- Sorin (6/5): Pleasant - The property didn’t have a good internet on 4th floor
- Kyle (4/5): Disappointing - The location is very central, we were able to easily walk to all of the main sites and put for dinner every night - the bed was very uncomfortable
- the volume on the TV was locked so you were not able to hear what you were watching. We requested this be fixed however were told this was not possible.
- there was a lot of noise from the other rooms around us which woke us up throughout the night
- Melissa (9/5): Superb -

- Karen (10/5): Staff very nice and kind - Very nice location and a reasonable price
- Elsa (7/5): Good -
- Elsa (7/5): Good - The room was small for 4 people. Difficult to store luggage.
- Gayatri (6/5): Pleasant - Proximity to all the sights of Madrid The rooms are above a restaurant which has outdoor seating and was open until 1 am or beyond as well as in front of a skate park. We could hear people and skating beyond midnight. So if you are really seeking a quiet place this may not be an ideal choice. However the location for proximity out to all the sights you want to see is great!

- Mark (8/5): Excellently located, spotlessly clean. Small room but similar with other inner city hotels. - Location and ease of access Pillows could be firmer
- Jose Luis (8/5): Una opción buena - Bien
- Илияна (8/5): Very good -
- Mitul (6/5): - Very bare bones hotel. However, shower door didn't shut properly and it leaked all over the bathroom. The cleaning lady took our little sheet they gave as a blanket (no comforters available). When we asked the front desk for a replacement sheet, they didn't have one, so we had to suffer in the cold AC at night. I wish there were a few extra linens and towels available.
- Mark (9/5): Excellent location, price and staff. Small but adequate rooms for a city hotel. - Pillows are a bit flat for me personally
- Catalin (7/5): Good - Small hotel, good location, tiny rooms, clean. Mini bathroom, quite difficult to use it,rooms with street orientation very noisy.
- Stalin (10/5): Exceptional -

