💯
- Dalkin (7/5): Good -
- Steve (9/5): Superb - Friendliness of staff comfortable bed 🛌 😴 Shared Bathroom
- Anonymous (8/5): Friendly , Staff work hard to make you feel welcome - This was the 3rd time of staying at the property . The owner has worked so hard to update the property . The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome . nothing to say
