Además decidimos cambiar nuestra reserva y nos ayudaron, no tuvimos problemas con nada. Muchas gracias! Estábamos con niños y el gato nos preocupaba un poco. Quería meterse en la casa, no podíamos dejar a los niños solos afuera por miedo a que los lastime. Quizás en esos casos deberían llevarlo a otro lado.

- Teresa (10/5): Spacious apartments with nice details. Perfect location close to beach and businesses. - Property manager, Vanessa, was very attentive. We had an issue with the key, she was immediately available and resolved the issue. Location is perfect for easy walk to the beach, small grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed the sunset on the beach every evening. Each unit has an decent amount of privacy from the adjacent units. Kitchen set-up is more than sufficient to create a real meal. Restaurants are expensive in the area and we saved a lot of money by making most of our own meals. This central location can have a lot of street and neighbor noise. The unit is surprisingly well insulated and we could not hear any street noise while inside with windows closed. Very comfortable beds. We fully enjoyed our stay.
- Gerald (7/5): Accommodations are nice, clean and comfortable. However noisy with the proximity to the main street - Location was good. Very close to beach access, surf board rentals and a wonderful food court restaurant that serves all daily meals. A/C was very welcome as the temperatures were exceptionally hot during our stay. Host answered questions quickly. Property backs onto a very busy restaurant along the main street, so it was particularily noisy most of the time. Barking dogs in, and surrounding the complex were annoying. Also, I would be remiss if i didn't mention a thief came into the secured complex and stole all my husband's shoes, along with other items! The host was genuinely concerned and responded to us immediately, however, there was no follow-up or ammends (perhaps a food voucher or small discount on our stay would have been in good faith). My husband has orthodics and wears higher end footwear. As we are headed hiking in Monteverde after Santa Teresa, the time and expense needed to find replacement footwear has cut into our precious holiday time. Even though the apartment appears secure and has security cameras, I would not leave anything outside at night. Also, same as other areas in CR, the amount of garbage in and around the streets are both frustrating and overwhelming at times.

Vanessa who was our support on site was amazing, she helped with directions, ferry bookings, suggestions for eating out. She was contactable by WhatsApp for any issues. She was really responsive, super helpful and a real gem! Thx Vanessa so much It would have been helpful to have pool towels available for us to use
