• Tangri (5/5): - The correct name is TREEBO TREND NEAR IFFCO CHOWK. It's location is inside the small lanes. No hotel business board. Rooms clean but cocroaches plenty. No proper toiletries. Dining area not very clean. Food taste good, staff helpful. Must provide landlines nbrs too in booking confirmation as cell phones switched off from 2300 to 0800, and not reachable. Linen very clean. Serving staff not wearing proper attire. Over all will rate 5 of 10 Staff at reception very helpful in assisting.

M , hotel not give that Information to me and I m trying to reach hotel for more then 40 min but there is no ways , finally I leave my car around 1k.m far and walk toward hotel then staff come with me and I pick my car , also manager on night duty is worst , he argued with me for 3 coffee pouches, his behaviour was so bad , I never stay with treebo hotels now

The local is very nice, but it takes litte use to for getting there easily. Close to metro, but the gate used is mostly locked, so you have to walk to it

• Lohrii (4/5): Quite and secluded place. - The breakfast is lazy. You could see it has to be provided for the sake of providing it. I have had better ones in other hotels with lesser rate. I was on a 7 city work tour and this has to be the worst in the complimentary breakfast. At least the senior guy at the reception was kind enough to let me keep my luggage for a few hours at the reception after my check out. Thanks for the free WiFi. I could do my work. I feel the attendants are just random local guys who have no idea of the whereabout of the hotel facilities. I did not have hot water for the 2 days stay, despite telling the attendant (who just seems to be a teenager). The restaurant menu can be much better and the price a little less. I know what is a fair price give the location and situation. I can tell the menu is a little overpriced.

• Atharva (6/5): Average property that needs some improvement - Location, close to Iffco Chowk metro station, AC and hot water were working, drinking water wasnt additionally charged, room was moderately sized, dental kit and soap was provided, staff was courteous Wi-Fi was unstable half the time, there were roaches in the room, pillow was stained, curtains and other items in the room were dirty, no shampoo was provided, although right behind the metro station one must take a long detour through a muddy, unlit road to reach the property

I kept rounding on the location thrice as per the map, and no one knew the hotel. Later, I booked another hotel to stay. There I found the address of the hotel was opposite the location shown on the map, which was far. I was searching for a hotel near to my destination. I found it a bit frustrating as there was no proper phone number to call and ask for the address as well.

• Sushant (1/5): Because of the staff I rate this place negative. - The staff at the reception was not at all welcoming, even passed weird comments like ki hotel zyada sasta ho Gaya h etc. it was highly inappropriate as if they judged us the moment we entered, plus the way a person looks at another person matters. And these people were truly unfriendly and made us super uncomfortable.
