Blisko do centrum i komunikac - Bliskość do Centrum, komunikacja (metro, autobusy, tramwaje, autobus na lotnisko) pod samym nosem. Pokój czysty i schludny, wyposażony w klimatyzację. Dwie drobne rzeczy: brak większego lustra, by móc się przejrzeć i żelazka.

• anna (6/5): Bien. Buena ubicación y comodidad - Lo mejor fue que era una habitación tranquila y sin ruidos. La cama era cómoda (no tanto la almohada). Está bien situado para comer/cenar. Las atracciones turísticas quedan a 15’ (basílica San Esteban), 20’ (puente de las cadenas) y 30’ (Parlamento) a pie. Las indicaciones y condiciones fueron claras y la comunicación eficiente. Aunque está bien situado para comer/cenar y para salir de fiesta por la noche, el ambiente de esa zona es, a veces, turbio. El edificio es muy bonito pero está muy dejado (la puerta de entrada rota) y la habitación necesita un poco de mantenimiento.

• Michael (6/5): Good location. Good communication with the staff. Room is a fine but let down by bad noise insulation. - Very good location. Check-in was fine. The apartment was small but enough room for solo traveller. Layout of the room and bathroom were fine. There’s nobody on site to talk to and everything is through messaging. You have to be organised to ensure a smooth check-in. The room was clean although there was an old Mark and one of the sheets. The biggest downside is the road noise. The windows are poorly insulated from noise and not ideal for a light sleeper.

• Jermaine (10/5): 1000% recommend this fantastic place and their staff - The staff - Dimitry was amazing and we had great conversations plus he was super professional Location - Unbeatable. 5 minutes walk to tram, 5 minutes walk to airport bus which operates 24/7 Room - Very old building but rooms are renovated and looks new. Also I had a room which was not facing the street so that was wonderful. Price - Decent. Good value. They even accepted an extension which I much appreciated Facilities - Even if I didn’t use the Microwave, fridge, cooker, it was a good choice to have. Supermarket is just 30 seconds away - There is no soundproofing so the neighbors were quite noisy. - The location on this website isn’t accurate so ensure you have the right address and don’t rely on the map on here as they have more than 100 homes in different buildings - No self check in option or reception so you would have to rely on one of the staff meeting you. Which means if you forget your key in the room or lose it, that’s a major hassle especially if it’s at night. - No advance payment option which means you have to meet someone physically to pay at the property even with extensions Despite that, I would recommend this place and return again.

The bus from airport stops nearby. It was clean and smelled good. Comfy bed. I didn’t like having 2 one person blankets instead of a big one. Could hear the neighbours sometimes.
• Anna Maria (6/5): Soggiorno piacevole grazie all’ottima posizone, ma deposito bagagli poco comodo perché situato in altra struttura - La posizione dell’hotel è sicuramente il punto di forza: centrale e molto comoda per visitare la città e muoversi facilmente. L’aspetto negativo riguarda invece il deposito bagagli: sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out abbiamo dovuto lasciare le valigie in un’altra struttura diversa da quella in cui abbiamo soggiornato, cosa piuttosto scomoda soprattutto con i bagagli al seguito.
• FEDERICA (10/5): Comodissimo soggiorno per girare Budapest a piedi! - Posizione fantastica per girare tutto comodamente a piedi, deposito bagagli molto vicino e buon servizio taxi ( a pagamento questo ). Tutto ben organizzato e veloce, comprese le operazioni di check in e check out! Acqua sempre bella calda in bagno e letti non grandi ma con materassi molto comodi! Vista la posizione ed il rapporto qualità prezzo direi che non ho nulla di negativo da dire!
• Stefano (10/5): - A new, well-maintained property with all the amenities needed to fully enjoy Budapest. The location is very central, with metro, bus, and tram stops just a short walk away, in the Jewish Quarter. It’s very quiet, yet only 100 meters from the nightlife. Definitely a great base for exploring Budapest. The staff were very friendly and gave us excellent tips on where to go. It could truly be the icing on the cake to provide, at check-in, a brochure with less touristy local restaurants, so guests can fully experience the area. Perhaps giving a second key at check-in would be the most convenient solution. We didn’t request a second key, so we can’t say it’s a negative aspect, but having two keys at check-in would definitely have been ideal for managing our vacation more smoothly.
• Evelyn (9/5): Alojamiento perfecto. - Alojamiento súper céntrico, en mitad de todo lo importante, varios supermercados como el Spar que tiene comida preparada para llevar cerca, limpio, con calefacción, una pequeña cocina, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. No hay nada malo. Quizás si es cierto que el exterior del alojamiento daba algo de miedo al principio, luego te das cuenta que todos los edificios son iguales; y eso desaparecía con lo limpio que estaba.

La camera era pulita e sistemata, effettivamente il palazzo è un po' antico e a primo impatto può risultare un po' inquietante, ma è una caratteristica tipica dei palazzi storici della città. Nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza, io ho viaggiato da sola ma la camera era effettivamente accessibile anche in coppia, tranne il bagno che era effettivamente piccolo ma sistemato.

• LuisaB90 (10/5): Ottimo - La posizione è ottima per visitare tutta la città, l'appartamento è ristrutturato di recente e non manca niente. È ben insonorizzato dai rumori esterni in quanto affaccia su una corte interna (di contro si sentono di più i rumori di chi entra negli altri appartamenti). Spazio adeguato a tre persone e a sistemare comodamente tutto anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Fin troppo caldo ma ho notato che è tipico più o meno di ovunque siamo stati a Budapest, penso che abbiano come temperatura "standard" sui 24 gradi. Il termosifone elettrico in bagno non è fissato alla parete ma solo appoggiato a dei supporti e questo può essere pericoloso. Il vero neo per noi è stato il discorso del deposito bagagli, è lontano almeno una fermata di autobus dall'appartamento ed è aperto solo dalle 10 alle 17, sia nel giorno di arrivo che di partenza ci è convenuto affittare un deposito in zona sinagoga in modo da sfruttare appieno le giornate a disposizione

It is also in a very convenient location for the city's attractions and for nightlife. The hosts were very helpful, polite and communicated with us immediately, whenever needed. I would have liked a better bed. It wasn't bad by any means, but for my own tastes I would have liked it to be a little more comfortable. However, that wasn't a problem at all.
