- Sandro (6/5): 1 Nacht ok - Ist ein altes Gebäude welches renoviert wurde. In der Lobby hat es eine kleine Bar und im Gebäude neben an in italienisches Restaurant Bett war bequem. Obwohl mein Zimmer an der Hauptstrasse war, hat man bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts vom Verkehr gehört. Ein grosser, öffentlicher Parkplatz ist direkt hinter dem Hotel. Bad war zwar neu, aber sehr klein.

- Limangi (1/5): Horrible!! - Durant la nuit, un bruit constant de porte qui claquait a perturbé mon sommeil au point de ne pas pouvoir fermer l’œil. le personnel a minimisé la situation Pire encore, l’attitude de la réceptionniste Irène a été déplacée et dénigrante. Elle a insinué que le problème venait de moi en évoquant que d’autres clients avaient séjourné dans la même chambre sans se plaindre, ce qui est totalement inapproprié. Ce manque de considération, ajouté à une nuit éprouvante, a fortement impacté mon état et gâché mon séjour. Une expérience que je ne souhaite à personne.

- JENNIFER (7/5): Nice clean rooms, bit too noisy for me - Room was clean, bed comfortable, location was good. Breakfast was fine - choice of hot and cold foods and some amazing toasted rye bread. No kettle in room (could use water heated through the coffee machine but there was always an aftertaste of coffee). My room (104) was incredibly noisy . I don't know if all the rooms are like this but when someone flushed from another room it sounded like the ceiling from the bathroom was going to collapse. Not sure if the constant noise was due to ventilation or water but either way, it was non stop. I didn't have a good night's sleep due to the noise (despite sleeping with ear plugs).

- Baambooo (9/5): - L'emplacement au centre. Grand parking juste à côté. Propreté de la chambre et spacieux. Nous étions contents d'être dans les étages supérieurs, car en week-end beaucoup de bruits à l'extérieur (bar en dessous, route...) mais en fermant la fenêtre, c'était ok. A la réception, la demoiselle était très sympathique et souriante.

- Vanza (8/5): Il bel tempo ci ha reso il soggiorno e la visita dei dintorni molto piacevole - Semplicità , la posizione per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti a piedi. Peccato che non abbiamo capito di esporre il cartello riordino camera ,perché non ci hanno riordinato la camera 😞

Chambre propre Dans la salle de bain la douche est beaucoup trop petite en ce tournant dans la douche on touche presque les parois, si vous laisser tomber le savon, il faut sortir de la douche pour le récupérer. Manque de pression d'eau dans la douche. La chambre est un peu chère. Bureau trop prêt du lit.

- Andreas (4/5): Wir waren bereits dreimal hier, aber die Zimmer werden nicht gewartet. Wir kommen ziemlich sicher nicht mehr. Am Frühstü - Gute Lage und gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet Schimmel im Badezimmer. Der Rolladen ist defekt bzw. konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden und hatte auch kein Vorhang. Die linke Armatur war lose. Das Zimmer war neben dem Lift und wir haben die anderen Gäste sehr gut wahrgenommen vom Gang - schlechte Schalldämmung. Zimmer 515

- Edita (5/5): - Nur central und gute parking ch möchte Ihnen gerne eine Rückmeldung zu meinem Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel geben. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich sehr freundlich vom Personal an der Rezeption empfangen, was ich positiv hervorheben möchte. Auch die zentrale Lage Ihres Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut. Leider war ich mit dem Zimmer selbst sehr unzufrieden. Ich habe ein kleines Zimmer im zweiten Stock erhalten, das sehr eng war und über eine sehr kleine Dusche verfügte. Zwar war das Zimmer sauber, jedoch wirkt das Hotel insgesamt recht alt. Besonders problematisch war die Lage meines Zimmers: Es befand sich direkt neben dem Aufzug und zur Hauptstraße hin. Die Fenster scheinen nicht gut isoliert zu sein, sodass ich den Straßenlärm trotz geschlossener Fenster deutlich hören konnte. Dadurch konnte ich kaum schlafen und lag bis etwa drei Uhr morgens wach. Der Lärm und die Situation haben bei mir sogar ein unangenehmes Gefühl ausgelöst, als würde ich schlecht Luft bekommen. Am Morgen wurde die Situation durch den zunehmenden Verkehr noch verstärkt, was meinen Schlaf zusätzlich beeinträchtigt hat. Insgesamt bin ich daher sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt. Die gute Lage Ihres Hotels kann die negativen Erfahrungen mit dem Zimmer für mich leider nicht ausgleich