- Noa (8/5): Very good - The location was great, the room was nice and clean, always had necessities like clean towels and toilet paper. Room was missing a table and maybe an extra chair. We did ask the staff and somehow got a mini table, but for three people we wish there was more space to leave things, sit not on the beds, etc.
- Sue (8/5): Good central location. Nicely appointed room. - Good location for exploring. Plenty of space in the room. Good aircon. Fridge wasn’t working properly which was very disappointing given that the outside temperature was 34 degrees, couldn’t cool our water bottles.. Would have been nice to have tea making facilities in the room. Was noisy outside until 2am on one of the nights we stayed.
- Ozoron (9/5): There was almost nothing missing in a hotel so close to the center. We made a good choice. - The location was great, we could easily reach many places to visit in the city by walking. We did not have any problems with the cleanliness of the room, the beds and the bathroom-toilet. There was always a staff member at the reception. Reception staff Miguel and other female staff helped us a lot. They provided full support not only regarding hotel accommodation but also on our travel and transportation plans, I thank them very much. We felt safe during our 4-day stay. Air conditioning was working well. Since we did not receive breakfast service at the hotel, I cannot comment on this. It would be better if there was a small table and chair in the room. The wardrobe was quite sufficient. While I was researching for a reservation, I saw among the comments that "there is noise outside in rooms facing the street". However, our room was facing the street and we did not hear any disturbing noise when we closed the window. The hotel's payment system made me nervous at first, but I saw that this was an empty worry. A reliable and friendly hotel.
- Mark (9/5): Very nice rooms - Nice decor and good location. Friendly staff and motorcycle parking nearby. Nothing
- Anastasia (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful We received a message a few days before our trip informing us that the hotel we had chosen will be closed for renovation. The alternative they had offered us was to stay at the jc chueca. The review is for this hotel.
The room was very basic. There were 4 beds in the room and it was crowded even though we were only 2 people staying in the room. The bathroom was tiny with very few amenities. The worst of all was the toilet. It was connected to the sink and had peculiar dimensions and shape. This was to save water but it was very uncomfortable to use. The breakfast was included in the price we had paid (7€ per person) definitely not worth the price. The hotel didn't offer breakfast and they just gave us a voucher to use it in a nearby tourist restaurant. We had to chose from a specific menu with terrible options. We cannot think of a reason that anyone should get this breakfast.
- Sisco (9/5): . - Centric net i confortable .
- Vladimir (8/5): Very good -
- Wilbert (10/5): - La ubicación es maravillosa
- Selcuk (7/5): Great location, good staf, clean but small room - Location Room was bit small
- Trent (9/5): Reasonably priced, great location, friendly staff! - The location was wonderful! Hauling my luggage up the street and up a flight of stairs.
- Anastasios (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, two minutes from Puerta del Sol and two central metro stations.
The personnel was extremely polite and helpful. The walls are very thin and when the somebody is leaving or entering his/her room the door slams very hard provoking a lot of noise.
- Jenny (8/5): Very good -
- Jenny (8/5): Very good -
- Fernando (9/5): Superb -
- Katya (8/5): For what they offer it could be cheaper. You are mostly paying the location. - The hotel was in the middle of everywhere. We had 2 different rooms booked for different days and they let us stay in the same one which was comfortable. The pillows are REALLY uncomfortable.
- Racheli (7/5): Overall great value for money - Great location The room was a bit small
- Krisalys (9/5): Superb -
- Shoham (10/5): Amazing place and locetion - It was very clean and great location nice service -
- Bartosz (6/5): Coming to celebrate - Was quite clean but the smell of cleaning agents....terrible..when it is hot it gets much worse..Bed very comfortable. Smell, loud at night
- Aya (8/5): Very good -
- Georgios (6/5): Great location but overpriced room - Great location and clean room. Really overpriced and the room did not have a small desk to place the laptop and work.
- Khauê (10/5): Close to the city, with everything you need and also reasonable facilities. - The property is quite close to the center, actually, it is in the center of Madrid. You may go to everywhere around the city from this place. The WiFi is not the best, a few devices, as the Android ones did not connect it properly.
- Po (6/5): Pleasant - Location is great Very noisy and the wifi is not strong
- Ida (7/5): Good -
- Anthony (6/5): Clean but too basic for the price . - The location of the hotel was good for the centre of Madrid. We didn't take breakfast in the hotel as the choices didn't look very appealing. The over all quality and comfort of the hotel was very poor, the rooms are very basic with very cheap looking art work to try and make them look up market but it actually looked more down market. The quality of the fixtures and fittings were also very poor , the bed,the pillows and shower facilities looked like they could be purchased from a cheap furniture store. For the price we paid for two rooms and for two nights we would expect a better quality hotel and in the past we have had better experiences for a lot less cost.
- Daniel (9/5): Superb -
- Alessio (8/5): Very good -
- Maria (9/5): Superb -
- Kieran (10/5): Recommended - Great location, close to many restaurants and all the shops at Gran Via. The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist Miguel was friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was quick and straight-forward. Our luggage was stored safely while we did some shopping after check-out.
- Nurafidah (9/5): Try the place and u will not regret 🥰🥰🥰 highly recommended - Everything - location, cleanliness, friendly staffs, helpful, convenience, highly recommended Cant think of any
- Pedro (8/5): Very good -
- Luke (8/5): Very good -
- Jon (8/5): Very good -
- Odete (8/5): Very good -
- Pablo (8/5): Good for value. The location was ideal. - Very comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice. At night you could hear a background sound of a party.
- Carolyn (10/5): Perfect! - The location was great! The breakfast was delicious and made to order. The room was quiet and comfortable and clean, the shower was hot. The water bottles every day came in very handy. Kristina at the front desk was lovely. We loved the hotel!! Nothing!
- Sio (8/5): Very good - Great location, very very close to the central. lots of restaurant near by, very convenient.
- Jonathan (4/5): Not satisfied, but great breakfast and staff - The location was fantastic. The staff was eager to help whenever we had any questions or needed anything. The toothbrush and toothpaste given by the hotel was nice. Breakfast was great. The bed was surprisingly stiff, and not over 200cm as advertised. "Inner yard view" was more like a view into a box. Super noisy fan in the bathroom. Heard most conversations that happened in the corridor outside the hotel room. Difficult to find the hotel when arriving, the entrance was in a dark alley(and also locked). A lot of cheap fixes in the room overall, for example water in under the floor tiles in the bathroom that got squeezed out when walking on it, which likely will result in mold sooner or later. The fridge was constantly warm, just heating up the closet it was in. No instructions to be found on how the safe in the room works.
- Borivoj (9/5): Beautiful city, polite people and good food. - Location was excellent. Right on the spot. In the middle of all the points of interest. Very polite staff. The shower was great. And the location, location, location… In the room for three, some things were prepared as it was for just two people. The cards for the elevator and doors unlocking malfunctioned several times. The refrigerator did not cool enough.
- Christos (7/5): Good - Location With an open window noisy area which is logical it is very central ..With a closed window things are much better
- Ida (8/5): Very good -
- Julieta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lee (1/5): Bad - The free toothbrush. Undesirable location down a rough alleyway.
Extremely rude check in staff.
Very noisy.
Breakfast is not on site, you have to walk to a cafe.
- Stefano (9/5): Superb -
- Sravanthi (8/5): Very good -
- Lee (1/5): Worst hotel in 52 countries - Nothing. Worst place I've stayed in the 52 countries I've visited. Took our money then said we have to have one bed, 1 pillow. We are not a couple. SO noisy you won't get any sleep. Rude unhelpful reception. Very rough area located in a filthy allyway
- Nina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Iain (9/5): Superb -
- Khan (10/5): Interesting to see the hotel room name and recommend to keep name for one room Bangladesh . - Security, safety and location. Taxi or UBAR don't like to meet hotel gate !
- Jamie (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (6/5): Too noisy - Location. Comfortable. Pleasant staff The noisy from. Outside. Until 6h45⁸
- Hector (10/5): Exceptional - Location and value
- Stevepao (8/5): Overall, a great value and a great location. Recommend! - The location was great. We walked everywhere. The reception was friendly, and the rooms were clean. We appreciated the complimentary waters stocked in the fridge. The value was great! The rooms were very basic. We rented a three person room, and it was a bit cramped. It would have been nice for there to be a counter top in the bathroom. Still, we so much appreciated the location and the value that we would recommend this hotel!
